Hello, I am having an issue with my Facebook business page. When I try to access it, I keep getting redirected to an error page. This problem occurs on all browsers. I can partially bypass this problem by going through a link that leads me to a "this page isn't available" page, and from there I can access the newsfeed page. However, I am unable to reach important pages like messages or ad manager. Can anyone advise on what steps I can take to resolve this?

Unfortunately, I am visually impaired and am struggling to regain access to my account. My phone number was changed, and my Gmail was hacked. Despite having old passwords, I can't use the "phone a friend" option due to visual prompts. I have attempted various methods to recover my account. My mom's account has been disabled, and you have not provided any reason for this. She has not broken any rules on her Facebook account. If you believe she has, she should be given the opportunity to resolve it and regain access to her account. The rules on Facebook should apply fairly to everyone. I got logged out of both my Instagram (M_haddis) and Facebook (Michael Haddis) accounts. I forgot my passwords for both platforms. I have my email and phone number linked to both accounts. When I lost my phone temporarily, I contacted Instagram via email and provided a picture with a code to regain access. I successfully recovered my Instagram account using this method. However, Facebook has not been sending a reset code despite numerous attempts. Interestingly, my phone number is no longer a valid reset option for my Facebook account. It has been two months, and the Facebook Help Center has not been useful. I am hoping to receive a reset code either through my current phone number (+[redacted]5) or my email at [redacted]

Hello team, I am Bala Yesu Miriyala. I am experiencing an issue with my personal account. Unfortunately, my account has been disabled for what seems to be a violation of your rules, although I am not aware of the specific mistake I made. I am concerned about the status of my account. Hello, I'm seeking assistance in regaining access to my account due to changes in the password, email, and phone number, which have hindered my ability to log in for the past four days. I have tried the anti-hacking measures by asking friends or family for codes, but the "community rules" prevent me from proceeding without providing a sensible reason. I am wondering where I can securely send my identity document to verify my account and regain access. Although the assistance FAQ mentions submitting a document, I am unable to locate a field to input my email address. The recent changes have left me unable to verify and take back control of my account.

I have recently experienced restrictions on my account for sharing my opinion about the governor of Michigan. I referred to Whitmer as "Whitless" and mentioned concerns about the impact of her decisions on small business owners. I also commented on her need to focus on Michigan instead of Washington DC. While I did not use derogatory language towards individuals, it seems my account was reported leading to the restrictions. I believe this restriction infringes on my right to freedom of speech protected by the 1st amendment. Kindly review my account to address this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance recovering access to my account. The password, email, and phone number have been changed without my authorization. I have tried the anti-hacking measures by requesting codes from my friends and family, but I am unable to proceed due to community rules. I am requesting guidance on where I can submit my identity document to regain control of my account. I have been locked out of my account for 4 days, and despite emailing Facebook multiple times (@abuse, @privacy, @info), I have not received any responses. I have been unable to access my Facebook account for over six weeks now. I was unexpectedly logged out of all my devices and browsers, leading me to suspect that my account was hacked as I noticed unauthorized business and multiple Facebook pages were created using my account. I reported these incidents, but no action was taken. Three days later, I was locked out of my account. When trying to log in on my desktop, I am prompted to input a code from a generator or third-party app I don't have. Similarly, when using the app on my phone, I am asked for a code, but despite requesting multiple times, I do not receive any SMS codes. I did receive one email about suspicious logins, but the location mentioned matched mine. However, whether the login attempt was mine or not, I still require the code, which I never received. I have submitted the help form on the Facebook website numerous times, but have not received any response. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I have been trying to reach out to a girl who used my photos without permission along with other nude images on her post. Despite reporting the post multiple times, the issue persists. I have reached out to Facebook for support, including contacting Facebook security, but so far no resolution has been found. I have also tried to contact the people tagged in the post to get in touch with her and request the removal of my photos. This situation violates privacy rights and has become quite distressing. I am hopeful that someone will address this matter promptly.

My account was disabled suddenly on November 27, [redacted] while I was working in the marketplace. I did not post any wrong content. I lost my phone and have been attempting to log in from my new device. Initially, I received the code to access my account, as I didn't have my password available, and I briefly managed to log in. However, my account was disabled abruptly, and now I'm not receiving any more codes with no option available. Despite using my email to verify the account, log in, and update the password, I'm puzzled by the repeated request for codes I'm not getting. I'm eager to regain access to my account.

I had a Facebook account under the name Pauline Beames. On Saturday, December 6, [redacted], I was informed that my account was disabled due to an incorrect computer password, which prevented me from signing in. When I tried to create a new account under my new last name after getting married in September, I encountered the same issue. The new account set up under the name pauline.mccullough.96 is showing as disabled for violating community standards despite being empty. I am unable to access either account and wish to have the password issue resolved for the first account, [redacted], or have access to the pauline.mccullough account restored. I have been trying to sort this out for four days and would appreciate a prompt resolution.

I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account. It was restored last night, but was disabled again today. I have already informed the DOJ about the unfair account disabling. Unfortunately, I cannot verify my account with a mobile phone or pay using a debit card instead of a credit card. Every time I use my debit card online, I have to dispute fraudulent charges. I cherish my former co-worker group from HIMKO Vratsa, Bulgaria and I am trying to reconnect with them on Facebook. I manage a Facebook page where I am the editor, but there is no active admin or owner. Another editor exists, but the owner's account is inactive. I put in a lot of effort into the page and now want to run ads for my products. However, without an admin or owner, I fear losing control of the page in the future. Additionally, I cannot connect WhatsApp and Instagram with the page. This situation is concerning me, and I am seeking a solution.

I am the sole moderator of the "Single to Mingle Ohio" group as the founder left the group 10 months ago. Despite my attempts in the last two months to reach out to them for a smooth transition of control, I have been ignored. I am in charge of approving members, and although I have two members willing to assist me, I am unable to grant them access. After exploring various options without success, it seems only the former founder or the platform can adjust the settings to grant me the necessary control. I am actively managing the group's activities and seeking assistance, but I am unable to delegate any responsibilities. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account has been hacked, alongside my Apple iPhone, iPad, and other devices. When I send a message in Messenger to more than three or four people, Facebook Messenger automatically sends that message to everyone in my contacts. This is pure chaos. I enjoy sharing jokes with some friends, but I don’t want customers in my messenger to receive them. How can I revert this back to how it used to be? It is absurd for Facebook to share the information I intended for only my closest friends with everyone. This has caused me embarrassment multiple times.
