My Facebook account under the name Ramesh Pandey from Mumbai was disabled on December 10, [redacted], around 8 p.m. I kindly request to have my account re-enabled. Please provide me with information regarding the specific post or content that led to the disabling of my account due to violation of community guidelines. I believe I should have been notified before the account was disabled. I have already submitted the required documents for authentication as requested, however, my account remains disabled. My Facebook account was compromised, and the hacker removed my email addresses. The only remaining email connected to my account ends with .asia. The hacker also set up a 2-factor authentication code generator using this .asia email, but I can't access it. I'm now only able to access my Facebook via my cellphone, but it's not recognizing my browser. Despite using the same phone for over a year, Facebook doesn't identify it as my usual browser. I need assistance with this issue!

Hello, Yesterday, my Facebook account was suddenly disabled because I allegedly didn't adhere to the community standards. Facebook requested an ID upload for verification, which I promptly provided. Currently, I only see a message from Facebook stating that they are reviewing the information, mentioning potential delays due to Covid-19. I've had this account since [redacted], it connects me with friends and holds precious memories. I also use it to run my business through Facebook pages. A few months back, Facebook flagged one of my posts for not meeting community standards. I promptly removed it, and Facebook acknowledged my cooperation, mentioning that mistakes can happen. Yesterday evening, I thought I was chatting with my cousin, M.W., but it seems there was a scam involving a Consultant Company. They instructed me to purchase an eBay gift card, send them a screenshot, and promised to give me $[redacted].00 back. Unfortunately, I fell for it and also sent a screenshot of my driver's license, thinking it was my cousin's request as it resembled her DL pictures. Following this, I realized my bank account password and Facebook account had been compromised, along with difficulty accessing my photos.

I received an unexpected text message with a 5-digit Facebook code from an unknown sender. I disregarded and deleted it. However, now I find myself locked out of my Facebook account. I am unable to access my account as someone has altered my email and phone number. The account is registered under Lori Craven Jacob with the original email being [redacted] and the listed phone number is [redacted]. However, I have since changed my phone and the new number is [redacted]. Despite trying all recommended methods to regain access, I have been unsuccessful. The new email address associated with the account starts with a "g" and ends with "Asia," which is unfamiliar to me. I fear losing all my photos saved in the account if someone erases them. I am having trouble accessing my account because I am not receiving the 6-digit code sent to my phone for verification. This led me to try logging in with my Google Account, which resulted in an error message. Subsequently, I was directed to a Facebook Identity Page requesting photo ID verification, which I have submitted eight times without resolution. Despite receiving one email from Facebook claiming the issue was fixed, I am still unable to access my account as it repeatedly asks for the 6-digit code that I do not receive. I have contacted Facebook multiple times, explained the situation, but have not received a helpful response. It has been two weeks since I was locked out of my account, and I am desperate for assistance in recovering it.

Recently, I discovered that all my contacts, profile photo, and blocked contacts were mysteriously deleted from my account. I suspect someone who is difficult to identify deliberately did this. I believe this person may have a connection to an FBI agent who assisted in these actions. I have decided to suspend my Facebook account in light of these events.

I recently deactivated both my Facebook account and Messenger. However, it seems that someone from La Nucia in Spain has gained unauthorized access to my account, as my friends have reported seeing me online. Despite uninstalling the app, changing my passwords, and deleting my accounts, this individual is still able to access my account. I have re-deleted my accounts, but the issue persists. I've forgotten my Facebook password, and I can no longer access the email connected to my account. I've been attempting to reset my password, but I can't verify it without access to the email. When I try to change my primary email in my Facebook settings, it prompts me for a password I don't remember. I also tried using my phone number linked to the account, but it didn't work for verification. I need help resetting my password since I no longer have access to the email associated with my Facebook account.

A few years back, I opened a Facebook account using my full name, Cheryl Lynn Morton. Strangely, another account was made using just Cheryl Morton. When I search my name, there is yet another Cheryl Morton showing up, confusing my friends who end up sending requests to the wrong account. I would like to remove the spare Cheryl Morton account but I fear losing both profiles. Any guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was blocked after defending myself against racial attacks from another user. However, the other user was not blocked, which leads me to believe it is due to racial bias. This user is now harassing my family. Please address this issue before I take legal action against the platform. There have been threats made and harassment towards white individuals, but no action has been taken against the offending user. If this continues, I will seek legal representation.
