I was recently removed from Facebook for allegedly violating their community standards. I am confused by this as I rarely use the platform and always ensure my interactions are respectful. As a professional, I am mindful of my online presence and do not engage in inappropriate conversations. I suspect my account may have been compromised, especially considering past experiences with identity theft. While I can manage without Facebook, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency in this process. I have not been informed of the specific violation or given an opportunity to address the issue. My account was disabled in just 22 days. I adhere to Facebook community guidelines and haven't violated any rules. This is my official account where I do not post any inappropriate content. Hello, I am growing impatient with an issue I have had since December and I am not receiving the expected assistance. I created a post on my business page (MAG MASS) that I wanted to boost as an advertisement with credits. Everything was fine until the next day when my advertising account was blocked and deactivated, and I still do not understand why! I can no longer use my business page as I would like, I cannot advertise my business, and I cannot sync my Instagram with my business page. I have reported the issue multiple times with no response. I requested a review and NEVER received the confirmation code, so I could not complete the process, and my business page and its advertising account will be permanently blocked. I asked for help through a form, but an automated response directed me to a link that does not work! Is this a joke?? The other link for help in the business section says my account is deactivated, so no action is possible! Thank you for helping me.

Last year in October [redacted], I had trouble with my Facebook account under the name Emma Tumba. I've been using the email [redacted] and the password wisdom1983 to log in on my Techno Canon X phone for over two years. The account was originally created in [redacted] with the email [redacted] I have been using the phone number +[redacted][redacted] for WhatsApp as well. Unfortunately, my account has been hacked, and I've been unsuccessful in recovering it. I've created a new account with the same name and phone number, with a profile picture of a star and a Nigerian map as the cover photo. My old account had my picture in a black suit as the profile picture and the Nigerian coat of arms as the cover photo. I'm facing difficulties accessing my account due to a harassment situation with an individual named William Luther from Salem, MA. He's cyberstalking me and has compromised my phone, making it challenging for me to regain control of my accounts. I recently created a new account but have been locked out again. Facebook locked me out of my account while trying to place an ad on my new employer's page. They asked me to verify my identity by submitting my ID, which I did. However, they rejected it stating my ID (driver's license) didn't match the name on the account. My legal name is Hannah Patenaude Fanton, but I go by Hannah Fanton on Facebook due to the length of my hyphenated last name. I then submitted two other forms of ID showing my Facebook name - my work ID badge with a photo and a piece of mail. Unfortunately, I received the same message again. My phone service, active for four years, was unexpectedly shut off, leaving me unable to recover my long-standing account under the name Amanda Sterling, active for at least 8 years. This account had two-factor authentication, causing issues with access even though my email is fully functional, along with my Instagram account linked to my Facebook. Upon explaining the situation to Facebook, my account was deactivated, erasing my pictures and content, although the account can still be searched. I am eager to regain access to it, as it holds many cherished memories over the years. I do have another account under Amanda Contreraz, my married name, but it lacks the extensive collection of photos and memories that the original account holds. Despite numerous attempts through the help center, I have been unable to retrieve access, as I can't receive a verification code due to my phone being disconnected. After resetting my Facebook password, I encountered an issue with the code generator authentication and failed SMS code delivery. Even providing my ID to Facebook did not disable two-part authentication. I urgently require the disabling of two-part authentication to regain access to my account, as other methods like logging in from known browsers are not feasible due to deletion. While resetting the password is straightforward, the ordeal lies in disabling two-part authentication to bypass the 6-digit code requirement. One delayed code attempt was unsuccessful, leaving me unable to access my account. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I was suspended for a post for 30 days, which was fair. Days later, my account was hacked, resulting in another 30-day suspension. I informed support that my three Facebook pages were compromised. Once my current suspension ends on the 22nd, I plan to delete all pages due to censorship and the hacking incidents. I recall speaking to a chat agent previously about this issue, but no resolution was reached. If allowing account hacking is your policy, it's a problem. Despite feeling unheard, I am taking action and will be discontinuing my pages. Thank you, and God bless America.

I received a message from you indicating that someone accessed my Facebook account with the ID# [redacted]. I am concerned because money has been taken from my Apple account after purchasing cards to load funds. I've experienced issues with my other accounts, such as my SS bank account and Medicare. I suspect my sister and her sons have my information due to a family situation. I lived with my father who had dementia and cared for him until he passed away. Following his death, there have been problems with unauthorized orders and my private accounts. I want to ensure my safety and seek assistance in identifying the person involved so I can take legal action. I am not active on Facebook and mainly enjoy playing games and watching movies. My Facebook account was disabled over the weekend, and I am unsure why it happened. I have attempted to reset my password through both my cell phone and email, but have not been successful.
