Hello, good morning, I have discovered that two Facebook accounts registered in my name as Edwin Pujols Robles, one with the email [redacted] and the other with [redacted], have been hacked. They are being used for promotions and activities using my information. I kindly request for those accounts containing my photos to be deleted from the system as I have another active account under the name Edwin Pujols. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is important for me to have those accounts removed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am Elaine Ashbrook on Facebook, and I believe the (39) at the end of my name was added by you. My mobile number with you is [redacted]0. I let a friend use my phone, and she created a Facebook account with my number. I recently lost my Facebook password and tried to recover it using my mobile number, but it's saying it belongs to Julie Swift (which is incorrect). I have a text from the past where you helped me recover my account. Julie Swift has deactivated her account, and I've tried to use my trusted friends (Lis Stanley, Nathan Cooke, and Sheila Whitlow) to recover the code you sent. Can you please recognize my phone number as mine again? I'm confused how Julie Swift managed to use it when it was already registered under my name on Facebook.

I received a message on Facebook about a thing called candyb from someone named Danny. This person directed me to contact an individual named Agent Fank Timoti, claiming to work for a government organization, to collect some winning money owed to me. After providing personal details, I was instructed to buy £[redacted] worth of Amazon gift cards for a shipment of my money by FedEx. However, after sharing my information, my account was hacked, and my phone number and password were changed. The scammer contacted my partner posing as me. Despite contacting the police, they couldn't assist, stating it wasn't a crime. This situation has caused distress, and I'm uncertain how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated. - Mr. P. Brown

Yesterday I was shocked to discover my Instagram account was blocked for no apparent reason. I need to verify my identity, but I can't access the email and phone number linked to the account as I've changed my phone number. Yesterday, when I checked Instagram, I was shocked to see that my account was blocked inexplicably. I need to reverify my identity, but I encounter an issue because I no longer have access to the phone number and email associated with the account, as I have a new phone number now. On November 1, [redacted], my account was hacked in the middle of the night. The password and email address were changed, leaving me locked out. Someone is using my account to scam my friends, claiming to have my driver's license and even photoshopping it with me holding it. It's a concerning situation, and I urgently need assistance to regain control of my account. Many important photos are stored there, and I'm worried about losing them. Furthermore, I don't want my friends to be at risk of losing their accounts due to this hacking incident.

My Facebook account was hacked and subsequently locked. I completed all the required steps to unlock it, including submitting a copy of my driver’s license multiple times. However, I have received conflicting emails - 5 thanking me for my ID but stating that everything appears fine (when it's still locked), and 3 thanking me for my ID but indicating they need further verification. I am confused and worried about losing all my information if I open a new account. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

Approve login on another device 2. Use an unlock code (which I did not receive) 3. Upload photo ID I first tried option 1 with no success, even though it was my own phone. Then I attempted option 2, but did not receive a code, despite it being my email. Lastly, I tried option 3, but I do not have an ID matching my Facebook account. My Facebook account has been hacked. Someone has taken over it and is contacting my friends and family to access their accounts. Despite my attempts, I can't recover it as the hacker changed the primary email. I've made a new account to warn everyone. Please assist me in regaining access to my original account!

I organized a fundraiser for an animal rescue, but I haven't received any payments from Facebook yet. We raised over £[redacted], and I am concerned about the status of the fundraiser. I created a Messenger account without Facebook but needed to send a document on the computer. I was prompted to create a Facebook account, but then I couldn't access my previous non-Facebook account. When I tried to switch back, they requested my phone number to send a verification code, but it never arrived. I repeated this process multiple times with no luck. Eventually, I was locked out of my account and informed it was disabled for some time. It has been 30 hours, and I am still unable to access my account. I would appreciate any assistance.

Hello, I encountered an issue today when attempting to log in to my account and found that my password had been changed without my knowledge. I received an alert in my primary email regarding an attempt to reset the password. I followed the prompt to secure my account by informing Facebook it wasn't me but faced difficulty during the recovery process. I am now at a stage where a code is required, which I am unable to locate neither in the browser nor on the logged-in phone. Additionally, my primary email address seems to have been switched with my secondary one, to which I no longer have access. This has made it impossible for me to recover my password. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My account is [redacted] (the same as my email). Somehow, my login password does not work. I've tried to reset it, but the code does not come to my email. I'm stranded overseas in the US, and my Chinese phone will not work. I've attempted to set up a new Gmail account, but it doesn't work either. Please reset my password to the original ******Qingting. I am having trouble resetting my password on FB. The options to reset are not providing me with a code. The email address on file is [redacted], which is no longer current. I've been trying to update it to [redacted], but I still receive no response or code. My correct phone number on file is [redacted], yet I do not receive a code via text message. I need help accessing my Facebook account! A few weeks ago, someone hacked into my account and set up 2FA with an unknown number/email. I managed to secure my account by changing the password, but now whenever I try to log in, it asks for a 6-digit code that is being sent to a gmail account I no longer have access to. I enter the code sent to my new email after changing my password, but then it asks for another code that I never receive. It seems like the codes are going to the hacker's email or phone number. I've tried multiple times to no avail. This means I can't access any apps or accounts linked to my Facebook profile. I've reached out to Facebook support several times, providing my contact information and driver's license, but have received no response. Can someone please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I recently got blocked by Facebook without any warning or explanation. I am not involved in any radical activities or promoting anything inappropriate. I received a message stating that the review of my information might take longer, and I have submitted my driver's license for verification. Despite reaching out to Facebook for assistance, I have not received any help for over two months.
