On September 6th, I created an account that was subsequently disabled the next day. Despite minimal activity such as accepting a friend request and exchanging harmless messages, two attempts to create new accounts have also been disabled without any explanation provided. This is concerning as I rely on Facebook for university-related group chats and important information. I am seeking assistance in understanding why my accounts were disabled and the duration of this restriction. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm using my old email account as I got a new cell phone and want to add Facebook to it. I seemed to have changed my password, though I think it might still be "oddcouple525." Could you please send the 6-digit code to my new email at [redacted]? I can't find my password and have looked everywhere. My fault entirely. Thank you.

I attempted to add my Facebook account to my phone and signed out of it on my computer. However, I encountered issues adding it to my phone and when I tried to log back in on my computer, I was unable to access my account. Subsequently, I created a new account, but I prefer to regain access to my original account. Despite sending a request for a verification code, I have yet to receive one to reopen my old account.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook page and email. It seems to be working for everything else. My son Benjamin visited recently, but he doesn't think he caused the issue. Due to a series of strokes, I may not be as sharp as I used to be at 78 years old. Can you assist me in resolving this? Thanks, Broc Brockway

I recently received a notification from my ID theft protection service alerting me that my new tablet phone number with Sprint is linked to a Facebook account belonging to someone called F.N. I have no knowledge of this individual and it seems my phone number is being used without my authorization. Here is the message I received from IdentaSafe: "Our Internet surveillance system has detected that your home phone number may be in use without your consent. We recommend updating your passwords and security information associated with the account." The information was discovered on an ID theft forum. Account Information: Name: F.N. User ID: Facebook User ID: [redacted][redacted] I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and preventing any further fraudulent activity with my phone number. Thank you.

My Facebook account has been disabled by Facebook community standards. I am unsure of the reason as I have always abided by the rules. Please review my account as I have never misused Facebook or violated any community guidelines. If there is anything that was not appropriate, I am more than willing to remove it or ensure that it never occurs again. Rest assured, I have always followed the terms and guidelines correctly. I have been dealing with harassment on Facebook for quite some time now. The individual in question consistently posts false information and tries to publicly shame me. Despite my efforts to report these issues, Facebook claims there is no violation. Sometimes the attacks are subtle and hard for outsiders to understand, but other times they are blatant and still go unchecked. This person uses multiple accounts with fake names, and even involves others who do the same. I now require these posts as evidence for an upcoming court case and need to retrieve the ones he has already deleted.

It seems like there was a big mix-up regarding my account on Facebook. They mistakenly thought my account was hacked when, in reality, it was my friend L.N.'s account that got hacked. When I was trying to address the issue by reporting, unfriending, and blocking the hacked account, I suddenly lost access to my own account. Can this be resolved promptly, please?

They took my page down when they removed all the Patriot group pages. There were zero derogatory posts on my page, as I have been busy with work this summer and haven't posted much. I have never been suspended before. I feel like I am a victim of discrimination and receiving the same harsh treatment that Facebook is accused of. I will not accept being presumed guilty. I do not promote hate; my family is diverse and loving. I am a respected business owner named Brian-Keith Henderson. I demand that my original page be reinstated as my rights are important to me.

I am having difficulties reaching out to the Facebook community regarding the issue of them blocking my comments. I am concerned that they may have also blocked the people I was responding to on Facebook. It seems unfair that my comments were blocked without any way to contact someone to explain the situation. I suspect that someone reported me, possibly the same person who made inappropriate comments towards me. I feel frustrated and see a double standard in how this was handled. It would be helpful to have a way to communicate with Facebook to address this issue. The 30-day block feels excessive without a clear explanation.

I want to inform Facebook that I fell victim to a scam this past weekend through an ad for Little Tikes toys. The ad displayed Little Tikes toys on sale, and after making a purchase, I noticed other similar ads with different phone numbers. Upon investigating further, I discovered that the initial ad was indeed a scam. I promptly contacted my credit card company, and they deactivated my card. In short, I have lost $[redacted].80 due to this incident. I just wanted to make others aware that there are scammers operating on Facebook. I'm sure this is already a known issue, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Thank you. - JM

I haven't used Facebook in years. Last week, I tried to log in but got blocked. I attempted to reset my password with the email code to no avail. Even after submitting my driver's license, the issue persists. I asked recommended contacts for a verification code, but they were wary of potential scams. A week ago, my FB account got disabled for age reasons, even though I provided ID showing I am of age. I am waiting for FB's response but haven't heard back yet. This is a new situation for me, and I have always followed their rules. Living in a small town, FB is vital for maintaining connections, especially during isolating times. It is frustrating that FB can disable accounts without accountability or a way for us to appeal their decisions.

On the 3rd of September at 04:07 CET, I received an email requesting a Facebook password reset with the code [redacted]3. This was followed by another email at 04:18 stating my account was logged in, with details of the IP address and location. Later that day at 21:07 and 21:33 CET, I received emails informing me my password was changed, including IP address and location details. After securing my account, I encountered issues logging in as I was not receiving security codes on my email or phone number. Attempts to receive the code on my old email and phone number were unsuccessful as they are inactive. I need assistance to regain access to my account under the name Eva Kei, with the phone number +[redacted][redacted] (Germany).

On 8/21, I advertised for a company using my business account, which was then restricted. Only on 8/24 did I notice and submitted an appeal. After, they restricted my actual business profile mistakenly. A response after 30 minutes clarified the error. However, my appeal for the originally restricted business account is still pending review. Considering this delay, I sent a pending ad appeal on 9/1. It seemed odd that they could review a newer appeal before an older one. I want to advertise for the company with added precautions. Is there a way to draw attention to my still-restricted ad account so I can proceed with advertising for the company without any further issues?

My Facebook page that has been associated with my email [redacted] suddenly stopped allowing me to log in a few days ago. In my attempts to regain access, I unintentionally created two additional pages using the same email address. The first extra page is named “Thomas Carey,” where I could only send a friend request to my original “Thomas E Carey” page but see all my information. This led me to create a second extra page named “Thomas E Carey,” resulting in a total of three pages using my email address, which should be removed. To resolve this, I created a new page named Thomas E Carey linked to my new email [redacted] with a different password, which was functioning correctly until it was disabled due to Community Standards, possibly because of multiple pages. I am looking for help or suggestions regarding this issue. Thank you.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook and it has been frustrating me for years. I have tried to resolve it multiple times but have not received any assistance. Despite knowing all my passwords, I cannot access my accounts. I have more than 40 accounts on Facebook under the name Kim, and I believe Facebook should have detected this inconsistency. I am becoming increasingly agitated because even after numerous attempts to contact them, my issue remains unresolved. If this matter is not addressed soon, I may have to take action. I value my privacy and do not appreciate the lack of response from Facebook.

I shared my opinion about Meghan Mario on Facebook. The post followed Facebook's rules and was not disrespectful. Despite some expected disagreement from fans, one person, Judith Evans, was offensive in her replies. Today, she sent me a hurtful message, "Are you still breathing, what a pity, go bore someone else." As someone with severe disabilities and a limited lifespan, her words were distressing. I believe this behavior constitutes Hate Trolling. I couldn't find a way to report her directly, but she is identifiable in a photo with her boyfriend/partner.
