Good evening, Dear, I am facing an issue and need your assistance. I previously had a Facebook account which I deleted a while ago, however, the problem arose when I changed my phone number. Even after deleting the account, the issue with OpenVPN persists. I am not sure if the problem is due to the account itself or the phone number. Could you kindly help me by deleting the account associated with my old phone number? Since I no longer have access to that account after changing my phone number, I would greatly appreciate it. Good evening, I need assistance with my Facebook account issue. I had a Facebook account that I deleted some time ago. I was chatting with someone on Facebook about receiving money into my account, and I mistakenly shared my password and Gmail with them. As a result, my Facebook account got logged out. I regained access that night, but the next day, the person requested their Gmail back along with the password. Subsequently, I got logged out again and couldn't log back in. I now realize I fell victim to a scam. I was led to a page asking for my ID verification and approval of past comments. Upon agreeing, I got back in, using the scammer's Gmail and my own password. However, after changing my password, it keeps showing as incorrect and old. When prompted for a code, it links to their Gmail with my Facebook name, J. Albert Lopez. The scammer is unresponsive on Gmail. I urgently need help recovering my Gmail account to regain access and ensure this doesn't happen again.

Hello, I want to bring to your attention the issue of cheaters targeting people for part-time work-from-home jobs. They use similar tactics such as requesting deposits for products or membership fees to start working. I encountered this scam where I was asked to share job posts to avoid a deposit, then was directed to pay a fee to begin working. The individuals involved quickly disappeared after taking the money. This experience made me realize the importance of filtering such fraudulent posts to protect others from falling victim to these schemes. It's essential to prevent innocent individuals from being exploited by these dishonest groups. Hello, I am a member of your recruitment work group, and I need to report that there are numerous cheaters using similar techniques to deceive innocent individuals into part-time work from home. They disguise tasks like data entry, handling post items for PostLaju, or work for a factory from home. It's deceitful because they first present the work as an excellent opportunity to work from home and then demand a deposit for factory products or a membership fee before commencing work. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam today. Initially, the first person tasked me with sharing their job vacancies in groups to avoid a deposit. Later, this person referred me to a "teacher" who asked for a membership fee of RM99, promising a refund after 15 minutes. Subsequently, this "teacher" referred me to another person who outlined tasks for different membership tiers. At this point, I realized something was wrong and refused further payment demands, requesting a refund. They refused, and the contacts of the initial two persons are now unreachable. My hope is for the admin to take action, filter posts, and prevent these scammers from tarnishing the group's reputation. I also hope to prevent other innocent individuals from falling victim to these fraudulent schemes. Money is hard-earned, and these scammers spread their posts rapidly; I am unsure how to stop them. I appeal for the admin's assistance in protecting the innocents from falling prey to such groups. Thank you for hearing me out. God bless.

I recently reset my Facebook password about 3-4 weeks ago, and I am struggling to remember it now. Despite trying the "forgot my password" and "forgot my account" links, as well as entering my "trusted contact" codes several times a day, I am not receiving any emails with further instructions. I have tried multiple email addresses and created new accounts, but the issue persists. I have checked all folders and ensured Facebook is not blocked, but I still cannot access my account. When visiting the "help center," I am directed to the same links repeatedly. I would appreciate any help or advice you can provide. Thank you for your time.

I recently experienced identity theft and needed to secure my Facebook account. Struggling to delete my birthday, I changed it to Jan 1, [redacted], but I was deemed under 18. Adjusting it to Jan 1, [redacted] to comply with the age requirement, my account got disabled. Facebook requested my ID for verification. I promptly submitted my driver's license, yet received a reply insisting on the submission of ID again. Frustratingly, I faced the same issue with no resolution provided. The message states, "We can’t give you access to this account... until we receive an accepted form of ID... Learn more about the types of ID we accept in the Help Center." I have been informed that I allegedly sent text messages from [redacted] to [redacted] to someone who I do not have on Facebook or Facebook Messenger. To address this issue, I am seeking assistance from Facebook support to investigate my account history, as this situation has sparked an internal inquiry at my workplace. Despite visiting the Facebook offices in Rathbone Place, London, and following their advice to review my history for any connections, I could not find any evidence linking me to this individual on Facebook or Facebook Messenger. It is troubling that the other party insists on receiving messages from me that I do not recall sending. Due to the impact this has had on my job security, resulting in job loss without substantiated evidence and prompting me to file a tribunal claim against my employer, I am eager for Facebook to assist me in resolving this matter effectively. I'm currently trying to create a new account on my new iPhone. However, I encountered some issues. I realized that I've been logged out of Facebook since the end of July. If there has been any recent activity, it was not from me. A few weeks ago, when I accessed my Facebook account, I received a message requesting me to verify my identity to confirm the authenticity of my account. I submitted a photo of my PAN card as requested. Upon submission, I received a message thanking me for the details and informing me that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays in the review process. It has been a month now, and my Facebook account is inaccessible or disabled. Consequently, I am unable to use other linked applications such as Instagram and PUBG. I would like to share an issue I encountered on Facebook. I received a troubling post from a friend via text regarding disturbing content inciting violence. Despite reporting it to Facebook, they did not find it in violation of their standards. In response, I expressed frustration towards politicians for their actions. Subsequently, I found myself banned from the platform. I have now created accounts on Instagram and Twitter to bring attention to this situation. I will also be sharing more details about my experience on YouTube. It's disheartening to see such content allowed to remain while I face consequences for speaking out. I have recently been unfairly restricted from Facebook for 30 days after commenting on a post by a Black Lives Matter leader that I found racist. Despite using an offensive term, I do not regret standing up against racism. I plan to hire a lawyer and sue Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg for violating my freedom of speech and for discriminating against me. It is hypocritical for Facebook to enforce unjust community standards that favor one group over another. I am prepared to take this matter to court and hold Mark Zuckerberg accountable for his actions.

My late husband created my Facebook page many years ago, but he passed away five years ago. The email and phone number associated with the account are outdated, and I accidentally deleted my browsing history, losing access to the account. I have tried various ways to regain access, but with no success. I need help recovering my Facebook account. It's frustrating that a company as large as Facebook doesn't offer a helpline or immediate chat support. I can only access the internet through my iPhone 6.

The next day, when trying to log into my Facebook account via the app, I was surprised to find myself logged out. After several unsuccessful password attempts, I realized the recovery email was altered by the hacker, and they removed my email and phone number linked to the account. This intrusion seems to be aimed at gaining access to my PUBG account. I have been struggling to regain control and noticed that my profile picture, cover photo, and account name have been changed, which is deeply distressing. I'm inquiring with Facebook to verify if the email I received, supposedly regarding a password reset, is legitimate or fraudulent. I did not initiate any password change request. Recently, I had experienced unauthorized access to my earthlink email account, resulting in fraudulent activity. Fortunately, the unauthorized transactions were unsuccessful, and I have since updated my passwords to secure my accounts. I have been unable to access my account for over a year as I don't remember the password and my phone number and email are outdated. I was logged in previously but now I need to log in on a new phone, which requires the password I don't remember. I created a second account to stay in touch, but I need access to my original account. I am not given any recovery options like alternate email or security questions. I am worried about the security of Facebook as it is my main way to log in to my Instagram account, Johnckb. Two days ago, my Instagram account, Johnckb, was temporarily disabled for verification of my contact information. I followed the usual steps but couldn't regain access. It prompted me to contact the helpdesk within 24 hours. I attempted verification through Facebook, fingerprint, sign code on my phone, and SMS verification, but no emails were received. I'm concerned that someone may have taken over my account. The next day, I tried to log in again and received a conflicting message stating that my account was deleted for violating Instagram guidelines. I am certain this is an error. The last photos I posted were of friends at the beach in swimsuits and trunks, some on surfboards and some dancing. They contain no nudity, and everyone in the photos approved of them. I have not shared anything offensive or engaged in offensive chats. Something seems amiss, and I believe there has been an honest mistake or a serious security breach between Instagram and its parent company, Facebook.
