I accidentally set my birth year on Facebook to 0 which disabled my account due to not meeting the age requirement. I provided a photo of my driver's license, but it was deemed blurry. I sent a clearer photo afterward to correct my birth year to [redacted], which meets the age requirement. Despite my efforts, my account remains disabled with no updates despite my daily email inquiries. I downloaded my account information, resulting in 33 folders and an html file, but I am unsure how to proceed with this data. I am eager to have my account restored promptly and wish to receive a status update and guidance on the next steps.

On August 02, our website was infected with a virus, resulting in the deletion of all our posts. In early September, our messenger platform was inexplicably restricted, hindering our client communication. We suspect a connection between the two incidents. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, we have received no response from Facebook. We have meticulously reviewed Facebook's Community Standards, which indicate that a page restricted from messaging should receive an email explaining the violation. However, we have not found any such notification in our support inbox. Additionally, our social media staff member left in July, potentially causing oversight in managing notifications. We are eager to resolve this issue promptly to resume messaging our clients.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report that my account has been hacked, and I am unable to regain access. I received a notification from Facebook on Thursday morning, September 24, [redacted], informing me of the security breach. The hacker successfully changed my password. Despite following Facebook's instructions, I am only given the option to log in using an old email address ([redacted]) that is no longer in use. I removed this email address from my account and replaced it with my current one many years ago: [redacted] I used my account for professional purposes as well, so I kindly request assurance that my private information will remain secure and that I will be able to access my account again promptly. Any assistance in resolving this issue and recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Christina Dimitriadis

I've recently created a new Facebook account, including an ad account, to rectify past mistakes. Despite Facebook stating that my ad account is disabled, I can still create campaigns and ad sets but not the ads themselves. It's frustrating as the money spent on ads is now tied up waiting for Facebook to review my account. I believe Facebook should either reinstate my ability to publish ads or refund the remaining balance. Re-enabling my ad account would benefit both me and Facebook. The current situation seems unfair, especially since the issue stems from a past mistake on a different account. I simply want my ad account reinstated.

Dear Facebook Support Team, I have not been receiving the login code on my phone number for a few days. Even after numerous requests, I am still not receiving it. It is crucial for me to access my Facebook account as my other social apps are connected to it. I kindly ask you to please send the login code to my phone number so I can reconnect with my Facebook Family. Thank you.

After my phone reset, I encountered trouble logging into my Facebook account. Despite changing the password and setting up two-factor authentication with three trusted contacts, I was still unable to access my account. I have sentimental pictures on there, including memories with my late children's father. It's crucial for me to regain access to my account, which I've had since [redacted]. I hope to resolve this issue promptly with assistance. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my Facebook account has been disabled, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. I have been a user since around [redacted] and have not had any prior issues with my posts or activities on the platform. Initially, I was requested to verify my identity by providing a driver's license, passport, or two other forms of identification. I submitted images of the requested items along with completing the visual ID process. However, I received a message stating that my account was disabled after the identity verification due to the lack of staff availability caused by Covid. Upon attempting to log in, I received a notification stating that my account had been reviewed. I am perplexed as to why my account would be blocked, as I do not engage in harassing behavior or post inappropriate content. Having used the platform for over a decade without any previous issues, I am surprised to find myself in this situation. Is there a way to find out the specific reason for the account's suspension?

After attempting to log into my decade-old account, I was informed that my password had been changed, despite not making any changes myself. Facebook instructed me to reset my password by sending a code to my email, a Gmail address. Despite following these steps multiple times, I never received the reset code. After being told to wait 24 hours to try again, I continued to face the same issue of not receiving the code. Eventually, Facebook recommended creating a new account. Even after trying various other suggested methods to reset my password, I found my old account still active but displaying a white male's face instead of my own, causing confusion and distress among my friends. Despite seeing my progress on a Facebook game linked to this account, I remain puzzled and deeply upset by this situation and seek guidance on how to resolve it.

I recently changed my name from Skyla Rose back to Rhianne Elaine, and during the process, I unintentionally started running ads by mistake. I would now like to cancel this ongoing process of running ads regarding social issues, elections, or politics in the United Kingdom. I understand that confirming my identity is required for such ads, but I would like to halt this activity. I have learned more about the regulations and am ready to comply moving forward. Thank you.

My account has been restricted due to a comment I can't see. It appears to have been an image response with no other details just the person's name. Please show offending content when restricting accounts. Rules are inconsistently enforced; comments I report remain while my similar ones lead to account suspension. Your standards require real names and one account per user, both often ignored without a way to report violators. There's no support contact for discussing actions or asking questions. Frustrated and considering closing my account. Can these concerns be resolved?

I recently had the option to switch back to the classic layout on Facebook, but it appears to have been removed now. I mainly use Facebook on my PC and find the new format does not consider computer users. The new design looks oversized and somewhat childish to me. I am wondering if there is a way to switch back to classic Facebook as the current layout seems less polished, even affecting the appearance of my profile picture. Additionally, I'm questioning if Facebook's choice not to support Adobe Flash, disabling certain games like Farmville, was a financial decision. It feels like the focus is on mobile users, neglecting those of us who prefer using Facebook on computers. Considering the diverse user base, especially during Covid-19 restrictions, it would be beneficial for Facebook to reconsider the changes or provide options for users who utilize computers.

Support Center, I would like to discuss the deactivation of my account that occurred on September 25th for a 30-day period. After addressing a racist and hateful comment about the former President and First Lady, I received notification the next morning that my account was deactivated. I am questioning why highlighting a racist comment led to my dismissal when other issues like bots, fake media posts, and false information seem to go unchecked on the platform. It feels hypocritical that my stand against hate speech resulted in penalization. If Facebook deems it their responsibility to address these issues, then penalizing me for doing so is unjust. The situation I encountered is common in political discussions on the platform. It seems extreme to deactivate my account for speaking out against discriminatory remarks. I am reaching out in the hope that this matter can be reviewed. I feel unfairly treated and believe this should be looked into further. I am willing to address any inquiries regarding this incident. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, AJ D.

I recently discovered my account was compromised when I received an email prompting me to change my password. However, I was not provided with a second 6-digit code necessary for account recovery. I attempted to regain access multiple times unsuccessfully. As a result of the hack, my credit card details were stolen, and my eBay and Spotify accounts were breached, with unauthorized purchases made at Walmart. Multiple attempts to open new accounts were swiftly shut down. I am particularly distressed about losing access to my Facebook account, which I rely on for updates about our upcoming 50th class reunion, as I am the second administrator. Unfortunately, my lack of familiarity with computers makes it challenging for me to navigate the process of obtaining the required code from a third-party source. I sincerely request assistance to resolve this issue.

I have been attempting for months to regain access to my account in order to retrieve my important videos and photos. Every time I reach out for assistance, I am told that I am using the wrong email, even though I am using the provided contact link. I urgently need the correct email address or a phone number to speak with a real person who can assist me. My account holds precious memories of my children, deceased mother-in-law, and dog of 13 years. I have had this account since [redacted], and it is devastating to have lost access to these irreplaceable files. I am desperate to recover my content. Please provide the necessary help to resolve this issue. My account is under the name Rebecca Koch, with the email [redacted] Rebecca K.

Hello, I recently changed my personal phone number but forgot to update it on my FB account. When I tried to log in last week, the verification code was still being sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. I only have my email address now. Even when I enter the security code sent to my email, FB still requires another security code from my old phone, making it impossible to reset my password or access my account. I've been trying to update my new number, but I'm stuck without that old phone code. I've contacted FB numerous times over the past two weeks, submitted reports and forms, and even had my dad submit a report via his account, but haven't received any help. I found this page while searching for alternatives and hope Get Human can assist. Thank you for your time and attention. Appreciatively, C.

I'm having trouble accessing my new account. I requested a code via email for verification, which I received and entered. However, the system also asked for a phone number for verification. I only provided my name and email during sign-up, without adding a phone number. I'm confused about how to enter the phone number, as it shows +1 for the United States. Do I just enter my area code and number? Is the +1 already included for adding a number? I don't understand why my email address isn't sufficient for verification. My account username is Deanna Rabbitt. I'm receiving a code, but the system is asking for my email address, a password change, and then requires my phone number as well. I'm unsure why two codes are needed to log in when only one is being sent to my email, not my phone number.

I recently tried to create a Facebook account in order to reconnect with my older mother and siblings. After putting in effort to choose a suitable name, set up a Gmail, and upload a friendly photo, I thought I was all set. However, despite my sister assuring me that just an email would be enough to communicate with family, I encountered a snag with the request for a cell phone number. As I no longer use one regularly, I attempted to use temporary numbers but realized this may have caused confusion. I apologize for any misunderstanding that may have arisen from this. When I tried to log in today, I was shocked to see a message stating that my account had been disabled due to not following Facebook's Community Standards. I am a bit old-fashioned and would appreciate more details on what exactly went wrong so I can rectify it. My sole intention is to connect with my family, and missing out on my mother's birthday due to this issue has been upsetting. Why didn't Facebook reach out to me before disabling my account? I am now concerned that I am viewed unfavorably by Facebook. Please assist me in resolving this error so I can continue using the platform to stay in touch with my loved ones. Thank you.

I am reaching out because unfortunately, my stepmother, Brenda Marie Jansons, passed away on Christmas morning in [redacted]. She did not leave a will, and I have given her sister her laptop and cellphone. I have experienced difficulties due to her sister contacting me, leaving unpleasant messages on my stepmother's Facebook account, even though she has blocked me. It is disrespectful as the account belongs to my late stepmother. I have attached a link to her obituary for verification. I noticed her sister reactivated the account, but it seems deactivated again. I would appreciate it if you could ensure her sister cannot access the account to avoid any further distress. The profile picture is of my old cat, known as her grandbaby. Thank you for understanding the importance of this matter. Proof of death: [redacted] Warm regards, [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I've had it for many years, but I set up two-step verification and forgot my password. Although I have access to the number and email associated with my account, when I try to reset the password, I receive a code but then get stuck with two-step verification. I am supposed to receive an SMS with a password, but it never arrives. I've tried texting Facebook and messaging [redacted] with no success. I am also locked out of Messenger, which I use frequently along with Facebook Marketplace. I have many friends but didn't set up trusted contacts. Please assist me. My Facebook email is [redacted], which I can't access, and my accessible email is [redacted], though I'm still unable to reset my password. I have used a familiar phone before. I'm in need of help. My Facebook name is Taffy Dave.

I am having difficulties editing or updating our Facebook page. When I try to access the back end of our business page, I can only view basic information like our logo, name, number of likes, and recent post statistics. Whenever I attempt to click on anything, I am redirected back to the same page without being able to proceed. I am even unable to access the help center by clicking on the help option at the bottom of the screen. I am unsure why this is happening and I am seeking assistance on resolving this issue promptly. This problem is urgent for us as we facilitate connections between business owners and senior executives to enhance business resilience and growth, especially during the ongoing impact of Covid-19. We urgently need to inform our followers about upcoming events and opportunities.
