My Instagram account was unexpectedly disabled without any explanation. I have always followed the rules on Instagram. Since my Instagram was linked to my Facebook, both accounts were disabled. I've attempted to appeal on both platforms with no success. Although my Facebook was compromised before, I thought the issue was resolved. I suspect this current disablement is related to the previous hack and believe it's a mistake. These social media accounts are essential for connecting with my family across states, and they hold all my photos from over a decade. Please assist me in resolving this matter as it's crucial to me. I operate a design studio under the name Spitfiregirldesign.com. In late July, my personal Facebook account at Facebook.com/heidiyarger was unexpectedly deactivated or suspended. Despite following Facebook's protocols, I have not succeeded in reactivating it. There's a possibility it was hacked. Consequently, I am currently unable to oversee or create advertisements for my clients, affecting both their business and mine, as well as potentially impacting Facebook. Although I still receive email notifications about friends' activities on their accounts, I am unable to access or view them.

I have a genuine account with Facebook ID number [redacted] and my passport name is Khadka Kiran. The name on my Facebook ID is Sangin Dhakal, and I am the real user of this account. I have verified my identity, but I am unable to recover my email to receive the confirmation code. Kindly assist me, as this is my authentic account. I am facing issues with my disabled Facebook account and I am not receiving the verification code through email. It has been some time since I last accessed my Facebook account, and I suspect it may have been disabled by now. When attempting to log back in, I realized I cannot recall the email, phone number, or password associated with the account. I need to update my Facebook ID. After providing the update, my Facebook ID requested my full name, National ID, or email ID. I usually stay signed in to Facebook on my phone, but after dropping it and breaking the screen, I can't access my account. I'd like to reset my password to use it on my computer. Suddenly at 11:00 PM on September 4th, my Facebook account was closed. They sent me a verification code twice, but I made a mistake while verifying the code. After that, they asked to send the code within 24 hours, but they did not send it. When I open the Facebook app, it keeps asking for the code repeatedly, but when I try to resend the code, it denies for the next 24 hours. Please assist me. I received a notice regarding a post that was considered against community standards and was asked to agree or disagree. I chose to disagree to seek clarification on the violation. However, upon selecting disagree, I was promptly removed from Facebook without justification. I have previously only received short suspensions and feel unjustly treated compared to others with longer suspensions. I am particularly concerned about accessing over a decade's worth of family vacation photos stored on the platform.

Hello, I need help resolving a situation with my social media accounts. A previous person who managed my Instagram account, srecnakoza, also created a Facebook account under the same name and linked it to my Instagram to run ads. Unfortunately, they did not leave me the passwords for the FB account. Now, I can't run ads on Instagram because it's linked to the wrong Facebook account. I am having trouble remembering the password for my Facebook account. I currently have it logged in on my Samsung Galaxy Android phone but would like to change it and update my account. My Facebook account was hacked, prompting me to change my password. To verify my identity, I was asked to provide my ID. Uncertain if this was a legitimate request, I searched online for guidance. After sending a photo of my passport, my account was disabled for supposedly violating community standards. I suspect the hacker may have committed malicious actions on my account. My account is disabled and I have never encountered this issue before. I am unsure how to resolve this matter. On the screen, they are asking for confirmation of the account holder. I have sent the answers as requested, but I received a reply stating that there is not enough staff to review the answer and I may not receive a reply at all. Without a response, I cannot access my Facebook account and there seems to be no other way to bypass this problem. I have already created another account to reach out here, but I miss my stuff on Facebook.

I purchased an advertisement on Facebook for a reborn baby girl doll that appeared to be lifelike. Unfortunately, when the doll arrived, it turned out to be a cheap plastic version that was not as advertised. After checking my PayPal account, I noticed that the payment was made to Beautybaby6. I tried to find the company's website to address the poor quality of the product and request a refund, but I was unable to locate it. I spent just over £22 on this purchase.
