I encountered an issue while playing a game where I mistakenly shared my Facebook password with someone for a giveaway prize. After attempting to change my password, I discovered it had already been altered without my permission. The individual I shared my password with lost access as well, and I am now unable to receive verification codes through email to regain control of my account. The other person's email has replaced mine on my Facebook, complicating matters further. Despite efforts to recover the account using the correct password, a confirmation of identity process is hindering me as I am not an active user on the platform besides for gaming. I received an email from Facebook informing me that my email was removed from my account. Despite not initiating this, I followed the necessary steps to secure my account. Upon adding my email back and changing my password successfully, I was prompted to set up two-factor authentication and provide a code to log in. Strangely, I never enabled two-factor authentication before, and it appears the hacker did so to prevent me from reclaiming my account. Currently, I find myself stuck in a cycle with Facebook. I am unable to contact them via phone or email, and the self-help solutions seem to only loop back to requesting an authentication code for access. While I am open to deleting my account as it does not contain much vital content, I am unable to do so at this juncture. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Facebook for many years now. Yesterday morning on 9/24 around 9:00 a.m., when I tried to log in, I was prompted to enter my password. Upon doing so, a message appeared stating it was an old password, instructing me to reset it. Subsequently, after following the steps to receive a six-digit code for a new password, I did not receive any code after waiting for 15 minutes. Despite trying three more times throughout the day, I was unable to obtain the code. I believe my account has been erroneously blocked and I am seeking assistance in restoring its access.

My email got hacked, causing my Facebook and Instagram accounts to be disabled. Facebook acknowledged the hacking incident, and I tried to change my email and submitted my ID for verification. Despite multiple emails to Facebook, they disabled my Instagram account as well. Later, Facebook informed me that they can't review my ID promptly and to try later, but now I'm unable to upload my ID, and too much time has passed, resulting in my account being fully disabled. I'm looking for a resolution.

I have been repeatedly trying to address an issue with my Facebook account since Wednesday. After mistakenly changing my birthdate, I have been unable to access my account. Despite submitting a detailed report and providing photo ID, I continue to receive a message confirming receipt of my information without being able to access my account. I value using Facebook to share my nature photography and connect with friends, and with my birthday approaching on October 18th, [redacted], resolving this issue promptly is crucial for me. I kindly request your immediate attention. There was an error in updating our business Facebook profile on our end, which led to the account being disabled. Our small business, struggling due to COVID, urgently needs the profile to be reviewed and reinstated. We rely on Facebook to advertise events and reach our valued customers. The issue with the account arose when we discovered an incorrect birthday in the profile. The business changed ownership in August [redacted], but the profile still displayed details of the former owner. When we tried to update the birthday to reflect the ownership change on 08/01/[redacted], it mistakenly showed the account as only 1 year old, not meeting age requirements. Dear Sir or Madam, A few months back, I had my Facebook account, [redacted], disabled due to posting a cartoon picture of Adolf Hitler, despite being warned not to. I regret this mistake, as it was due to poor judgment under the influence of alcohol. I've attempted to recover the account by submitting my British driving license and new email address listed below. However, the outdated [redacted] email still shows as my contact. I'm eager to have the account reactivated to access and download important family photos, particularly those of my late mother. These memories are invaluable, and I deeply regret not updating my contact information sooner. I have reached out several times but to no avail. My Facebook account 'Dharma Deann Walls' was hacked. The email and phone number linked to my account, '[redacted]' and '[redacted]', were removed and replaced with '[redacted]'. The hacker changed my password and locked me out. I reported the page from a friend's Facebook, and it got disabled. The hacker then texted me, demanding money for the account. After a debate, they sent me the password 'Ibrahim'. When I logged in, Facebook asked for my ID picture, which I provided. Since my email and phone number were changed, I'm unsure how Facebook will contact me. I've had this account for a long time and I'm connected to my deceased parents on it. Losing access is upsetting. Any advice would be appreciated.

I feel I am being targeted by this Rowena O'Neil. Every time I post something, I get reported. Firstly, I don't have a Britney on my social media, so I don't understand how that could be considered bullying. Please check my friends. Secondly, mentioning the word "vagina" is not bullying. It's a biological fact. There are far worse things on social media that should be banned. It's appalling that Rowena can fat shame me with a meme and I get banned for it. I want this ban lifted. I have not been violent. Talking about vaginas and Britney, which wasn't even about me, is not a valid reason to be banned. I regularly share updates about my child for my son's dad and family to see. I feel singled out and unfairly treated, even though I am the one being fat shamed. I have evidence to support my claims. Please provide me with an email address where I can send the proof.

Hello, Upon logging into my Facebook account, I discovered that I have been blocked for another 30 days due to my recent 10 comments. I recently completed a 30-day block, which ended on Friday, September 25th. It seems unjust to be blocked again for the same set of comments. I am feeling very frustrated about this situation! I believe the individual responsible for this decision should face consequences at Facebook. This treatment is unacceptable for a loyal user like myself. While I acknowledge past mistakes on the platform and have faced penalties accordingly, I have also made numerous positive contributions. I am requesting an immediate unblock and a detailed explanation regarding this error. My spouse's active and non-controversial Facebook account was recently disabled, and the account recovery process has been frustrating. Following Facebook's instructions, we submitted a clear photo of her driver's license, only to be told it was not clear enough due to a holographic overlay. The options provided, like submitting a birth certificate without a photo or her married name, seemed unreasonable. We attempted to request a 6-digit code, but the first one never arrived, and the second was rejected despite entering it accurately. We've complied with all requests, yet the issue remains unresolved, causing unnecessary delays.

Hello, I have discovered a significant issue that is troubling me. I was informed on 12/31/[redacted] that games like Facebook, Adobe, and Gameroom will no longer allow me to play FarmVille and CafeWorld. I have been dedicated to FarmVille for over 10 years and Cafe World for over 2 years. This previously happened to me with the Scrabble game. There are around 2.2 million people being affected by this change. I am currently at level [redacted] in Cafe World and level [redacted] in FarmVille. As a Store Manager, I am used to resolving issues, but this seems unfair. I am considering alerting Channel 7 News. I simply request the ability to continue playing these specific games on Facebook along with many other affected individuals. Kindly address this issue and allow us to enjoy these games. In December [redacted], my daughter fell ill and needed a blood transfusion after a hospital visit. Unfortunately, her health did not improve, and she developed a high fever. The doctor mentioned the necessity of a bone marrow procedure, which we couldn't afford. After further tests, she was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Currently, she is undergoing chemotherapy, but the costs are overwhelming for us. Even with some support from friends, it's not enough to cover the bills and medication. My husband's income is insufficient given that we have five children and live in a rented house. If anyone can assist us with sponsoring my daughter's medication, it would be greatly appreciated. My Facebook account has been hacked, and the hacker is asking my friends for money. Despite trying to log in with the saved email and password on my iPhone, I got kicked out and now the system doesn't recognize my email or phone number. Resetting didn't work as I never received the link in my email. Even with my tech-savvy daughter's help, we couldn't fix it. A few weeks back, someone used my messenger through an old phone, so I secured my account by changing the password, logging out of all devices, and setting up two-factor authentication via SMS. While everything was fine, my 8-year-old accidentally broke my new phone, leaving me unable to access the login codes sent through SMS as my service is now inactive. Attempts to use the form Facebook directed me to, by uploading my ID, have been unsuccessful.
