The issue in GetHuman-susanafi's own words
Facebook is not offering support via phone. I reported and EXTREMELY graphic image and the "team" responded that it did not see a problem. It was a picture of a man and woman. The woman had her ****** facing forward and the man was giving oral ***. The woman is shown with the man's ***** in her mouth. Given all of the other things that facebook will not tolerate, I was shocked that this image did not seem to bother them. It is used as her banner.

GetHuman-susanafi did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
