It's been two weeks, and I haven't received any updates. When I log in, I see the message: "Reviewing Your Information May Take Longer Than Usual Thank you for sending your information. We have received it. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there are fewer staff available to review accounts, causing delays. For security reasons, your account remains inaccessible. Thank you for your patience." I hope to have this resolved soon.

My Google account, Facebook account, Gmail account, Yahoo account, and Boost Mobile service were all compromised. Unfortunately, my SIM card was disabled, rendering my primary number [redacted] unusable. I eradicated my Gmail account due to privacy concerns. Could a Facebook administrator please switch my current account to link with my new Google account [redacted], which is now essential for accessing various online services and Android features amidst widespread cyber threats. I hold Google responsible for failing to safeguard user data effectively.

I am experiencing difficulties with the new "Easier to use" Facebook interface. Approximately three days ago, I encountered an announcement about the new Facebook design, highlighting its convenience. As a user with low vision who relies on Windows magnification, I faced challenges navigating the new layout. My cursor was jumping between frames, obstructing my view. Additionally, a prompt to provide feedback overlapped my cover photo with the profile picture, disrupting the composition. The new format's constant pop-ups, coverage of content, and tab openings created usability issues not only for me but also for my fully sighted husband. The lack of customization options and difficulty in locating contact information demonstrate a disregard for user accessibility. Requesting a more user-friendly design with improved feedback mechanisms to address these issues promptly.

Hello, my name is Gerardo. A week ago, I had a Facebook account named "Brianger MC," which I changed to my real name. Shortly after, I received a notification that my account was disabled and they requested an official identification document. I sent it, and everything matched. However, I got another message stating my account was disabled for violating Facebook's rules, and it was irreversible. Today, I created a new Facebook account with a different email using my real name and initials of my last names. Within 3 minutes, I received the same message about my account being disabled and needing to verify with an official ID and phone number. I entered the six-digit code they sent me to verify my number. They mentioned they would provide a solution, but I don't understand why this is happening. Two accounts disabled in less than a month is concerning. I need a prompt solution to this issue.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Legacy Motor Group, an accredited automotive dealer for BMW Group in South Africa, my name is Mthokozisi Msipa. We are facing an urgent issue regarding running Facebook Ads for five different pages, namely BMW Montana, BMW Polokwane, BMW Rustenburg, BMW Joburg City, and BMW Menlyn. We have also integrated Instagram for business into these pages. Our main challenge lies in not having access to the Facebook Business accounts that own these pages, despite being administrators. Dear Facebook Team, I have noticed a significant drop in the performance of our conversion-optimized campaigns recently. Our low-priced offer used to convert very well with a great return on ad spend (ROAS). However, our ads have suddenly stopped performing well despite my efforts to optimize them with new creatives and copies. I even tried different ad accounts, but the issue persisted. After seeking advice from my Ecom community, they suggested contacting you to investigate the issue. I am concerned about the lack of conversions and the high advertising spend. One day, while on Facebook, I suddenly found myself logged out and unable to log back in as my account had been disabled for violating section 3.1 of their terms. This happened even though I didn't do anything wrong. When I tried to create a new account, a different phone number appeared, [redacted], causing confusion. Upon calling the number, the person hung up on me. I suspect my account was hacked. Despite multiple attempts to access my account and report the issue through the help center, each time I fill out the dispute form, I receive an error message. It's crucial for me to regain access as I've relocated to Florida, have cherished friendships, and miss seeing photos of my grandchildren in North Carolina. I hope for a resolution soon. I want to inform the Facebook staff that I'm sorry for any issues, but I'm frustrated by the lack of response and explanation regarding my account problems. The continuous lack of communication makes me angry and anxious about the security of my accounts. It's unsettling that there seems to be suspicious activity or compromises happening without clear explanations or resolutions from the Facebook team. Whenever I try to add friends or send requests on Facebook, I usually receive notifications through my Outlook.com email, but lately, these emails are being blocked without any apparent reason. It would be reassuring to have more transparency and assistance in resolving these issues to prevent any future problems with my accounts.

I received a password reset code on my text messages last weekend, but by the time I noticed it, four hours had passed. I tried to log into my Facebook account, only to find that it had been disabled by Facebook with no way to reverse it. Despite numerous attempts to create new accounts, I keep ending up on the same disabled page. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email and phone number linked to the account. Today, I discovered an unauthorized PayPal charge for ads when I logged into my bank account, which I suspect led to the account being disabled. The account in question belongs to Tammy Falls Butler, featuring a profile picture of a Kenny Chesney pirate flag and a birthdate of 08-13-[redacted]. I also uploaded my ID to Facebook. I am bewildered by what occurred and why I cannot recover the account or create a new one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Jennifer Novak, the owner of Alaska Fitness Gym and its Facebook page. Unfortunately, in late August, my account got hacked, and the hacker used my credit card to send out inappropriate ads all over the US. Despite my efforts to remove them, the hacker not only changed my account's password, email, and phone number but also continues to pose as a fake manager on my page. Although Facebook refunded me, the hackers remain in control. I've tried to contact Facebook Help numerous times, but I keep going in circles following their instructions, which I can't execute since I can't access my account. This situation is devastating as I can't even promote my gym during its peak time. Even my marketing team from OMG Marketing couldn't help as they are not admins. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble remembering my Facebook password, and I attempted to reset it through my email but did not receive the code. I requested for the code to be resent multiple times with no success.
