I received an email informing me that my Facebook account is being disabled because a post was reported for infringing on trademark rights. The post in question was from the Page "House Of Dasha" and was removed due to Report #[redacted][redacted]. The email advises me to review my posts for any other infringing content to avoid termination of my account for repeat offenses. In early September, I changed my password while abroad. Soon after, I got a notification saying my account was blocked for security reasons. I suspect it was due to being logged in from home and having twin brothers who use the same account. Facebook hasn't been clear on the issue, and I was asked to send a picture of my ID, which I did promptly. It's been 6 weeks, and my account remains inaccessible. I have a couple of concerns. Firstly, Facebook's lack of contact options is frustrating, as there is no phone support or response to emails. Secondly, while I understand security checks take time, the 6-week block seems excessive compared to temporary bans for users posting hateful content. I am seeking clarity on when my account will be unblocked and what steps can be taken to expedite the process. I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you.

My account was hacked a few weeks ago, and it has been disabled. I have not violated any Facebook terms and would like to request assistance from the Facebook team to recover my old account. I do not want to create a new account. I clicked on a PUBG Mobile link on Facebook to get a royal pass, which led to my Facebook account, name Mibom pari, and my PUBG account, rushsoldier, being hacked and disabled. Please help me resolve this issue.

My late wife's Facebook account has been hacked. Some of her contacts alerted me that they are receiving suspicious messages in her name. Susan passed away three years ago, and I was unaware of her Facebook presence, so I never requested to close the account. The account name is Susan J Gasperi, the URL link was possibly susan.gasper.54. I have no access to her password but I do have her email address. I reached out to Facebook and completed the provided form along with a copy of her death certificate showing our relationship. However, my request was denied as I couldn't provide the exact URL. Hello, I am Robin from Nampa, Idaho, USA. My account was hacked on Friday the 9th. My bank called me at 7:32PM Mt Time to report a fraudulent withdrawal of $[redacted], which they stopped. Now, my account has been locked, and I need to drive 20 miles to have it reopened. Despite resolving my email issue, my Facebook account remains inaccessible. I tried to use my daughters and husband as "trusted" contacts for recovery, but it didn't work as expected. I only use two emails, [redacted] and [redacted] The unauthorized email linked to my Facebook is [redacted], which I don't recognize. I'm Eric Aadland from Anchorage, AK, and I've encountered an issue with my Marketplace account. Previously, I reported my profile due to unwanted offers being sent out without my knowledge, leading Facebook to suggest my account was compromised. As a local online seller, losing access to Marketplace due to this issue is impacting my livelihood. Despite creating a new account transparently, it was also blocked. The main account, featuring me playing guitar in a purple dress shirt, is the one I need restored urgently. I rely on this platform for my business and financial obligations. My account has been associated with the email [redacted] for over 10 years, with a recovery address at [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted] [redacted] 35 19 16. Unfortunately, I forgot my Facebook password on Sunday, October 11, [redacted], and I have been unable to reset it successfully. Despite following the recovery steps on www.facebook.com/recover, I have not received the necessary email to proceed with the account recovery process. Our nonprofit has a Charity Page with several administrators who are all on our board of directors. On Saturday, October 10th at 2:35 AM, we received an email from Facebook informing us that our administrator roles had been removed. Our charity page disappeared from our personal Facebook accounts, making it invisible to us. By Monday, the page was completely gone from public view, not showing up in searches and displaying a message that the content was not available or had been deleted. We had active fundraisers ongoing, with a $[redacted] donation made as late as Monday. Now, all traces of the charity, including the fundraisers, our FB Page, and our status as a Charity, have vanished from Facebook. We fear hackers may have dismantled our charity and redirected funds to their own account. Despite numerous attempts, Facebook has not provided any assistance in resolving this issue.

My Facebook profiles have been disabled. I cannot even provide a link as everything is unavailable. I was in the process of being approved for a government grant in Australia to start a business journalist platform. I have now lost my group, which was planned to be my main membership platform with 23,[redacted]+ members. I was constantly targeted by fact-checkers on "Pending posts," even though as far as I knew, only admins could see pending posts. I had [redacted]+ pending posts, more than I could review, and based on that, I believe my account was disabled even though the content was not shared publicly or by myself directly. I have emailed Facebook about the disabled account, but the email comes back as "Inbox full," indicating that Facebook is unable to receive any more emails. It seems their support is not being managed by a person as reviews of this nature are done manually instead of an AI system that disabled my accounts. I am wondering why fact-checkers have full access to flag content pending as false and how I can get at least an answer from Facebook.

I recently set up a Facebook business/ad account, and to my frustration, it was disabled within 24 hours. Despite not having created any ads yet, my account is now restricted, preventing me from moving forward. I reached out to Shopify support, but they couldn't identify an obvious reason for the account shutdown. With every passing day that I can't post ads, I'm losing money. My Facebook account has been repeatedly hacked, sending inappropriate content to my friends. Despite changing my password multiple times, the hacker still gains access and even took over my profile, altering details like my name and marital status. With help, I regained control and deleted the account, set to be removed on October 15th. Today, I received an email from Facebook about a password change request by the hacker, using the name "Marie" they had set. Though I planned to create a new account, my trust in Facebook's security is now shaken, and I'm distressed by their persistent attempts to hijack my account.

Hello FB Officials, I am encountering issues with my previous account. My friend created the account for me a while ago using the email [redacted], and I have been using this account for quite some time. I now wish to log back in; I know the password, but there is two-factor authentication requiring an OTP each time I attempt to log in. The problem is I no longer have access to that email, as I never had the login credentials for the email used to create the account, and I do not recall the mobile number linked to the 2FA. It has been almost three months since my son helped me switch my computer to Windows 7, and since then, I have not been able to access my Facebook account. Despite several attempts with my family's assistance, the password reset attempts have not been successful. I rely on Facebook to stay connected with friends since I am not able to go out much at 75 years old. This morning, I found myself locked out of my Facebook account, citing a violation of community standards that I did not commit. Upon investigating, I discovered a login from Vietnam during my sleeping hours in the United States. The hacker even added himself as a friend on my account, providing me with his name and profile. As I work to recover my account, I am informed that the process could take up to 30 days for Facebook to verify my ID. In the meantime, this individual is using my account to breach my other accounts like email and payment apps. This situation has left me anxious and frustrated, and I urgently seek assistance in contacting Facebook support.

Hello, I am Emily G. from Richmond, KY. I received a text with a verification code at 1:14 AM from the number '[redacted]-65' while I was asleep. Someone appears to have changed the phone number linked to my Facebook account and I discovered this when trying to log in this morning. The person also changed the associated email and password, with my original email being [redacted] which is no longer active. I tried to create a new account today but deactivated it. When attempting to use my phone number to reset the password, it only pulls up the new account I made earlier. I am willing to answer security questions, provide a photo ID, or any necessary information to regain access to my account. My profile mentions I work at Signature Management since July [redacted], am a realtor at Signature Bluegrass Realty, and in a relationship with Thomas C. My last post was on 10/11/[redacted] about a home in London, KY. I am hopeful for a prompt response.

I am seeking to have my account reactivated. I acknowledge why it was disabled as a Registered Sex Offender (RSO), and I support the decision. However, my only victim (my Daughter) and I are working on repairing our relationship after 15 years since the offense. We communicate daily through texts or using Marco Polo. While I understand the public safety concern of not allowing RSOs on the platform, I have never misused social media and mainly used it for games. My daughter suggested playing "Words with Friends" together, which could help us bond. I respectfully request a review of this situation and consider reinstating my account, even if restricted to her account only. I can provide her account details if necessary. Despite operating in a capitalist country, you are labeled as left-wing and anti-God. It seems you lack historical knowledge and factual accuracy, resorting to destructive actions.
