This week, Facebook permanently disabled my account for "violating Community Standards." I believe this was a mistake or perhaps the algorithms mistakenly identified me as a bot. My personal page being removed doesn't bother me much, but losing my active business page and around 5 groups that I administered through my business is devastating. Those pages contained irreplaceable photos, including images of my late father and favorite dog. This oversight is mine; I never anticipated my account being shut down without any prior warning. The abruptness of this action and the lack of explanation for a complete shutdown are disheartening. Over the past 10 years, I cultivated my business and community. Just this week, I reached [redacted] followers after years of dedication, only to have it all abruptly halted. My business was on the verge of flourishing, and this setback has left me shattered.

I recently received a 30-day restriction on Oct 19, [redacted], without any explanation, details, or warnings provided on Facebook. On the same day, there were approximately 6 entries, with 3 stating that my posts were reviewed and considered okay despite receiving notifications for 2-day, 7-day, and 30-day restrictions. However, no information was given regarding the specific infractions. My current infraction history does not show any recent issues, with the last one recorded in January related to a saved Messenger item, leaving me perplexed. I have made four attempts to report this matter with no response. I am cautious about my posts on Facebook now due to past experiences and would appreciate clarification on why my account is restricted.

Hi, I need assistance with accessing my Facebook account under the name Kay Dee Lindahl Powell. Between October 17-25, the account got deactivated, and since then, I have been struggling to regain access. I followed the steps provided, such as submitting my Nexus ID card, a current photo, and having three friends vouch for me. Despite my efforts, I haven't been successful. I attempted reaching out through live chat and phone calls to no avail. Surprisingly, I now only see my very old account, Kay Dee Powell, and I'm unable to locate my current one. Facebook's lack of response has been frustrating. I'm hoping for guidance on recovering access to my original account.

I came across a distressing post on my Facebook account today. My name, Wade Slappy Slappey, was associated with an inappropriate message that I did not write. I suspect that my account has been compromised, likely by individuals including my ex-girlfriend. The situation is causing me significant embarrassment, especially because the post contained explicit content directed at my girlfriend. I really need guidance on how to address this issue. I made multiple unsuccessful login attempts with the wrong password on my new account. The following day, I found out my account was deactivated, redirecting me to a security page that did not load properly. Consequently, I am currently unable to access or use Facebook. After speaking with a representative over the phone, who had difficulty communicating in English, I was informed that my account was compromised three times from different locations including Ohio and Mexico. Despite contacting the support number at 1[redacted], I was unable to receive assistance. I am consistently receiving codes via text messages, however, they only lead me back to the security page where I am unable to proceed. Can you help me with this issue?

I recently posted a video with a song playing in the background, and in the caption, I made it clear that I do not own the rights to the song and did not let the music play. I have noticed that other posts with music playing have been allowed, so it feels like discrimination to me. My Instagram account got disabled and I believe it was an error. I deactivated it temporarily, but when I tried to log back in, it said it was disabled. I've reached out to support 15 times in the past month, providing a photo of myself with the necessary details. Please, I really need my account back as it's my only social network, and losing it has disconnected me from many people. My IG handle is vortexity_jen_fisher.

I am having trouble logging into my account (facebook.com/sima.jasmin) and cannot access any of the recovery methods. I can provide legal documents to prove that this account belongs to me. When I click on "I don't have access to this email", it doesn't prompt me to provide any legal documents to verify my identity. I really need help recovering this account as it contains important contacts, photos, and documents that I need access to. Thank you.

I need help with my daughter's fan page on Facebook and Instagram. The page was connected to her Instagram, which has a significant following. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got hacked, and I lost control of the page. I tried to reach out to Facebook and Instagram multiple times, but I never received a response. Dear all, I am facing an issue with a friend's hacked account. Despite changing the password, Facebook keeps requesting a verification code to log in. However, due to multiple codes being sent, it continues to ask me to wait 24 hours. This has been ongoing for two days now. Earlier this year, my Facebook account was disabled, and despite requesting reactivation, it remains disabled. Now, when trying to disable it, I receive a message stating it has been disabled for too long to recover it. This is concerning because my makeup business operates primarily through that account. Is there any possibility of restoring it? It's frustrating that while Instagram was successfully restored, Facebook remains inaccessible. I didn't share anything violent or offensive on the account. Back in June, I got logged out of my account. When attempting to log back in, a prompt required me to provide my ID. After doing so, my account was disabled. I have continuously sent my ID over the last few months without success. Despite trying alternate channels twice, I was directed back to the support channel. Despite explaining my ongoing efforts and lack of response, I was advised to stick to the support channel without further assistance. I have never received any prior warnings or faced restrictions on Facebook. An email informed me the login page should clarify the reason for the disablement, but it just reiterates the account is disabled and advises me to use the same form I've completed numerous times.

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. The hacker changed my email address and removed my phone number. The original email associated with my account is [redacted], which is still my current email, not the one linked to Angie Michalik Hren, as seen when attempting to reset the password. I am concerned the hacker may post inappropriate content on my behalf, so I have had friends and family report the account. However, I am now unable to access my account as there are alleged violations against the community standards. I just want to regain access to my Facebook profile, which holds important family photos and memories. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I bought 2 Christmas Decoration Kits from a company called ZZray Co., Ltd. advertised on Facebook. The kits were priced at £10.57 each, totaling £21.14. However, I only received 6 small plastic baubles which are worth about £2.00. The envelope stated 12 Christmas balls totaling USD 4.92, but I only received 6 baubles, which is about USD 2.46 (£2.00). PayPal advised me to return the baubles to China to get a refund, but it will cost me £11.10 to send them back. This means I would have spent £32.24 in total, and there's no guarantee the package will reach China. I can't afford to spend another £11.10. It seems like this company has scammed many people on Facebook, which I was unaware of when I made my purchase.

I am unable to access my Facebook account because I cannot remember my password. The email linked to the account has been deactivated, and the phone number associated with it is no longer active.
