I recently purchased an above ground pool on Facebook Marketplace for $79.99 on September 1, [redacted], at around 7:56 am using my debit card. The seller's site name was leonar.czbocweb, but after creating an account and making the purchase, I couldn't log back in to check shipment details. The site claimed my account didn't exist. I tried to reach out through the "Contact Us" section, but it only allowed me to send a message that might go to spam. I'm unsure if I have been scammed by this seller or site. I wasn't provided with an email address to contact them directly. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, M.W.

The British band Seize The Day's account was disabled around 8th July [redacted]. Despite receiving a warning, admin David Williams failed to provide the required photo ID in time, resulting in the account being disabled. Attempts to get a response through Facebook's online channels have been unsuccessful. The reason for the account closure is unclear, and an appeal is being sought as this account is vital for reaching fans, promoting the band's business and music. Regular payments were made to boost posts, making the band a source of revenue for Facebook. Losing access to over [redacted] followers, as well as posted material, images, and footage, has been detrimental. Support is requested to understand the cause of the closure and seek reinstatement of the Facebook account and page.

I am seeking assistance with my Facebook account. Previously, under my ATT email [redacted], I established a page with albums that worked well. However, I now seem to have multiple passwords: erinis#3, Chiquita3, and donglenerin333, leading to confusion about logging in. Last year, due to a new computer with Windows 10, I switched to a new email address [redacted] which I tried to use to log in with a variation of my name on Facebook. Despite managing to log in via Gmail, others continue to send messages to my ATT account. I desire to access my original account "dan.cipriani.3" with the albums but encounter an error message "Content Unavailable. Owner shared with small group" that I did not intend to do. Furthermore, Facebook insists on creating "Dan's Room," a feature I do not want nor need at "http;//msngr.com/KiwmRKWdkdNovw3." I simply wish to remove the Gmail login method and revert to using my ATT email: [redacted] for "dan.cipriani.3." Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dan C.

On March 13, [redacted], Facebook experienced a widespread glitch that led to a platform outage. Subsequently, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Upon attempting to log back in, I was prompted to verify my phone number. Following the verification process, which initially showed success, I encountered an issue where the system deemed my phone number as invalid shortly after. After trying with a different phone number, I was then asked to upload a photo of myself or take a live picture for additional verification. Despite complying, two days later, I discovered that my account had been permanently disabled. I am frustrated with this situation as I believe it was an error on Facebook's part caused by the glitch during the outage. Since September 1, [redacted], I have been unable to regain access to my account, even though I did not violate any policies or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Last May, my account was disabled for unknown reasons. I followed the instructions from the Facebook review page. Just a few days ago, I created a new account, and once again, it's been disabled without cause. I haven't violated any terms with my new account. I desperately need access to at least one of my accounts as I rely on Facebook to connect with friends and family. I feel unfairly targeted by Facebook, and I'm frustrated by the automated system that keeps disabling my accounts. My name is Anthony H. Facebook also has a copy of my driver's license. Please consider reinstating my original account [redacted] I'm deeply upset about being deemed "ineligible" when I've used Facebook for over a decade without any issues.

I am encountering an issue while using a technology platform app that seems to be limiting my ability to express my thoughts and seek help effectively. Despite my efforts to assist the community and struggling families, I am disappointed by the hindrances I face. The challenges I experience in conveying the truth and dealing with family values affected by others utilizing apps on this specific platform are troubling. My recent foray into using the Facebook app in [redacted] has left me feeling unheard. My name is Jonathan Arie Slikkerveer. While I would prefer to provide more specifics, I am unfortunately unable to do so. I believe Facebook and Apple are reliable platforms, but the difficulty I encounter in reaching out to them or receiving responses from LinkedIn and other tech apps within them is disheartening. I yearn to be acknowledged as an individual and share my truth. If anyone can assist, I hope that Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg can. Kindly reach out to me for a Zoom meeting at 1-[redacted]. I strive to be a positive force in my community, and it would mean a lot to me to have a conversation.

**UPDATE** I am facing an ongoing issue that seems to only happen when I use my iPhone or iPad. This issue does not arise when I use my PC. I serve as an admin for a Facebook group, and interestingly, all my original posts need to be scheduled. When I access the "Write Something" box, below my name, there is a faded box displaying the group's name, and beneath that, a regular, non-faded drop-down box labeled "Schedule." Upon clicking on the box, I receive the option to select the desired posting time, with the earliest availability being two hours later. Even after my co-admin removed and re-added me as a co-admin, the problem persists. Any assistance in resolving this scheduling matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to create a Facebook account, but I am constantly prompted for an ID photo upon logging in, despite submitting it multiple times. I have never successfully accessed the account due to this issue. Now, I have received a notification mentioning a violation of Community Standards, which is puzzling since I never got past the login stage. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter and resetting the account as I intend to use the same email address. Thank you.

My personal and business Facebook accounts were both suddenly disabled weeks ago. At first, I got an email saying my account was compromised, so I sent in my license as requested. Shortly after, another email claimed my business page violated standards. As a new dog grooming business owner, I rely on this page for before-and-after photos and run ads spending around $10 daily. Facebook is crucial for my advertising, and my business is suffering without it. I've tried reaching out through the help center but had to create a new account since mine is disabled. The message upon logging in mentions a review delay due to COVID-19. It's frustrating there's no direct customer service contact. I'm eager to resolve this to get back to promoting my business effectively.

Hello, I'm Lorje Salamonski. Today, I created a new Facebook account because I couldn't remember my old login details on my HP Pavilion desktop at home. I have a profile picture and cover photo of train tracks in Saco, Maine, [redacted]. If possible, I would appreciate a response by tomorrow night. I've had this computer for about a year, obtained it second-hand from a pawn shop in Saco, Maine, [redacted]. If you need to reach me, my direct line is [redacted]. I also have non-profit pages for Wilderness Hikers International on that account with photos and videos from my time in Europe that I need to retrieve after resetting my desktop. Any further inquiries can be directed to my Google Voice phone number. Thank you, Lorje Conrad Salamonski.

Hello, I would appreciate some help with my Facebook account issue. My name is Robyn Dunahoo, and I've been unable to access my account for a few months now. It seems I forgot my password, and my email is no longer associated with the account for a reset code. Previously, I only had the account for six months before I encountered this problem. In the past, I had to close my account due to my past toxic marriage where my ex did not allow me to have a Facebook. I really don't want to lose this new account. I am willing to provide multiple passwords I have used before and any identification to prove my identity. Please help me regain access to my account. Thank you! Robyn Dunahoo

I am in charge of the marketing for a school that has had a Facebook page for approximately five years. Unfortunately, due to former colleagues no longer being with the school, we have lost access to the page, and we are unsure who the creator or admin of the page is. Despite reaching out to the previous employee responsible for managing the page, we were informed that the login information was lost when a folder went missing. This has resulted in our marketing team being unable to access the page or recover any information. The inactivity on our Facebook page over the past three years is negatively impacting our brand. As we are currently working on rebranding our school and its various campuses to reach out to prospective and current parents, as well as educators, it has become essential for us to resolve this issue and regain access to the page with an unknown admin.

Dear support team, I am reaching out to inform you that my PUBG account ([redacted]) has been hacked, resulting in the loss of my login credentials and all authentication. I was using Instagram when I encountered an advertisement for PUBG's lucky spin for gun skins. Upon visiting the link provided, I was prompted to enter my character ID, email, mobile number, and Royal Pass details. After submitting this information, a message instructed me not to access my PUBG account for 24 hours. After the time elapsed, while playing a Team Deathmatch (TDM) match, a message appeared on the game screen indicating that I had been logged in from a different location. Subsequently, I lost access to both my PUBG credentials and my Facebook account, which was linked to my PUBG login. Meanwhile, my Facebook account has been disabled. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my disabled Facebook account. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been struggling to access my account for nearly a week now. Whenever I try to log in from my iPhone, it requests a code from an "Auth app" I don't possess, leaving me unable to proceed. Since I removed my old phone number and didn't update it, there's no current number linked to my account. Despite my efforts to submit my License for verification, each time I try, I encounter an error message indicating a broken link or page. This issue is critical as I rely on this account for my business operations. I have enclosed screenshots of my Photo ID, account, and the error messages for reference. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I came across a distressing video on Facebook showing a woman mistreating a crying child. The room looked unkempt, and the abuse was evident in the footage. I, along with others who viewed it, found it disturbing and believe it should be reported to authorities for the child's safety. I tried to find the video again to report it, but it seems to have been removed. Is there a way for Facebook to track down such content to prevent further harm? It's concerning that such abusive acts can be shared online, and urgent action is needed to protect the child.

My computer crashed, and now I'm unable to access Facebook. My son originally installed it for me years ago, and I used to enjoy reading and chatting with people on there. Since moving to a Retirement home, I have no one nearby who can assist me. I attempted to reinstall the app, but I can't remember the password, and I don't have a cell phone for verification codes. After years of using Facebook to connect with people and see updates, I miss it dearly. My account was under the name Gerhard Emmerich. Despite having a son and daughter who live far away, I haven't received much understandable assistance from them. At 94, I often struggle to keep up, which complicates things. Even changing my email address didn't resolve the issue. I hope for your help. Thank you, Gerd.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance regarding my hacked Facebook business account. Recently, an unauthorized person ran an ad campaign selling children's Snoopy clothing, draining my account by setting a $99 daily budget for 10 days. Due to this, my account is now overdrawn. The payment method connected to my account via PayPal led to confusion as the person I chatted with explained they were just a facilitator since the card was linked directly to my bank. When attempting to contact Facebook Support, it felt like speaking to a wall. Currently, $50 has been taken from my account. Fortunately, it's not my primary account, but this does not excuse the fraudulent activity. I've cancelled the card and informed my bank about the unauthorized transactions. Besides visiting Facebook in person, I'm at a loss for what steps to take next. My frustration is high, and my trust in FB has diminished.

I am experiencing difficulties with my account being hacked. I have attempted to have it restored, even providing a picture of my ID, yet have not received any email responses. When I tried to create a new account, it was also disabled. It is frustrating that it seems effortless for someone to hack into an account but challenging for the rightful owner to regain access. The system does not seem to verify the hacker's identity as thoroughly as it does for the legitimate owner. Additionally, I am unable to reset my email as the hacker has changed it.

Hello, I haven't accessed my Facebook account in a while, possibly since last year. When I tried to reset my password through email, I was asked to identify friends from a list to verify my account. However, I don't personally know the people listed, except for one who is a friend's daughter. I prefer not to use my full name on Facebook and don't feel comfortable sharing my ID. It would be more helpful if I could select friends I have interacted with more often, like my brother or uncle. Losing access to my account would be difficult since it holds precious memories of my children and helps me stay in touch with some friends and family. I hope there can be more flexibility in choosing verification contacts in the future. Thank you for your assistance. Thank you, M. H. Young
