Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account as the login email and mobile number have been changed by the hacker. I have tried multiple methods to recover my account, but the hacker has altered all my personal details and security settings. When I attempt to use my email ([redacted]) or mobile number ([redacted]), they are deemed invalid. I am willing to provide any necessary documents to verify my identity and reclaim my account. Dear Sir or Madam, I have been attempting multiple times to recover access to my Facebook account under the name Hazel Louise Willow Downes. Despite numerous password attempts, I have had no success. The email associated with my account, hayl@downes, is unfamiliar to me, and I lack the complete address. My trusted contacts include my cousin, brother, and late mother, with no clear way for them to assist or send a code, particularly as my mother is deceased. I inquire about alternative methods to regain access to my account, preferably a simpler solution such as sending a code to a different email address. I decline any paid services for assistance. Hello, I am seeking assistance with my blocked Facebook account. Unfortunately, it was deactivated following an incident where I fell victim to a scam on the platform. I encountered an advertisement by a fraudulent individual and made a purchase, which was never fulfilled. This individual then resorted to dishonest means, including employing a hacker service to falsely report my account, resulting in its suspension. Despite my innocence in this matter, my account has been inaccessible for 11 years now. I have diligently attempted to resolve this issue over the past seven working days through various means, but regrettably, the Facebook team has not yet lifted the block. Last night, my Facebook account was disabled out of the blue. I had a group named "Protect and Save the Children" that I can no longer access. My account contained personal information and precious pictures of my children. I am unsure why it was reported, as I believe I followed all the guidelines. Whoever reported my account acted unfairly, and I am desperate to recover my account and the data within it.

I previously had a Facebook account set up by my son, but due to computer issues and changing email providers, I forgot my password and couldn't access it. I miss being in touch with my children, Mike E. and Jennifer E., who post daily. While I'm in a Retirement Home on strict quarantine, I'd appreciate it if someone could locate Gerhard E. on Facebook so I can reconnect with my family. Despite having a new email address and no cell phone, I find it challenging to recover my old account or create a new one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been locked out of my Facebook and Instagram accounts, both personal and business, for months now despite completing all required verifications. I am looking to assist my girlfriend in accessing an old account that holds precious family photos. Despite my efforts searching through support pages and online resources, I have been unable to find a solution. The account was set up with a phone number, but she no longer has access to that number or to any associated email. My Facebook account has been compromised by a hacker, making it impossible for me to regain control or seek assistance from Facebook support. Last Saturday, I received notifications about my account's password being changed and my trusted contacts being altered. However, when I tried to dispute these changes by clicking on the provided links, I encountered error messages, and the links have since expired. The hacker has rebranded my profile and ousted other page admins linked to my job. Efforts to secure my account through Facebook have proved futile as the hacker has also changed my email, password, phone number, and trusted contacts. I feel helpless as I cannot access anything and am unable to reach Facebook for help in resolving this critical issue that impacts my job responsibilities.

I manage a business Facebook page named Hotel Florida. The page was initially set up and managed by a marketing firm I hired years ago. This firm also has control over my website domain and data. Currently, there are only editors, and no administrators, listed for the page. I recently terminated my engagement with the firm due to their refusal to provide me with passwords, data, customer databases, and other essential information. Since then, the manager, Richard, has been removing my posts and even took away my daughter's administrator role on another business page we operate, Quinta La Cucarda, making himself the only administrator. It is crucial for me to regain control of these pages since they have a significant following which is crucial for our e-business, especially during the COVID-19 crisis.

Hello, I have been unable to access my Facebook account for over two months. I changed my password and didn't write it down before losing access. Initially, the problem arose because my account was linked to three phone numbers, which I updated over time, removing the old ones. Facebook kept sending recovery codes to my old number instead of the current one I use for two-factor authentication. After fixing this issue, Facebook still asks me to verify my identity in an unusual way and suggests I remove outdated contact information. Despite following these steps several times and confirming my identity through trusted contacts, I haven't received the email to continue the account recovery process. While I believe providing my ID would be a simpler solution, Facebook does not offer this option, even after repeated attempts on my end. I have concerns about repeatedly sending my ID without any response from Facebook.

My Facebook account was hacked through my associated email. The breach is already concerning, but it was made worse when the hackers changed my profile picture to an image linked to a terrorist group. Researching online, I found others with similar experiences where hackers attempt to access credit card information through Facebook ads data, then change the profile picture to trigger an account disablement by Facebook's algorithms, erasing their tracks. I've filed an appeal and provided ID photos through Facebook’s review process. However, it has been over two months, and I'm losing hope of recovering my account. My work relies on my Facebook for social media presence, and my employer is questioning my ability to fulfill my duties without it. Facebook Account Disabled I am pleading with Facebook to reconsider their decision to disable my account. Although I have had it for over 13 years, I recently encountered issues after clicking on an upgrade button. Despite providing my ID as requested, my account was still disabled. I have been relying on Facebook to stay connected with my family and friends, especially during the lockdown period as I am a 67-year-old disabled Scottish granny living in a remote area with limited communication options. I use Facebook to share photos of my loved ones and engage in discussions that are important to me, like Scottish Nationalism. To Whom It May Concern, I've had multiple Facebook accounts and unfortunately, one was hacked. The hacker even changed my password and I couldn't access my account. I managed to regain access but forgot my password or it was changed again. The email linked to the account was [redacted] with the password foxesR2bad, but now it's saying there's no such account.
