Hello Facebook support team, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account as it has been disabled erroneously. I have realized that in order to reactivate it, I need to provide copies of official government documents containing my full name and date of birth. It's crucial that the name on my Facebook account matches the one on my ID card to verify ownership. I have already submitted the necessary information to confirm that the account is indeed mine and linked to my ID card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi Facebook team, I am having trouble logging into my account as it was mistakenly disabled. I was asked to provide some government-issued cards showing my name and date of birth. It's crucial that the name on my Facebook account matches exactly with the one on my ID card so I can prove the account is mine. I've already sent you the necessary information for verification. Thank you for your assistance.

I made a Facebook business page in [redacted] under the name Gentle Touch Creations. The page is separate from my personal page, Bob Yborra. However, I am unable to access it to make any updates. Another company has a similar page with the same name, but they do not capitalize Touch or Creations. This can lead to confusion. In my efforts to resolve this issue, I fell victim to a scam by a company claiming to provide Instant Help. They initially charged $50 to fix the problem, then demanded an additional $[redacted], which I refused and reported to PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal ended up paying the funds to KORSIT BV. While I am not overly concerned about the money, I simply want to regain access to my page to utilize it and safeguard my personal information. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I would like to report that my Facebook account under the name O K Neeraj was compromised in June [redacted]. The hacker changed the profile name to Shyna Chandra. Despite reaching out to the cyber cell office in Kalpetta, Kerala, India, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Additionally, on 18.08.[redacted], the profile photo was altered. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for both my Facebook account (linked to a Rediffmail account) and my Rediffmail account due to not using them for some time. As a result, I am unable to access the Facebook account through the associated phone number, which I no longer use. I kindly request the deactivation of my Facebook account to prevent any further misuse by unauthorized individuals. Thank you, Neeraj

My email at live.com was hacked back in November. The hackers accessed all my social media, online accounts, and even my bank accounts. Recovering everything was challenging, especially with Facebook. Restoring my [redacted] account has been the toughest. It holds precious memories of my children and deceased family members. Sadly, the associated email and phone number were changed without my knowledge. Despite trying the code recovery method, I hit dead ends with expired pages or spam alerts. I've been battling this since November, unable to get in touch with anyone from Facebook for help. I thought of creating a new account, but the hacker interfered and reported it, resulting in its disabling for violating community standards. This repeated itself twice, leading to embarrassment and questions from others. Trying to explain the situation is tough since I've done nothing wrong. Sending my ID didn't help to restore the account, making me feel powerless against those trying to cause harm.

Hello, I recently had my posting ability disabled on Facebook due to a picture I posted. After disputing it and having Facebook confirm that it was not a violation, I received an email stating everything was fine. However, my ability to post was not restored. The restriction is set to expire tonight, but I feel it's unfair to wait when there was no issue to begin with. As I am currently working on a significant project, this inconvenience is unwarranted. I value my Facebook page greatly, as it is dedicated to positivity and seeking truth. I have been reaching out for assistance since yesterday. It seems Facebook can disable my account quickly; I hope they can rectify this just as swiftly. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Earlier this month in August, I came across an advertisement for a portable small collapsible washer priced at around $30. I intended to purchase it for my granddaughter who is moving out. I used PayPal to pay for it, but when the item arrived, it turned out to be just a collapsible bowl without the USB cable function as advertised. After contacting PayPal, they advised me to return the item for a refund. However, the return shipping costs were exorbitant, making it unreasonable for me to return the bowl. Despite requesting a self-addressed return label from the merchant "Qiuyb," they have not provided one, causing me to be denied a refund. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to resolve this issue and hope that the merchant can cooperate by sending a return label. I have paid in full and expect the same level of respect and professionalism from the merchant. Thank you, Maxine Torres, Case # PP-D[redacted]7.

It's been around 2 years since I lost access to my Facebook account because it started requiring a 6-digit code that I no longer have access to. Even though I changed my phone number and device, I didn't realize the importance of that code at the time. Now, when I try to recover my account, proving my identity to Facebook has been challenging. Despite sending them a copy of my ID, they keep rejecting it, asking for different information. I'm unsure of what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account. It holds valuable memories, all my friends, and I manage a small community page there, which has suffered from my absence for 2 years. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Otrzymałam dwie potworne lalki z grubej gumy, bez włosów i rzęs, o długości 17 cm. To skandal! Moje dziecko płakało przez trzy dni, a ja walczę o zwrot pieniędzy. Proszę o pomoc i radę co robić dalej.

I've had my Facebook account for over ten years. Recently, I made some significant changes to my social media profiles due to starting a new job. While in the process of editing, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were randomly locked. I followed the instructions to provide my ID and verification code, but I'm still unable to access my accounts. When I try to log in on my browser, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to check the status of my appeal. The "support inbox" shows unread messages, but I receive an error message when I try to open it. I'm struggling to find a way to contact a real Facebook representative to resolve this issue. I just want to regain access to my decade-old accounts. Any advice on what steps I can take next would be greatly appreciated; I feel stuck in a cycle of automated verification and broken links. Thank you for any help!

I am a victim of bullying and struggling to get help on Facebook. Despite trying to secure my account and change my hacked name to "nano nano," I'm facing obstacles. The links provided for assistance are not functioning, and I feel frustrated that nothing is working. I urgently need to revert to my original name or something else, but the name change form is unresponsive. Deactivating my account for 60 days is not an option as I rely on Facebook. I feel helpless and desperate for assistance. The current support provided by Facebook is insufficient, and I hope someone can help me address this distressing situation.

Hello, I'm frustrated with the lack of response from Facebook regarding the issue with the "Add a friend" option. Many users, including myself, are receiving numerous friend requests from unknown individuals. I propose that Facebook should add a third option: "Nobody" to address this problem. The current options are limited to "Friends" and "Friends of Friends," leaving users vulnerable to unwanted requests. It's crucial for Facebook to listen to users' feedback and make the necessary changes to enhance user experience. As a senior citizen, I rely on Facebook to connect with family, and if this issue persists, it may drive users away from the platform. I urge Facebook to take action and implement the suggested third option to prevent these unwanted friend requests. Thank you, Bill.

Subject: Account Disabled Inquiry I recently discovered my account has been disabled, and I'm unclear on the reason behind this action. After reviewing the Community Standards, I believe I have not violated any guidelines. Additionally, I found emails informing me of a password change on August 17th, which I did not authorize. Suspicious activity was noted on my account, with login attempts from Sicily while I reside in northern Italy. Moreover, the login was made using Windows 10 and Chrome, whereas I primarily use a Mac. Upon reading your email today, I learned of someone named Guillaume Binet attempting to claim my ad account, which is alarming to me. I appreciate the notifications, but without access, I was unable to address these issues promptly. I kindly request a review of the situation and the restoration of my account solely under my name and control, preventing any unauthorized access by Guillaume Binet. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Claudio Lugli

Approximately two years ago, I encountered difficulties logging into Facebook despite multiple attempts to reset my password. Even when the reset codes were sent to my email, I still couldn't access my account. Frustrated, I abandoned Facebook for about two years. Unexpectedly, two weeks ago, I received new sign-in codes from Facebook via email, allowing me to regain access. Subsequently, I started receiving frequent lockout notifications, followed by more login codes. Moreover, unauthorized charges from Amazon in Seattle began appearing on my credit card statement. Concerned about a possible hack, I wonder if Facebook was indeed sending me these login codes. As an elderly individual on a tight budget, I seek guidance on resolving this issue promptly to avoid further financial implications. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My home computer was hacked, and all my accounts, passwords, social media, and internet access were wiped out. Facebook disabled my account, and when I reached out to a Facebook representative, they suggested I pay for a service to get assistance. I want to retrieve all my information and photos from my account and delete it, but I can't access it or the email linked to it. Please send details on how I can recover my data to [redacted], as I can access that email. Thank you, David Huddleston.

I acknowledge my fault in violating Facebook's Community Guidelines and understand the consequences. What frustrates me more is the lack of response regarding my hacked account inquiries and other account-related questions. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no assistance, which contrasts sharply with the immediate response when accused of guideline violations. It feels like Facebook prioritizes penalizing over helping its users. While I accept my 7-day penalty and aim to improve, I hope Facebook also shows care and responsiveness to its loyal members. Thank you for the years of service, acknowledging the user contribution that has made Facebook a successful corporation.

One of our customers wanted a refund for home improvement services but didn't provide a cancellation letter. After some back and forth, she eventually sent an email for cancellation, and we promptly issued her a refund. However, she proceeded to post negative comments online, claiming we are operating illegally and have been dissolved. The company she refers to was a previous entity that went into liquidation; the current driveway company is now under our ownership and a legitimate business running for over ten years. I have reported the situation to the authorities and they advised me to seek help to have the misleading posts removed. The individual in question is Anna BTZ, and the misleading information is on her social media page. Our company is Mason Civils and Utilities LTD, legally trading as Mayfair Drives. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this matter to prevent any further unwarranted damage to our business.

My personal Facebook and Instagram Business accounts have been disabled. A few days ago, I lost access to my Facebook account and then my business page. Shortly after, the same happened with my Instagram account. I was informed that my accounts were disabled for violating community guidelines and must appeal through Facebook. I submitted verification information but haven't received a response yet. Our business, associated with a Plastic surgeon, meticulously edits any content to adhere to guidelines. We urgently need to recover our accounts, as opening new ones is daunting. We seek clarity on the violations and hope to rectify any inappropriate posts swiftly. Our main concern is regaining access to the accounts to continue our work.

I think my Facebook account was deactivated last Wednesday. I'm not sure why, but they mentioned something about not following the rules or maybe it's a mistake. I don't post or comment much, and I believe I haven't broken any rules. I've requested a review of the issue but haven't received a response yet. I would appreciate it if my account could be reactivated. Thank you! I realize I forgot to mention what I want Facebook to do in my previous post. Please reactivate my account.

On August 22, [redacted], I received three emails from Facebook within a short period. The first mentioned an unusual login from a device/location I don't typically use. The second indicated my password was changed around 9:18 PM (UTC +02) from Veles, Republic of Macedonia using Windows and Chrome. The third email informed me that my email address [redacted] was removed from my Facebook account at 9:22 PM (UTC +02). Unfortunately, I was offline at that time and couldn't react promptly. By the time I saw the emails, it was too late to regain access to my account.
