Hello, I have login details for my work's Facebook account. When I used to log in, I could access a full page with account details similar to a private account page without the feed, which was removed some time ago. Now, after logging in, I only see a simple 'Settings' page that doesn't allow me to access the page for posting. As an admin, I now have to post through my private profile, which is unprofessional for work. I need to regain access to the original page. The page is facebook.com/europaeum, and the underlying account (also admin) is Europaeum Programmes with the old red map as the logo. I am unable to access it for some reason.

Hello, I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account. I can't recall my password, and I am unable to retrieve it at the moment. The recovery email linked to my account is an old one that has expired, and I have forgotten the associated password. Facebook requested that I upload my driver's license for verification, which I have done four times in the past two days. However, I have not received any confirmation from Facebook that they received my ID. I am stuck at the login screen and have been unable to make any progress in regaining access to my account.

"Please Check the Screenshot"! Group was a top meme group with over 1.2 million members. It was not just for memes but also served as a blood donation platform. During emergencies, people in need of blood could easily find donors through the group. The community was like a family. Unfortunately, the group was mistakenly disabled yesterday, leaving members, admins, and moderators feeling upset. We kindly request a review of the group to restore it to the admin. Thank you.

Hello, My parents have been experiencing issues with unauthorized access to their Facebook account over the past four days. After Facebook locked the account, I went through the secure process to reset the password. However, after changing the password yesterday, the intruder regained access and changed the password again. When attempting to reset it, the system refers to an email that seems to be created by the hacker, making the process challenging. I am looking for assistance in either deleting the Facebook account or restoring access to it so I can update the email and password. The affected account belongs to Marian Russell with the email [redacted] I am Karin Penzone, her daughter.

My Instagram account (@quadros_teresa) has been hacked. Despite seeing my profile on the login page, I keep encountering one of three error messages when trying to enter my password. I have waited 48 hours without any confirmation or access to my account. The "user not found" message persists even though my profile is visible. I have attempted to reset my password, but my email is unrecognized, and I am unable to submit a request form on the app. These issues are particularly concerning because I recently took over a business Facebook page and need to link my Instagram account. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter so I can log in to my account.

I believe I have been unfairly restricted from commenting on posts. None of my posts or comments were meant to be hurtful or harassing in any way. Over the last two days, all my notifications have been "haha" reactions, even from people directly involved in the posts, as we are on a humor page. We are merely engaging in light-hearted banter. I have been sharing jokes with both old and new friends, aiming to spread happiness and help others momentarily escape the challenges posed by the current pandemic. I kindly request a thorough review of this situation. I value the platform as a means to spread positivity, laughter, and provide a reprieve for people during these difficult times. While I understand the need to remove content lacking context, a 30-day ban seems disproportionately severe, especially when all participants, including those directly involved, were having a good-natured exchange. I respectfully ask for a reconsideration of this decision.

I recently experienced an issue with my Facebook account. Someone had entered my phone number and date of birth in my personal information without my consent. When I tried to delete or modify my date of birth to the correct one, the account got shut down for stating that I was not of legal age. I followed the instructions to submit my ID or driver's license photo over a week and a half ago as verification, but my account remains closed. On Saturday, September 26th at 12:40 AM, I received an email indicating that there was an attempt to access my account using Edge (Chromium Based) on Windows 10. The email assured me that my account was secure, but they wanted to verify if it was indeed me logging in - which it was not. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am unable to successfully log back in as it keeps prompting me for a generator code from the Facebook app, which I can't access. I attempted to verify my identity by submitting an ID, but it was rejected because I use my middle name on Facebook, the name everyone knows me by. I am unable to receive the code via text as well. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my account.

On August 21st, Facebook disabled my account, preventing me from accessing 13 years’ worth of posts, pages, and messages on both Facebook and Messenger. Despite submitting requests and verifying my account through the “help center” process four times, I have not received any response. I am unable to contact them directly or speak to a human regarding this issue. I am seeking an explanation for the account disablement, the chance to back up my 13-year history on the platform, including professional contacts on Messenger, full reinstatement, and an apology.

I contacted you yesterday regarding a problem with my computer and mobile devices. When I tried to access my mobile after it turned off, it kept prompting me for a password that I couldn't remember. My mobile number is [redacted]. I used my late brother's mobile phone to create a new Facebook account and have been sending and receiving friend requests from it ([redacted]4). I recently learned that I may have three old accounts under the name "Badger" and would like them removed so I can keep my new account. At the end of June, after a 7-day hospital stay, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account, appearing compromised. Subsequently, I purchased a new laptop and established a new account using a different email and password. Unfortunately, this process resulted in my profile displaying two accounts with inaccurate phone numbers. Recently, at the end of September, I was surprised to discover that I had been incarcerated for a month, rendering me unable to access my Facebook. I am puzzled by these events and find the situation quite perplexing.

Hello, I am Ghanashyam Kandel from Nepal, and I am experiencing issues logging into my Facebook account. The message I receive states, "You Entered An Old Password." My Facebook ID is [redacted], and my name is written in Nepalese as कंडेल घनश्याम. I have had this Gmail ID for years, and it was used for both Facebook and email. However, for the past few months, I have been unable to access my Gmail account. Google informed me that my Gmail was permanently deleted, leaving me unable to log in. I have been attempting to reset my Facebook password for a month now without success. Despite various attempts, I have been unable to reset it. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my email account. I want to bring to your attention that some of the sales advertised on Facebook appear to be fraudulent. Brands like Buybuybuya and Buybuybuy1 are running scams. I placed an order for a cat and dog set expecting realistic animals that could be posed in various ways. However, I received two cardboard toys that were nothing like the description. Despite paying in USD and for postage from the USA, the items were shipped from Middlesex, UK. I am currently awaiting another two "realistic pets" from a different website called "Buymybestpet," which upon further investigation, also seems to be a scam. While I cannot confirm the quality of these items just yet, I would advise removing these sites and conducting thorough checks on similar sellers before allowing them on your platform. I need assistance with my disabled Facebook page. I recently received a message asking me to verify my age by sending a picture of my driver's license, which I did twice. I rely on this page for my livelihood as an artist, especially since my shows have been canceled this year. My main account is under the name Ann Marie Fischer, and the other one is Giggles by Ann Marie Fischer. I've tried to resolve this issue with the help of my tech-savvy relatives but to no avail. My phone has been completely hacked. I recently visited Walmart to purchase a new phone due to the hacking issue. While I was choosing a phone, the cashier made a call and passed the phone to me to verify my identification details. However, after the call, he claimed it was not me. Then he suggested another phone behind the counter for payment, which I questioned but eventually accepted. Upon reaching home, the new phone was already set up and likely linked to my hacked phone. Later, I noticed two logins from PROD WFM on Facebook, which I suspect is Wal-Mart Family Mobile. I spoke to the manager about the employee, but he couldn't identify him. I believe the employee might have disguised himself with a wig and glasses as he appeared bald the last time I saw him.

Hello Team, I am experiencing issues with my newly created ad account on Facebook for my e-commerce business with Gearbubble. Despite starting a campaign in August [redacted] and switching to conversion ads in September [redacted], my account has been disabled multiple times. Each time, it was reactivated after I requested a review within a day or two. By the end of September [redacted], I encountered restrictions on my page for advertising.
