I have contacted support several times regarding my disabled account on FB. Despite being promised a quick resolution, it has been 4 days with no response. I was informed that my account was disabled due to a login from a different computer, which was me. I was assured of an immediate solution, but unfortunately, there has been no follow-through. The chat live button has been disabled, making it impossible to reach out for help. I am losing money daily, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of respect for us paying customers by this application.

I encountered a pop-up on Facebook alerting me about suspicious activity on my account and requesting ID verification. I promptly submitted my ID but have not received any follow-up communication or regained access to my business pages. I am using a business account under the name Bohdi Sanders with the email [redacted] The lack of progress is concerning as this is a critical time for my business. It has been nearly a week without any resolution from Facebook. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently sold an item on a marketplace and opted to use the shipping feature for the first time. However, I have encountered an issue where my funds have been held for almost two and a half weeks even though the recipient has already received the item. I have been informed that this is due to a requirement for providing a social for tax purposes, but I have been unable to find where to add this information on the platform. Despite multiple emails including my SSN, I have not received a resolution. It's important to note that the sale amount was below $[redacted] and was not made through the marketplace itself, but rather through my personal groups. I am frustrated with this situation and feel that it is unreasonable. I am eager to receive the funds owed to me and will not be using this platform for future sales due to this experience.

About six months ago, my mother's Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed the password and email associated with it, making it impossible for us to reset the password. The email was altered to something similar but with a different number, for example, [redacted] instead of [redacted] Unfortunately, Facebook does not provide an email address or support number for assistance, so we are turning to this forum for help.

On November 2nd, [redacted], my Facebook account got disabled, and I'm unsure why. I have never engaged in harassment, bullying, or used inappropriate language on my page. My account contains connections with my family and church community, as well as personal photos. I've been attempting to understand the reason behind the disabling of my account. Hi, I am Philip Wahl from Lavonia, MI. I have been a member for a long time. On October 19, I was chatting with a member named Nancy Hellen Linger. Since then, I have been unable to log on to my page. It seems she was able to access my account and set a 6-digit passcode for logging in from a different device. I receive emails from Facebook about notifications but am unable to bypass the passcode. I have tried various ways to contact Facebook but have had no success. Hello, I had a Facebook account under the name Sally.Yeh.9 with a picture of my husband and me. Now when I log onto Facebook, it changes to Sally.Yeh146. The issue is that neither profile is complete. All of my [redacted]+ friends are displayed as people I might want to be friends with. Additionally, there are numerous individuals from the Philippines suggested as potential friends, but I don't know anyone from there. This indicates that my account was hacked. The page shows likes with soft porn, mostly Asian websites, which is not mine. How can I regain access to my account with my information, previous posts, and existing friends list?

Today, on 12/09/[redacted], I connected my email to my Facebook account. My work account, where we post job listings, was also linked to it. I recently boosted a job post but didn't receive a receipt for the charge. I'm unsure how to access this email or acquire the receipt. If there's a method to retrieve the email that was supposed to be sent, or another way to obtain the receipt, I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

For years, I've been attempting to access my account. Unfortunately, I've lost family members, and my Facebook page holds precious photos of them that I can't retrieve. Every time I try to login, I face a message stating, "viewing documents at this time and cannot access your account right now." I deactivated my account around 2 months ago, as I relocated and updated my phone number shortly after. I have been unsuccessful in reactivating my account due to the incorrect mobile number linked to it. The options provided all require a text to be sent to my phone, which I cannot receive. I attempted the alternative option of uploading my driver's license on Friday the 4th. While the confirmation page stated a typical 48-hour review period, I have not received any updates. I tried again on Monday without success. Is there a method to reactivate my account solely using my email address?

I reside on a small hobby farm in Cockatoo Valley, South Australia. Recently, I came across hand-held garden chain saws being promoted on Facebook. I bought and paid for three of them. Unexpectedly, I also placed an order for four similar hand-held battery-operated chain saws from a different brand and supplier before receiving the first order. Additionally, I purchased three grafting tools. Upon receiving the orders, I was disappointed to find that the initial three chainsaw order contained only chains in black pouches, the subsequent order had four hacksaw blades, and the third order had four rolls of tape instead of the grafting tool. This fraudulent activity has cost me around A$[redacted].00, as the items received are essentially worthless, with a total retail value of about A$10.00. I am deeply upset by this deceptive advertising and deliberate misrepresentation of products. I usually trust Facebook ads and PayPal payments, but this experience has made me wary. I suspect that all three advertisements may be linked to the same company despite listing different addresses. My Facebook account has been compromised. The hacker altered the email and phone number linked to my account, preventing me from accessing it. Followed FB's advice to regain control, but without the email/phone number, I couldn't proceed. I submitted my ID to FB for verification two days ago but have not received a response. It's distressing knowing someone has control of my account and can misuse it. I need help reaching out to Facebook for support. Disappointed by the lack of user support resources available.

I was contemplating deleting one of my Facebook pages, so I saved all my photos and videos. I then created a new page without personal pictures but now I can't locate my original page. When I use the associated email, it directs me to the new page. The email used for the old page is [redacted] I want to reactivate my old page with all my photos. I am worried about the new Facebook policies regarding posted content. Can someone assist me in finding my old page and provide details on the rights concerning what I post, particularly my pictures?

Hello, I have a pressing inquiry regarding a page issue that I have not been able to resolve through the help center. There seems to be an admin/login problem with a page that has been active since [redacted]. I recently claimed this page as the new marketing director. After verifying the code through the business line and receiving an email confirming my verification and admin status, I now encounter an error message when trying to access the page. Despite trying various avenues in the Help Center, creating a new page, and attempting to merge them, I still face access issues. I have consulted the FAQs, searched for contact numbers, explored the site for help, and even downloaded the page app. Although I managed a nursing home's Facebook page previously without difficulties, I am now out of options. I am having trouble meeting the requirements for the Level Up program. I have streamed twice and for at least 4 hours within the last 14 days, which should qualify me. Unfortunately, the last two streams on my page weren't counted towards this. I have contacted Facebook about this issue twice but have not received a response for a few days now. If someone could help me understand why these streams weren't counted, I would greatly appreciate it. These are the final tasks I need to complete to join the Level Up Creator Program with Facebook Gaming. Thank you!

Last night on 09 December [redacted], while using the Facebook app on my Android device, I suddenly encountered a prompt asking me to confirm my identity. The process started with entering my mobile number registered with Facebook, then inputting an OTP sent to me, followed by uploading a photo ID. A message appeared mentioning a delay in the account review due to a lack of staff because of the pandemic. Upon attempting to log in again with my credentials, a message informed me that my account had been disabled and no additional review requests would be accepted.
