For the past 5 months, I have been unable to access my Facebook account. Despite submitting my ID three times, I have yet to receive any communication from Facebook. This has greatly hindered my work as a marketing executive and impacted my company's ability to advertise on the platform. To work around this issue, I created a new account (the one I am currently using), but it has also been blocked now. If my original account hadn't been inaccessible for such a long time, I wouldn't have needed to resort to setting up this additional account. I believe Facebook should permit users to have separate work and personal accounts to prevent situations like mine where access is lost without any recourse. If anyone has advice on how to prompt Facebook to restore my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

My account faced a 30-day block on 20.04.[redacted] due to a FB community standards breach. Surprisingly, on 20.10.[redacted], I received another notification stating another 30-day block. Curiously, the reason provided refers back to the violation in April, even though I was already blocked then. It seems I'm penalized again for the same offense. The help desk option has vanished, making it challenging to contact support. Even reaching out via Messenger shows that the contact is unavailable. I feel isolated for the next 29 days. Oddly, although Messenger usually gets affected during a block, I can still chat with friends through it. I seek clarification on why I'm punished again for an incident six months old. I urge a review of this situation and request my account to be unblocked promptly.

My Facebook account was suddenly disabled. I submitted my real ID as proof, but after almost 50 hours, they emailed me saying they have fewer staff due to Covid-19. This message keeps appearing whenever I try to log in. I've been waiting for 5-6 days with no response from the Facebook team. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do. I reported my login issues three days ago, but there has been no solution. I feel exhausted dealing with these Facebook problems and this was my only account. If you can assist me in resolving this, I would be grateful forever.

I am concerned about Facebook allowing China to censor content, even in the United States. It is my opinion that the censorship of the Hunter Biden story was influenced by Chinese authorities. Facebook's shift towards censorship contradicts its initial stance as a platform for free expression. It is worrying to see a company that once championed the First Amendment now working for Chinese censors. The unequal treatment of content related to American and Chinese political figures raises questions about Facebook's integrity and commitment to free speech.

Yesterday, I got logged out of Facebook and when I tried to log back in, it said my personal Facebook page over 12 years old had been disabled. I followed the link provided to appeal the decision, submitted the form with my ID, but then got a message saying my account had violated community standards and could not be reinstated. I couldn't even request an appeal. All the years of memories with friends and groups disappeared suddenly without any prior warning. My page was about sharing positive content like puppies, kitties, gardening, and uplifting quotes, avoiding politics to keep harmony. I have contacted different Facebook email addresses and tried calling, but got no response. It's frustrating to see others with offensive content still active while my harmless posts are deemed inappropriate. I just want my account back; this situation feels completely unfair.

My account has been disabled, preventing me from submitting my ID to prove my real name. This has locked me out of my photos and pages without clear reasoning. I'm frustrated as it seems I can't verify my identity, while others easily regain access. This experience is making me question my reliance on Facebook for work. Unable to access my other accounts linked to Facebook, I tried submitting my ID for review but was told the decision is final. Despite not violating rules, it appears challenging to overturn this decision. It's disheartening to witness others receiving warnings for severe violations, while I'm left without an explanation for this disabling.

Dear Facebook Support Team, I believe my account was mistakenly suspended. Since it was disabled, I carefully reviewed all the community standards, but couldn't find any reason for the suspension or any guidance on reactivating it. I've attempted numerous methods to restore my account in the past month with no success. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please review my account and assist me in reactivating it. I have provided all necessary details for your review and investigation. In a recent political post, I referred to someone as a potato to express my disagreement with their views on issues concerning marginalized groups. While I've reported non-POC using language bordering on offensive terms towards POC, my actions were deemed inappropriate. Despite others using insulting language towards me, including monkey emojis, only my remark got me suspended. Is it fair that my genuine opinion is labeled as "bullying" or "hate speech"? I carefully reviewed the community guidelines, and as far as I can see, my comments did not violate any rules. Moreover, my secondary account, with a different circle of friends and purpose, has been restricted from engaging. The inconsistency in Facebook's enforcement is concerning, and I hope for clarity on these matters.

Hello, I am reaching out because I am unable to log in to my Instagram account (@victorlmbt12). It states that my account has been "disabled for violating our terms of use". I am perplexed because I have only liked photos of my friends and accounts like F1, and have not posted anything on Instagram. I suspect my account may have been hacked, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in regaining access. This account means a lot to me as I have had it for a long time, and all my friends are connected there. Unfortunately, I cannot submit a form on Instagram's support page as it requires me to confirm my identity on the app, which I cannot access. That's why I am reaching out for help!

My brother has been unable to access his Facebook account for about a month now due to password issues. Despite having a verified mobile number attached to his account, the reset code was only being sent to his email, which he no longer has access to. He then tried using trusted contacts, and I, being one of them, sent him the code as requested. Despite following the process multiple times with different contact numbers, he never received the reset link on his mobile. As his brother and a trusted contact, we are seeking help to regain access to his cherished old account. We would greatly appreciate any assistance.

My account got disabled a few days ago for violating the community standards. I recently signed up, provided my authentic information like my high school (Shandong Experimental High School) and my university (UCSD). I added a friend from UCSD, followed activities related to Chinese computing and Leetcode contests held by university clubs, and then focused on my schoolwork. When I wanted to check on those activities, I discovered my account was disabled. I appealed but it was unsuccessful, leaving me unsure of the reasons for the violation. I suspect the use of a VPN due to COVID-19 restrictions in China for my online classes might have triggered the issue. I use a VPN with changing IP addresses to ensure connectivity, which could be a concern. However, I am uncertain if this is the actual cause. Could you please clarify the reason behind the account disablement and guide me on rectifying the problem? If the VPN is the issue, could you kindly consider my situation or propose alternative solutions to address this problem? For reference, my account is YunxiangChi, and my contact information is +86 [redacted]5 and [redacted]

I've had a positive experience selling items on FB Marketplace. I had around 23 valid listings, but one was flagged for a policy violation, even though I reviewed the guidelines and comply with them. After appealing, I got banned from Marketplace. I received emails that all my listings were being reviewed and found in violation, leading to a permanent ban. I have not been informed which listing was the issue. It's frustrating to be suspended without knowing the specific problem. Facebook needs to provide clearer explanations for these actions. I, like many others, hope for a resolution. How long does a Facebook Marketplace suspension last? Can the platform define the violations leading to bans and suspensions more clearly? Hello Facebook Team, my Marketplace access is closed, and I am unsure why. Please reopen it promptly. Your assistance is appreciated.

Good day, I would like to inquire about the sudden permanent closure of my Facebook account under the name Naglaa Mohammed. My email address associated with the account is [redacted] I am a freelance consultant at the Egyptian Ministry of Environment and my account is also used by my family members. I hold important data on that account which I cannot retrieve. The closure occurred after I clicked on a link sent to me by someone for their Facebook account. I believe this action led to the unexpected closure of my account. I am seeking clarification on the reason for this action. Awaiting your prompt response, Dr. Naglaa Mohammed

I recently tried to access my Facebook account under the name Karthik Arvind Kumar using the email [redacted], but was unexpectedly logged out while navigating the site. When I attempted to log back in, Facebook prompted me to review recent activities. To my surprise, there were pictures uploaded 13 minutes prior that I didn't post. Concerned, I denied the activity and followed Facebook's advice to change my password. After changing my password, I attempted to log in again, only to discover that my account had been disabled. This is distressing as I have cherished childhood memories and photos stored there. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Upon waking up this morning, I discovered that Facebook had deactivated my account and messenger due to a supposed violation of community standards. Despite requesting a review, I received an immediate response stating they could not reactivate my account. I've only had one warning in 12 years for using the word "ass". Despite enduring name-calling and harassment without reciprocating, my account was taken down, erasing 12 years of memories, including pictures of my family and contacts. I've never been in Facebook jail or intentionally done anything wrong, other than being conservative. I seek an explanation for the sudden removal of my account, which has caused emotional distress given the loss of irreplaceable memories. I demand the restoration of my account and an apology for what feels like excessive censorship and the impact of having my digital life erased without warning.

On October 13, [redacted], I attempted to access my Facebook account but was prompted to confirm my ID. I submitted a photo of my passport a week ago at Facebook's request. However, I have yet to regain access. Each time I try to log in, I am asked to review my posts and likes due to alleged spam activities from my account. Despite numerous attempts by clicking 'get started,' I encounter an error message stating that Facebook is working on the issue but does not resolve it. I have reached out to the Facebook help center without success. My account is associated with the email '[redacted]'. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to regain access to my account.

I have been unable to access my account for an extended period. This is crucial to me as my account is linked to my business page. Every day I am unable to access my account, I am losing business opportunities. I have attempted multiple times to verify my account by submitting a photo of my Driver's License. While I understand verification procedures may take time, I need reassurance from Facebook via email or verification that the issue is being handled. As a small family-owned business, Facebook is vital for promoting sales, and my inability to log in is significantly impacting my business. I kindly request assistance with resolving this matter or, at the very least, clarification on the expected timeline for a resolution.

I recently updated my Facebook profile by adding my college and Ph.D. information, as well as making an unintentional mistake with my birthdate. Despite never sharing my birthday on the platform, I accidentally added [redacted] as my birth year. This led to Facebook disabling my account due to concerns about my age. I promptly provided a photo of my driver's license as requested, but unfortunately, I was not able to explain the error. My account is crucial to me now that I've left my university job as I connect with many individuals for various purposes, including promoting events like the InklingFolk Fellowship. The disabling of my account has greatly affected my ability to communicate with my contacts and promote important gatherings. I hope Facebook reviews my identification promptly and reactivates my account, as there was never any intention to deceive regarding my age.

Dear Instagram, I am writing regarding my account, Hoodflghts, which was recently disabled due to alleged violations of community guidelines. I am submitting an appeal in the hopes of having my account reactivated, as I believe it was mistakenly flagged by the Instagram reporting system. The content I share on my page serves an educational purpose and is not intended to provoke or offend anyone. My page functions as an amateur news source to inform followers about events beyond mainstream media coverage and to provide entertainment through memes. I feel that there has been a misunderstanding during the reporting process, leading to the accidental removal of my account for violations that were not intentional. Despite some posts being removed, I want to emphasize that I do not promote violence or harmful behavior in any form. I have tried to address these issues with Instagram's management system, but it appears there has been a failure to comprehend the nature of my content. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account, Hoodflghts, so that I can continue engaging with my followers, sharing updates, and entertaining them with content they enjoy. I am committed to maintaining a positive presence on Instagram and fostering a supportive online community. Sincerely, Hoodflghts

The Facebook Help Team mistakenly suspected my account was hijacked when it wasn't. Hello Geoff, I received a quick response after reporting a friend's concern about a profile impersonating me. Facebook stated that they reviewed the profile, confirmed it wasn't pretending to be me, and didn't violate Community Standards. Following this, they asked me to verify my identity by entering a code sent to my phone and submitting a copy of my driver's license, which I did promptly. However, it has been 72 hours since then, and I am still unable to access my account. I have committed no wrongdoing and only wish to regain access. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Geoff Moore
