Five days ago, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account where I am unable to login. Following this, I noticed that all my friends' Facebook accounts are not visible to me and it appears that they have been blocked. Additionally, I am also unable to search for my profile or view my profile picture. Two days ago, when I attempted to log into my account, I received an error stating "incorrect password" as I no longer remember my password and I have also lost access to the phone number linked to my account for password reset. Furthermore, I did not link an email address to my Facebook account. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account.

Facebook disabled my account suddenly on 6/5/20 and requested a security code via text. After providing my state ID for identification, they acknowledged it. Now, I am eager to have my account reinstated. Is there a way to expedite this process or reach out to someone for assistance? Reviewing my information may experience delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, reducing staff availability. Hi Devina, I am a regular Facebook user and I am pleased with the services provided by Facebook. I have reconnected with friends and family members I had lost touch with. Unfortunately, my account has been disabled recently, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. My Facebook account has been hacked by someone. Here are my account details: Mobile No: [redacted] Password: ghousegjp12@[redacted]. I noticed the breach when playing PUBG on 05-09-[redacted] at 8:45 PM. A message appeared stating my account was banned for a day. Upon checking Facebook, I discovered it had been disabled. I have requested an investigation into this issue. Today at 12:10 PM, a friend informed me that my PUBG ID was active, removing friends and changing outfits. I suspect the hacker may have linked their Twitter or Google Play account to mine before disabling it. I urgently seek assistance in resolving this matter and identifying the hacker to regain access to my Facebook account promptly.

I have been accused of sharing a post that violates community standards; however, the content I shared was an article from the New York Post. I am confused as to why I cannot share a news piece from a reputable media source. If the New York Post can report on it, why can't I? The article covers the New York mayor suggesting that shootings in the city would decrease if everyone gets vaccinated. Since this information was reported by a trusted source, I fail to see how I have breached any community guidelines by sharing it. Please reconsider this situation and lift the 24-hour block, as I believe I have not committed any offense. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my original Facebook account ([redacted]) where I have a profile picture with my parents. Hello, I recently deactivated my Facebook account because of the harassment and bullying coming from a specific Facebook page called Okinawa Rants & Venting. The page clearly violates Facebook's standards as individuals are targeted, degraded, bullied, and harassed. Unfortunately, there was even a past instance where someone attempted suicide due to the bullying a year ago. This page consists of hurtful content where individuals are publicly shamed and false information is spread. People can post anonymously, leading to baseless accusations and personal attacks with details like license plate numbers and photos being shared. I reported the page to Facebook but was advised to simply leave it rather than taking any action against it. Despite deactivating my account, I have continued to face bullying, harassment, and threats from individuals on this page, including threats towards my family and property. It is imperative that Facebook addresses this situation promptly as it goes against their community standards. I have kept my Facebook messenger for family communication but cannot reactivate my account until this issue is resolved. Sincerely, April D.

I created a Facebook account to support our e-commerce business, www.agesclassic.com. I am in Ghana, and the account is under the name of Agnes Boateng, who is in the USA. Since my mother is not very computer savvy, I manage the account on her behalf from Ghana. She also has access to it when needed. I recently tried to set up a Facebook Business Account Manager for her but was unable to do so as the account was disabled. I have since been asked to submit a picture of the account holder for verification, but the account remains disabled. I am seeking assistance in reactivating the account. My Facebook page, under the name Pete Dawson, was hacked a few months ago, and I am struggling to regain control of it. I unknowingly accepted a friend request from "Dot Knuckey" who then introduced me to "Kathy Nelson" on Facebook. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam aimed at extorting money from me. The email for recovering my Facebook account was altered from [redacted] to [redacted], and the recovery phone number was changed from [redacted] to +44 7[redacted]50. Though I believe I have rectified both, I am prompted to enter a code from a 'code generator' implemented by the hacker every time I try to log in. I can only access my account through Instagram, causing issues as I am an administrator of various Facebook pages and the Australian Native Birds group with over 20,[redacted] members. Despite multiple reports, all I receive is an automated message saying, "Thanks for contacting Facebook. You should receive an email response shortly," but I never actually get an email. I am unable to access my old account due to the email associated with it being closed in [redacted]. The account was with ihug.co.nz, and I haven't converted it to Gmail or Outlook as recommended. I cannot identify myself through email or friends since the email is inactive, and I have lost contact with most friends. I need access to this account as it's linked to my Facebook, which in turn is linked to my Spotify Premium. After using the account on multiple devices for years, I recently got a new phone and now cannot log in to Facebook or Spotify. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I came across an Apple AirPods promotion on Facebook and purchased two in April. Unfortunately, one pair was defective. After corresponding via email, despite attempts to fix them, they remained faulty. The contact offered partial refunds, but I insisted on a full refund. When I asked for their supervisor, I was denied and told they couldn't accept my request. I feel unsure how to proceed. Last Tuesday, my account and business page were mistakenly disabled by Facebook due to its affiliation with a hate group called "boogaloo." However, I want to clarify that my page, account, and I are not connected to any hate groups. The confusion arose because a band I support has a logo known as "boognish," which some fans abbreviate to "boog." Since I used this tag unknowingly and administered a group with "boog" in its name for fan art, Facebook erroneously associated me with the banned accounts and pages. I have tried contacting Facebook multiple times through different channels without any response, which has been distressing.
