My friend's personal Facebook account was unexpectedly deleted, and she is unable to regain access after following the ID verification process. Unfortunately, she has learned from online forums that the response time for such issues can be quite lengthy. She currently utilizes this account to manage her business page. I'm inquiring if it might be feasible for her to create a new personal account and somehow become an admin of the business page. While I understand this may be unlikely, is there any potential solution to save her business page? The situation is truly distressing.

This issue is critical as I have an active Facebook campaign running and need access to my business manager to pause the ads. Dear Sir, I am experiencing difficulties with my page "Artificially Distributed Content" due to limited originality of the content. Since the beginning of my page, Tal Torongo, I have been going live for two hours daily. However, the cost of the daily program is a minimum of $[redacted], which is too high for me to sustain. I find myself in a challenging situation and urgently need your assistance. It is crucial for me to resolve this issue so that I can qualify for Facebook monetization; otherwise, I fear significant losses. I am eagerly awaiting your support but am unable to locate the live support button. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Facebook Business Manager. I am unable to run or create ads because my personal Facebook account, linked to my Business Manager, has been disabled. I am unsure of the reason for the disablement or which policy I may have violated. I have recently started my business and rely on the Facebook Business Manager platform for creating ads. It is challenging to reach out to Facebook support for guidance on resolving this issue. I have attached an image showing the current status of my ad account.

Yesterday, I uploaded my ID scan, and now my account is blocked. The fun pages linked to my account are crucial for my business. Recently, I invested in an expensive Facebook ads course, and not being able to access my account is affecting my ability to earn. This situation is critical to me. We are experiencing difficulty accessing our Facebook account. Facebook has detected suspicious activity, temporarily locking it for security reasons. The platform suggests our account may have been compromised through a phishing attack. To regain access, a security check requesting an ID is the initial step. However, as this account is associated with the museum, not an individual, we are unsure whose ID should be provided. Can the account be recovered without an ID or should we create a new one? How quickly can access be restored?

I believe my account was hacked, and the hacker changed my password without my knowledge due to a timezone difference. Despite receiving prompts and attempting to rectify the situation, I was too late. The hacker also changed the reset email, making it impossible for me to regain control of my account. I am now unable to reset the password as it claims the email account is already in use. I am puzzled by how this could happen and frustrated by the lack of support from Facebook. I urgently need assistance in undoing the actions of the hacker. Thank you.

My primary Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled with a vague explanation citing activities that violate Facebook's terms and conditions. As my business pages are linked to this account, I suspect an error has occurred. I am eager to have the restrictions lifted from my Facebook account and wish to review the alleged violations that led to its disablement. -Tobi

Hello, I am reaching out to appeal your decision to deactivate my personal account. I understand Facebook's concern in providing the best experience to its users. I want to assure you that I am careful to adhere to your advertising policies. Unfortunately, my account was deactivated automatically, and I am a bit puzzled as I strive to comply with all your terms of use. All my ads have always been approved by your team, and I believe they abide by your rules. Please, could a member of your team review my appeal and assist me? Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

My account has been compromised. When attempting to log in, I discovered that the password had been changed. Upon trying to reset the password, a code was sent to my alternate email. However, I have not received the login code via text to my phone. Another prompt asks for a 6-digit code from the code generator, which I cannot access without my account. I have submitted a request to FB for help but have not received any response in more than a week. I am seeking assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I set up a Facebook Business Manager, but it got restricted for advertising before I could even use it. I requested a review on February 25th, but I haven't heard back yet. I believe it was a mistake because I followed all the advertising policies and hadn't run any ads. I really need to get the manager up and running again soon.

Hello Facebook Team, I am facing an issue with accessing my Facebook account linked to my mobile number due to a forgotten password. I have been attempting to receive a verification code via my phone number, but it has not been successful. This matter is urgent as I am unable to log in. I need assistance in removing a post written by Ria Heslop yesterday, alongside Tina Hayes, that attacked mine and my sister's character. The post was brought to my attention by two friends yesterday afternoon. Ria has been sending inappropriate messages via text and WhatsApp, despite being blocked by us. We have involved the police due to her continuous harassment. We are not in contact with Ria and do not wish to engage with her. I have consulted a solicitor, who advised me to seek help from this platform to have the post removed.

While I was in the process of entering my debit card details into the Facebook payment section, my account suddenly froze, and a message popped up stating that my account has been disabled. I am quite upset because I have not engaged in any activity that would warrant my account being disabled. My account holds around 11 years' worth of memories, including my children growing up, so I am eager to restore it. I have already submitted a review, but I am anxious to receive prompt assistance before I risk losing all of my valuable content permanently.

I am currently facing an issue with my locked Facebook account. The security options provided involve sending a code to my old phone number, which I no longer possess, or requesting friends to send a code, but I cannot contact them as their numbers are in my old phone. I am unable to call due to the distance between us, as well as my inability to remember their numbers. I am requesting assistance in reopening my Facebook account by sending a code to my email address Justinh970agmail.com or exploring alternative solutions. Due to previous circumstances, I am no longer able to access my previous phone or contact list, and I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam, I was on Facebook last week Thursday, and my phone broke on Friday, November 11, [redacted]. My partner gave me her old phone on Sunday, November 13, [redacted], and when I tried to log in to Facebook, I found out that my account had been disabled. I am unable to access my homepage, and I received a message stating that my account didn't follow community standards. I have been on Facebook since its early days, and I always follow the rules without upsetting anyone. Facebook didn't provide a reason for disabling my account, and I am very upset about this. I really enjoy using Facebook, and I am confused about why this happened. I tried contacting customer service, but the issue remains unresolved. Best, Ashley C.
