Yesterday, my Facebook account "Treyway Shmoney" linked to the email [redacted] was hacked. Despite numerous attempts to regain access, including trying to receive a generator code on another browser while simultaneously being logged in on my phone, sending the code to my email, and even using Google Authenticator, nothing has worked. If you see any unusual posts on my account, it means it has been compromised.

I continue to experience issues with my advertising account being repeatedly suspended by Facebook for alleged "unacceptable business practices". Despite carefully reviewing the policies, I cannot identify any deceptive or unethical behavior on my part that contravenes their terms of service. I have submitted multiple appeals for reinstatement but have been unsuccessful. I am eager to communicate with their support team to pinpoint the root of the problem as my ability to advertise has been completely revoked. To troubleshoot, I had my business partner create a new business manager and ad account, only to have it promptly shut down by Facebook after attempting to boost post engagement. I am seeking assistance to restore my existing ad account and page privileges, as I firmly believe I am adhering to all of Facebook's policies. Thank you for your attention.

I am writing to express my frustration with the new Facebook platform. While I understand there will always be updates and changes, the current issues I am experiencing are preventing me from using Facebook properly. When I try to access groups, notifications, posts, or messages, all I get are blank pages or nothing happens at all. This has never happened to me in all the years I've been using Facebook. I am even considering leaving groups I've been a part of for nearly two decades. Facebook has been a valuable tool for me to connect with friends worldwide and access a wealth of information on various topics. Unfortunately, these recent technical difficulties are hindering my ability to continue to benefit from the platform. I use an iMac with OS 10.15.5 and Firefox as my browser.

My account was suspended on August 22nd due to a misunderstanding of my post. They requested to review my ID, and I promptly provided my aadhar proof photo ID. Despite their assurance of a swift review before resuming account access, it has been a week with no action taken. Using Facebook for nine years, I have consistently upheld integrity and steered clear of controversies. The suspension seems abrupt, stemming from a philosophical quote. I kindly ask for a thorough review and restoration of my account. My earnest plea to Facebook is to validate my account and reinstate it.

Hello, my Instagram account username is: saahil_nfx. It is connected to Facebook using the email: [redacted] Last week, my account was unexpectedly disabled without any prior notice. I strongly believe that I did not violate any of Instagram's community guidelines. Unfortunately, due to the connection with Facebook, I am unable to access my Facebook account as well. I have tried several methods to appeal, such as reaching out to Instagram's help center, but I received a message stating they have limited reviewers available. Despite attempting to contact them through Twitter, Google Play Store reviews, email, and even creating a new Facebook account to address the issue, I have not made any progress. I decided to leave Facebook due to fatigue. Unfortunately, there are harmful and potentially dangerous posts about me from someone who is bullying and spreading lies. Despite not being a member anymore, I struggle to find a way to address the situation legally. Dealing with the lack of intervention from Facebook has been frustrating. Even the platform's page dedicated to resolving such issues falls short of being helpful. Facebook appears to only focus on protecting themselves without taking responsibility for the harm caused to individuals. It is vital to find a way to remove the slanderous and bullying posts promptly. A non-member must have some recourse to protect themselves from such damaging behavior. Facebook needs to take action by removing the offensive content or even permanently banning the responsible individual to prevent further harm and legal violations.

I have not logged into my Facebook account for years. Initially, I used it for uplifting communities through groups. I want to return to it, but have faced some difficulties. Since then, I have moved back to Idaho, got a new laptop where I lost my old password records from the previous one. I also switched to a new phone and cannot access the recovery email or password which were saved in the old laptop. I am trying to regain access to my account with the name Dianna Lomeli and email [redacted] The profile icons associated with my account include an aurora resembling a flying person in the night sky, a white sparkling lotus, rippling blue water, a dolphin, a mother white tiger with two cubs, and a swirling earth with a women's eye in the center. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My mother is being harassed by a group on Facebook with extremely rude comments. Although she has left the group, its members continue to reach out to her and spread lies to her friends. Even if the group is deleted, the members could still target her through alternate accounts or by involving others. I am aware that the Facebook customer service hotline might not be real, so I am unsure who to contact regarding this matter.

I am a member of the community development executive team in my neighborhood. I want to create a Facebook account for our neighborhood, but it appears that doing so is not allowed unless I use the group feature. The issue is that I can't have all my information solely as an admin since I will be moving next year and the new representative will take over the page. Is there a solution for neighborhoods like ours that face changes due to people moving or passing away? It would be beneficial to have centralized details like the community name, establishment date, and an email address. With changes in leadership happening annually or bi-annually, it doesn't make sense for us to input personal information only to have the page become inactive when someone leaves. It's essential for continuity that we can pass on a page without sharing personal contact details.

I have encountered several issues with Facebook since the recent changes. Previously, I could post multiple photos or videos in one post, access memories easily, and navigate between them effortlessly. However, after the updates, I am unable to do so. I have experienced difficulties posting memories, copying and pasting content, and arranging photos on my page. Additionally, the layout changes have affected the appearance of my profile and the functionality of viewing comments and posts. These problems arose coincidentally with a notification about upcoming changes in September. I hope Facebook can address these issues and return to its previous user-friendly interface. Dear Facebook Support, I have noticed an issue with my page today where I have encountered multiple repeated photos in my memories. There seems to be a problem with accessing and viewing photos as they appear blank when clicked on. Attention Facebook: I am disappointed with the recent changes on Facebook. I used to be able to post multiple photos at once and share 3 videos in a single post. However, now I receive errors like "nothing in the post" when trying to share memories on my personal page. It's frustrating that I can no longer easily access my memories, and when I finally do, I have to constantly click on "Memories" again. Despite being tech-savvy, I struggle to share posts from others and even copy and paste content onto my page. The layout changes have also affected the positioning of my profile pictures. I preferred the previous setup and wish Facebook would revert to its former functionality. These issues arose around the time a message hinted at upcoming changes in September. Seeking assistance, I called a number (1-[redacted]) I found under help, where a man claiming to be from Facebook asked for my personal details. I later discovered other phone numbers (1-[redacted]) and (1-[redacted]), raising doubts about his authenticity, especially due to background noise resembling a call center environment. When I inquired about this, he abruptly ended the call amidst static. My primary concern is the legitimacy of the individual I spoke with and if my personal information is now at risk. I recently purchased a new laptop and attempted to log in to Facebook but couldn't remember my password as I stayed logged in on my old laptop. Facebook requested my ID confirmation and I uploaded my driver's license twice, but I am still unable to access Facebook on the new laptop. Unfortunately, my old laptop has stopped working, leaving me unable to check my admin pages on Facebook.

I bought a new laptop several weeks ago and tried to log onto Facebook, but I couldn't remember my password since I was always logged in on my old laptop. Facebook prompted me to confirm my ID by uploading a photo ID, so I uploaded my driver's license twice in the given time. Unfortunately, I still cannot access Facebook on my new laptop, as my old one has stopped working. I manage several pages on Facebook and am concerned about missing out on updates. Hello. I would like to apologize to the Facebook Customer Service Team for any inconvenience I may have caused. I regret my actions as I was feeling frustrated with the negativity, hassle, and bullying from other users who were not being reprimanded while I was being penalized for their behavior, which I found unfair. I also experienced technical glitches where I did not receive email notifications for friend requests or acceptances as I usually would. I am unsure if there was any blocking of Facebook emails to my account. I faced constant unfounded accusations and felt targeted. I have decided to deactivate my Facebook account to give myself some space and time. I will refrain from further interactions and hope for forgiveness from the Facebook team in the future.
