Hello, I am located in Australia and recently set up a Facebook Shop. Unfortunately, I have encountered an issue linking the shop button to PayPal or any other payment system. I have learned that setting up a Facebook Business Page Shop with PayPal and Stripe in Australia is not fully supported yet, unlike in the USA. I am curious as to why Facebook allows setting up a business shop without a payment system integrated for Australian users. I regret not knowing this beforehand as I do not have a website and heavily rely on Facebook and Instagram to showcase my products. It has been challenging having to ask customers to transfer money to my account directly, leading to frustration and potential loss of sales. I am also wondering if there is a way to link my PayPal account in Messenger to facilitate payments. I am eagerly awaiting to hear when this feature will be available in Australia. Hello, I would like to unlink my Instagram account from my old Facebook page, which is disabled. I have unlinked the old Facebook page but when I try to link my new Facebook page, it says my Instagram is still linked to a page. Please help me unlink my Instagram account from any linked page because I’m unable to connect it to my new Facebook page due to the existing link. I am experiencing a significant problem with a Facebook page. Several years ago, during my marriage in [redacted]/[redacted], my ex-wife (initials AJ/AG/AF) tagged herself in untrue posts and posted defamatory content about me, including sharing my social security card number. These false accusations have harmed my job opportunities and caused public embarrassment. None of the content my ex-wife posted can be proven true. I am requesting assistance from Facebook administrators to resolve this issue, as it impacts my ability to find employment without facing these challenges. The Facebook account under the name "Demetrest Hickman" with a toilet paper profile picture is where these issues are occurring. I do not have access to the account or passwords. This situation constitutes defamation and could potentially lead to legal action if necessary. I am contacting you in hopes of addressing this matter promptly.

I am experiencing persistent issues with the videos appearing on my Facebook video feed. Despite blocking the individuals who post them, the same videos reappear after a few hours of logging back in. Additionally, the videos being shown are in languages like Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Chinese, and Vietnamese, which I do not understand as I only speak English. This recurring problem has been happening for about a year, and I am extremely frustrated as the content I am interested in is being overshadowed. I have attempted to hide and block the videos multiple times, but they keep resurfacing. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue as it is causing me distress. I recently had an ad account blocked for allegedly circumventing systems, which was unintentional, leading to confusion about what caused the issue. Shortly afterward, one of my ads was also blocked for targeting users with a specific health condition, adding to the frustration. I've filed an appeal but am doubtful about receiving a timely response, as I previously had a business account blocked for three months with no feedback despite appeals and follow-ups. I created a Facebook account on 19/7/20 to watch a live event by FantasyForest Facebook, which went smoothly. Two days later, my account was disabled citing community standards, coinciding with Washington's directive to not engage with Huawei. I use a Huawei mobile I bought last year, which makes me speculate if it's the issue, considering I haven't done much on my new account. I filled an appeal form, submitted my documents, and did the necessary verifications. The account briefly reopened but got disabled again. Facebook flagged my attempt to use "Susan" instead of "Sue" and cited a previous account with the same number. I'm contemplating getting a new phone and number, hoping it will resolve the issue. I'm frustrated that Facebook accuses me of violating community standards when I haven't. My husband is vulnerable, making this situation more challenging. Hello, I'm Jennifer Keenan, and I need help regarding my disabled Facebook and Instagram accounts. Suddenly, I received notifications stating that my accounts were disabled for violating community standards. I have always been careful to adhere to the rules and cannot fathom how this happened. I suspect my account may have been compromised, but I am adamant that I have not posted anything inappropriate. I have come across a frustrating issue with Instagram's "Story" feature while trying to connect with my fans as a musician. My stage name is Also Joe, and I am a small to medium artist with music available on various platforms, garnering around 14,[redacted] monthly listeners. Despite my efforts to share my popular song "Two Straws" (nearly [redacted],[redacted] streams) by adding it to my story, it links to an Instagram profile with the handle @therealjoethomas instead of directing users to my content. I am having issues with Two-Factor Authentication on my desktop since I can't use the Facebook App on my phone. I used to receive the code via SMS, but it stopped last week. I've been trying to get it fixed as I heavily rely on my Facebook account for my project. I have submitted forms and my ID multiple times, but I am still unable to access my account. I recently came across a troubling news article on Facebook discussing an incident where a black individual kicked a man, almost causing serious harm. The response given was that he was merely defending himself. My comment expressing my frustration was deemed as hate speech by Facebook. I find it unfair that while derogatory racial remarks towards white people are openly made in various media outlets, I was accused of hate speech for my comment. I have been blocked for three days, but I am considering taking action against Facebook starting with the Wyoming Attorney General's Office. As one of the five admins of a Facebook Group, I suspect that someone in the group broke the rules. To my surprise, my personal Facebook account has been disabled. It seems that all the admins and the Facebook group have also been affected. The member who may have violated the rules was not an admin and her account remains active. I had used my nickname on my account because I recently appeared on a TV show, per their suggestion to handle the potential influx of people. Although I sent my ID in response to Facebook's request, it is not in the name of my account but my legal name. I have maintained this account for a decade without any bans, have over [redacted] contacts, and a decade’s worth of photo albums. Losing access to it would be heartbreaking. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue.

I experienced an issue with my account last night. I am unable to log in as my account has been disabled, although I haven't violated any terms of use. Surprisingly, I found an email from Aug 12, [redacted], stating my password was changed, but I did not make any changes. Unfortunately, the link to address this issue has expired. I'm a small business owner with nearly 4k clients, and not being able to access my appointments and personal photos stored on Facebook is impacting my business significantly, especially since I lost data due to a computer crash. I've exhausted all avenues in trying to contact Facebook for assistance without any luck. We are a marketing agency that manages Facebook accounts and advertising for various clients. All our activity is conducted through our company's Business Manager, where the sole admin is a personal account that Facebook disabled on Monday, the 17th. We acknowledge that the generic personal account in question violated Facebook's Community Standards by appearing as a company account with a logo as the profile picture and using the name of a former employee. Although this setup had been in place for years when generic pages were allowed, our team failed to update it, resulting in this issue. Our primary goal is to regain access to the Business Manager account, along with the pages and ad accounts under its ownership. If this is not feasible, we are considering creating a new Business Manager and trying to regain access to the pages, ad accounts, and data associated with it. However, our attempts indicate that approval from the page owners is necessary for this process to proceed. We appreciate your assistance and look forward to a prompt resolution.

I am currently facing an issue with updating my account after my husband's passing last October. Despite numerous attempts by my funeral director and me to communicate with Facebook regarding the deletion of my late husband's accounts, only one account was removed, which is not the one that needs to be deleted. My late husband, who had dementia, created multiple accounts, and I need at least three more accounts linked to us removed. I had requested all the accounts to be deleted rather than memorialized due to the lack of significant content. Although I have provided Facebook with a copy of the death certificate and my contact details, they continue to reach out to the funeral director instead of me. It is essential to note that there is an unrelated individual with the same name in France. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am a disabled 66-year-old retired woman who relies on Facebook Messenger to stay in touch with distant relatives and friends due to my disabilities and living situation. Unfortunately, my account has been unjustly disabled, preventing me from contacting those who care about me. I am currently in discussions to acquire a service dog from a woman in Colorado, making it crucial for me to regain access to my Facebook for communication. I am uncertain of the Community Standard I violated, as I believe it may have been related to expressing opinions against the President. If that is the case, many others would need to be disabled as well. I am eager to understand the specific reasons for my account being disabled, especially since around the same time, I experienced bullying and harassment from two women, one of whom used inappropriate language towards me. I am unable to report them due to my disabled account, which feels incredibly unjust. I kindly request the reactivation of my account so I can address these issues and resume using Facebook as before.

A few months ago in June, I received a WhatsApp message from a gamers' group, which required me to log in with Facebook for registration. After logging in, I noticed that my email address and phone number associated with Facebook were changed without my authorization. My PUBG account was also compromised, and the hacker demanded Rs. [redacted] for its return. Despite paying, I did not regain full control of my account. The hacker frequently changes their contact number, and the current one is +91 [redacted] which was used for login. They provided temporary login credentials which were quickly changed. This situation has affected my participation in tournaments and my future as a PUBG streamer. I have additional information on the hacker but need assistance in recovering my accounts.
