Hello! My name is Osvaldo Robles. I recently changed my Apple device, and now I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I cannot remember the password. The email associated with my Facebook account is an old one, and I do not recall the password for it either. Previously, I used iPhone Face ID recognition to log in. I am concerned about recovering my password. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Today, I tried to log in to my Facebook account to permanently delete it. I was surprised to see that my account was locked by Facebook for security reasons. I did not receive any prior notifications about this issue. I refuse to provide my private information like an ID or passport just to access my account. I am requesting Facebook to delete my account since I am unable to access it for deletion.

I am a member of a Facebook group with 16,[redacted] members. Unfortunately, the group owner passed away, and Facebook has now decided it needs to be moderated due to spam issues. However, with no one in charge, our new posts are stuck awaiting approval. Is there a way to get Facebook to remove the moderation or appoint a new moderator? Thank you. - Fred G.

Facebook, I am disappointed in the current censorship happening on the platform. It troubles me that opinions are being silenced based on personal biases. Allowing only one perspective goes against the essence of free speech and diversity. The emphasis on respecting differing views seems hypocritical if certain voices are being suppressed. It's crucial to distinguish between genuine offense and mere disagreement. I have also reached out to Apple, Twitter, Google, and Amazon about this issue. I have been an active user of Facebook for many years, but my personal account (www.facebook.com/the.nalaik) was mistakenly disabled by the Facebook security system due to a hacking incident and violation of community standards. I recently switched my service from Verizon to T-Mobile and started using an S10 Samsung phone after previously using a Verizon phone. Somehow, my phone with only T-Mobile's SIM card got attacked, and I suspect it might have been through a Facebook login. My Facebook account got compromised, with both the email and phone number changed since September. I tried to verify my identity multiple times, but it seemed like my attempts were intercepted. My Facebook profile is facebook.com/krankie85 with the name Elaina Fincher. I've had trouble with verification as my first name is not the one I usually go by. I was startled to receive these messages and a PIN for resetting my account, something I did not request. Following the link and resetting the password led me to a seemingly blank profile with just a profile picture. Hello, my Facebook account was hacked on my birthday by a hacker on 14.12.[redacted]. They have changed the password and I no longer have access to reset it as I no longer have the old phone number or access through Gmail. The hacker was online on my Facebook account on 3.1.[redacted], changed my profile picture, and used a photo of my friend as the profile picture. I have filed a report with the police. When I enter my password, it shows “Old Password” on the display. My Gmail is [redacted] and my Facebook account is [redacted] I hope you can help me, as I have tried submitting identification documents to support multiple times but have not made any progress.

The codes I received are 8 digits, but it's asking for a 6-digit code, which is causing multiple attempts and my account to become locked. Regrettably, I was in a dangerous situation caused by a man who is now in jail for domestic violence and attempted homicide. He specifically targeted me, even affecting my Facebook account which held precious photos of my deceased father, murdered mother, and late grandmother. The man hacked my account, changed the passwords, and I am uncertain if he disabled it. I have recently regained access to my email after reaching out to Google for help and sending my ID to verify my identity. My main concern now is whether my Facebook account is active or disabled, and if there is a way to retrieve the valuable photos stored in it.

I am formally requesting the complete deletion of my Facebook account due to recent hacking. I disabled the account a few years ago and noticed unauthorized activity. I have been attempting to contact FB Customer Service for a whole year now with no success. I inadvertently used my mobile number to create my mother's FB account, resulting in her being locked out and needing to create a new account. The issue now is that my mobile number is still linked to her old account, preventing me from adding it to my own FB account. I urgently require assistance to remove my number from my mother's old FB account and have it terminated. Facebook needs to improve its support system for users as my requests have been ignored for a year.

Regarding the removal of my YouTube channel on Jan. 10, [redacted], purportedly for severe repeated violations of YouTube's community guidelines, I am unsure about the specific videos referenced. I may have criticized prominent and lesser-known right-wingers like Candace Owens and Larry Elder in YouTube's comment sections for their biased stances. It seems far-right individuals have reported my channel multiple times in a retaliatory manner. I, Wills Ting, want to highlight that numerous individuals and organizations have reported these extreme far-right YouTube fanatics to YouTube's account help and customer service, as well as to Twitter's Team YouTube, with no success.

On November 10th and 12th, I made purchases from ads on Facebook: one for a mini chainsaw and another for a dog ramp. I was charged for these items but never received them. When I tried to order two dog ramps, they initially tried to charge me about $[redacted],[redacted] each, which was shocking. After numerous attempts, I finally ordered one for about $20 plus tax but still never received it. I keep getting reminders from Arctic [redacted] about items left in my cart, totaling around $[redacted],[redacted]. The other company involved is AllShop.com, where the chainsaw was $23.98 and the dog ramp was $26.98. It's frustrating that these companies are allowed to advertise on Facebook. - Ralph J. Rehbit
