Hello team, My name is Bala Yesu Miriyala. I have Facebook and Instagram accounts under the IDs "Balu Shane" and "Crashgamer.yt." Unfortunately, my accounts were hacked, and the hacker posted content that goes against your community guidelines, resulting in both of my accounts being disabled. I have already reached out to customer care with proof of my innocence. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my accounts. I assure you that I will adhere to your guidelines moving forward, regularly change my passwords, and monitor my accounts more closely. Your prompt help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bala Yesu

I was offline for a month, and when I tried to log into Instagram, I discovered my account had been disabled for violating terms of service. Even though I haven't used it in months, this was frustrating. Since Instagram doesn't have live chat support, I turned to Facebook, as they own Instagram. I'm here seeking assistance to recover my account, including all my messages and content.

Today, my Facebook personal, business, and group accounts were disabled. I am certain I did not violate any community standards, and I have been very cautious. My entire operation relies on Facebook. I am currently participating in a paid challenge, organizing a free challenge starting in 1 hour, and now I am unable to go live. I have invested a significant amount in boosting posts, and Facebook was running boosted ads when my accounts were disabled. I am concerned about the money spent on these promotions. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, R. Hannifan

One of my clients has both a personal ad account and a business page ad account. Unfortunately, both accounts were disabled because of an advertisement for a particular business unit. Even after submitting a review, only the personal ad account was reinstated. Is it possible to advertise her page through the personal ad account that was reinstated? Can a new business page ad account be created? Would I need to create a new page and merge it with the old one to create a new ads account? What are the possible options available in this situation?

After my account was hacked, I sought Facebook's assistance in promptly removing it due to inappropriate content being sent to my 6-year-old daughter. I'm grateful for their efficient response. Now that I have restored my phone, I aim to reactivate my "keyzz cole" account. The previous hacker's information remains on my account, prompting my request for guidance on how to proceed. Could the Facebook team help reactivate my account, providing the necessary instructions to my new email, [redacted], where I initially requested the account removal? Your help would be greatly valued.

I made an error on Facebook Marketplace two years ago by trying to sell an item which I didn't follow through with and is against the community guidelines. I didn't do it with bad intentions, just out of ignorance. I have noticed numerous scams on my mom's phone daily, advertising fake TVs at unbelievably low prices, all claiming it's for their aunt. Despite this, my accidental mistake resulted in a lifetime ban. I am sincerely sorry for my actions and only wish for an opportunity to rectify this. I am unsure whom to contact to discuss reinstating my Marketplace privileges. I acknowledge my error and promise it won't reoccur. Thank you, Leslee H.

I attempted to update my email address and inadvertently ended up creating a new Facebook page that I am not fond of. This new page does not contain all the contacts and information I have curated over the years. I am eager to revert to my old Start Page. I would appreciate guidance on how to do so. My previous email address was "[redacted]" and my password was "SweetOkra01." I value my Facebook account and do not wish to lose all the photos, connections, and posts I have gathered over the past years. Thank you for your assistance. Leighton E. McCormick

Hello, I have a different perspective from what is commonly presented by governments and mainstream media. I've posted content in the past few months that has been fact-checked but haven't received any recent warnings or bans from Facebook. After sending my ID, Facebook mentioned that the decision cannot be changed. Today, when I requested a review, it asked for a valid email/phone number for support to contact me, yet there was no option provided to submit this information. I'm concerned about potentially losing 14 years' worth of memories due to having an opinion. Can anyone offer assistance?

I needed to remove my birthdate from my account, so I mistakenly changed my birth year to [redacted]. This action led to an immediate block. I have since followed all instructions provided to regain access—uploading my driver's license multiple times, updating my profile picture, and resetting my password. After contacting FB support, I have been informed that they are considering my situation. Despite being a long-time user who always complies with the terms of service, I am still awaiting resolution. I kindly request to be allowed back onto the platform as I miss connecting with my friends and family. Your understanding and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Instagram account. In August [redacted], my account's email was changed without my knowledge, preventing me from verifying my account. Despite submitting numerous appeal forms to Instagram and Facebook, I have been unable to link my account to my current email address as I no longer have access to the previously linked email. This issue has significantly impacted my business as I utilize Instagram for my work. I have not been able to operate effectively for the past four months. All I am requesting is to have my Instagram account (@tornuprynce - www.instagram.com/tornuprynce) linked to my email [redacted] Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tornu Prynce

I purchased two ads on Instagram, but they were paused due to a declined card. After resolving the payment issue, the ads are still on hold. When trying to request a review for the disabled business account to clarify, I encounter an error stating, "there was a problem with this request." I urgently need the ads to be active again. The content is appropriate, payment has been confirmed, and there is no reason for my business account to be disabled.

I've noticed the recent changes in the format and design of Facebook, and I'm concerned about this new charge for assistance in finding features. It seems unfair to charge users for help when the platform has become more difficult to navigate. For example, I used to enjoy playing a classic solitaire card game on Facebook, but now I can't seem to locate it. Charging users to find features that were previously accessible comes across as dishonest. It's disappointing to see these practices as they contribute to users feeling frustrated and considering leaving the platform.

Dear Facebook, I am writing to address an issue with my Facebook account. My name is Maisie Barrett, and on my account, it appears as Maisie Barrett Barrett. Sometime between the 28th and 29th, my page got hacked. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain access because I need to verify my identity through a code sent to a mobile number I no longer have, which is [redacted]6. I find it confusing that this number is being used as I have updated my contact details on Facebook to [redacted]0. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in recovering my account, as I have cherished it for 12 years. There are precious pictures and valuable connections on there that I hope to maintain. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello everyone, I have been a Facebook user since [redacted] without any issues until June of this year. I have been successfully using two-factor authentication with a QR code issued by Facebook for the MS Authenticator app on my mobile. Unfortunately, after resetting my mobile to factory settings in June, I lost access to my Facebook account on MS Authenticator because I forgot to back it up. Despite submitting numerous requests to Facebook for help, including providing my Passport ID and detailed explanations, I have not been able to regain access to my account. Although I received an email from Facebook with instructions on how to recover my account, the process did not work. Every time I try to submit a recovery request, I am informed that I do not have any valid codes, leaving me stuck. I have also tried codes from my Trusted Friends List, but those did not work either. I am currently unable to access my account and retrieve the valuable photos and memories I have stored on Facebook over the past 17 years. Any advice or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Kieran

When trying to access my business Facebook account, I encounter the message requesting to upload an official identification document for verification purposes. The document provided will be held for over 30 days, but less than a year, unless I choose to opt out. This is part of their measures to enhance automated systems against fraudulent identification documents and related abuses. Rest assured, the uploaded identification will not be publicly visible on Facebook.

Hello, I'm Landon and back in [redacted], my Facebook account got hacked. Instead of trying to recover it, I created a new one. Now I'm attempting to access my old account named Landon Dusablon (Smoky) but I can't as I don't have the email or phone number linked to it anymore. Is there any way to retrieve access to my old account?
