I encountered issues with my new account when it initially rejected my name. After resolving this, I was provided a temporary password, only to find out later that my account had been disabled due to alleged violations of community guidelines. This situation is frustrating! As a mature retired individual with a clean record, I find this response from Facebook puzzling. To verify my identity, Facebook requested that I upload my driver's license with photo identification, which I did. I'm seeking assistance to address this matter. Interestingly, I have an Instagram account under the same name without any problems, which leads me to believe that Facebook and Instagram may be connected. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with accessing my Facebook account. A new email address was used to log in and the associated cell phone number was changed, preventing me from accessing my account. Despite going through Facebook FAQs, I remain locked out and unsure of what steps to take next. I am requesting for Facebook to enable me to log in using my original email address that was changed on 9/28. I have been a member of Facebook for years, and this incident marks the first time an unauthorized user has gained access to my account. My friend sent me a link to apply for grant funds from a government agency. After completing the process, I was asked by a person during the review to provide my password to secure the package. I inquired about the safety of this action, and I was assured that it was [redacted]% secure. Unfortunately, I later received an email informing me that my primary email had been changed. I went through the process of securing my account, even uploading my identification, but now the hacker's email is registered, preventing me from receiving any emails. Hello, I am seeking assistance as I am currently facing a distressing situation. After receiving an email from Facebook informing me of potential unauthorized access to my account, I promptly changed my password. However, during the process of reviewing recent activity, I connected my Google Gmail account to my Facebook. Subsequently, I lost my admin privileges for my business manager, leading me to believe that linking my Google account caused a disassociation between my Facebook and business accounts. The business account ID in question is [redacted][redacted]. Upon accessing the business manager for Future Nail Store, I discovered that I am no longer an admin but instead, three unfamiliar accounts, Zsolt Ravasz1, hh nnn, and hhh hhh, have assumed administrative roles. I suspect that prior to changing my password, my account may have been compromised, resulting in me being removed as an admin. I am deeply concerned that these individuals may tamper with my pages and jeopardize the hard work and investments I have made over the past two years. My PayPal account faced fraudulent activity, so I decided to transfer my funds to my Chime account. Due to restrictions, I sent the money to a friend on Facebook, who inadvertently returned it to my PayPal. After repeating the process with the correct card, we realized my Chime debit card was misplaced. Despite resolving this, the funds are currently on hold and have not reappeared in the intended account after the 5 business days as advised by Facebook Pay. I recently experienced a hacking incident that resulted in my account being disabled. To my dismay, I lost all my valuable history and photos. I decided to remove the old Facebook app from my iPhone and create a new account on my laptop, which functions properly. However, I encountered difficulties syncing it with my iPhone. Despite using the correct passwords on my laptop, they do not seem to work on my iPhone. When attempting to reset the password, the code is not received on my phone, although I receive other messages without issue. Despite updating apps, clearing history and cookies on both devices, the problem persists on my iPhone. This issue is particularly troublesome as I actively sell items on the marketplace, and my disabled account is causing significant disruption to ongoing auctions. I am disappointed by Facebook's inadequate customer support and the inconvenience this has caused me. I am hopeful that someone can assist me with resolving this urgent matter. Thank you, Robin.

I typically log into my Facebook account using my contact number +[redacted]70, although my email [redacted] is also linked. I recently reset my account but forgot my password today. When attempting to recover it, searching by phone number and email yielded no results. I created a new account with the phone number successfully, but I cannot access my original account. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any recovery codes via email despite having access. I am willing to provide identification documents if needed to resolve this issue.

I used to have an original Facebook account under the name Nedella Owners, which I accessed with my previous BT email address, [redacted], and my phone number 0[redacted]. After leaving all my BT accounts last year, I couldn't reconnect to my Facebook page as the administrator. I created a new Facebook page as Mary J Morris, using my One&One Ionos email [redacted] and the same phone number. My laptop experienced a failure in August and was sent for repair at Curry's. Upon its return with a new hard drive, none of my information or programs were saved, including a lost pedigree program with [redacted] pedigrees. I've tried accessing both of my Facebook accounts on the laptop, but no verification codes have been received on my phone. I need to reset my password and email to regain access to both accounts. Despite trying to pass the 'not a robot' captcha and providing my cell number, I encountered difficulty progressing past entering a picture. Upon reviewing my account activity, I noticed many sections marked 'no entry.' Ironically, I was banned from seeking help in the community forum. My main goal is to access this group for pricing insights and potential RV issues. If Facebook continues to block my entry, I am prepared to live without it. However, I wish to permanently delete my personal details such as birthdate, email, name, and tracking information from your records. While I've seen instructions on deleting an account from within, my current status prevents me from doing so. One month ago, Facebook disabled my account. I have been trying to recover it every day, but today, when I tried again, it says it's impossible because too much time has passed. Hello Instagram Support Team, I am writing to inform you that my fan account @eswedfate7 was disabled in error. The account is dedicated to a specific TV show and is followed by the star of the show. I believe it was mistakenly disabled as it did not violate any of Instagram's rules. When trying to submit a case on your website for a review, I encounter an issue as it prompts me to log in and confirm my identity, which I am unable to do. I have been repeatedly banned without cause. None of the content I shared was original; I simply reposted memes from Facebook in an adult group where this is common. A friend shared the exact same meme and received a ban as well. This situation feels unfair and like I am being targeted. I insist on having my account restrictions lifted. My older sibling shared my personal story with a supposed motivational speaker known as "Coach Thierry Pat" anonymously. The issue is that she included all the specific details about my life, only altering names. Despite changing names, details like my age and profession make it clear to those who know me. Many of my close friends follow this page and might realize the story is about me. Although my sister meant well, the various comments and reactions to the post are affecting me negatively. I pleaded with her to remove the post, and I also reported it through an anonymous account, but there has been no action taken yet. It seems the owner is comfortable with the reactions it's receiving. I feel desperate for help as this post, titled "my husband is ready to forgive my unfaithfulness" in French, was published yesterday, and the situation is escalating.

I have a personal Facebook profile and created a business page linked to it. However, when trying to post ads, Facebook restricted my business account due to non-compliance with Advertising Policies. The notice is from September 22nd, and there has been no update since. Another page mentions that my business account is being verified. To Mark Zuckerberg and all concerned parties, I am urging Facebook to promptly remove election misinformation. Fear and coercion have no place in our voting rights. I was recently banned by Facebook for 30 days for a post that they claim violated their policies, despite me already being banned a month ago for the same thing. This feels like double jeopardy, and if not resolved, I may need to seek legal assistance for what seems like biased conservative discrimination. I believe my rights to freedom of speech and expression, as long as they do not harm anyone, are being violated. I have reported over [redacted] individuals from the Democratic side for more severe violations, yet Facebook fails to take action. It's concerning and needs to be addressed promptly.
