I attempted to log into my Facebook account and was informed that it was disabled for a reason I am unsure of. I suspect my account was hacked as it mentioned a violation of community standards, which I cannot comprehend. Following their instructions to investigate, I reach a "confirm identity" page requesting a six-digit code. The issue is I can only verify through my overseas phone number which I haven't used in four months due to the pandemic's travel restrictions. Despite searching the Facebook Help Center, I have found no solution. I just need an alternative method for Facebook to verify my identity and resolve this matter online. It would be helpful if they offered a contact number for assistance, but unfortunately, no such service seems to be available. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name "Lunghihomeboy Ngobeni" due to having multiple accounts linked to my phone number. I deactivated the extra accounts "Lunghi Ngobeni" and "J Rose Ronald Black," but I can't recover my main account because the contact and email information has been removed. This means I can't receive the reset password link or code from Facebook. Could you please add my contact number and email address to my "Lunghihomeboy Ngobeni" account so I can regain access? Here are the details: Contact: +27 (79) [redacted] Email: [redacted] I would appreciate urgent assistance with this matter. Thank you.

My account was unexpectedly disabled, and I am unable to request a review. Despite entering the correct phone number, I never received the verification code required for access. I rely on Facebook to connect with family, especially during the pandemic, through sharing baby pictures and engaging in a mom group. I am puzzled as to why this has happened as my posts have always been innocuous. The inability to access my account is distressing as it holds valuable memories and connections. I hope this issue is resolved promptly as losing access to my data without cause is disheartening.

Hello, I would greatly appreciate some assistance. I am currently facing issues with receiving the six-digit login verification code because I have obtained a new phone number. The phone number linked to my account is no longer in my possession, and I am unable to receive any messages on it. Could someone please help me update my new phone number or disable the two-way verification temporarily so I can access my account and make the necessary changes? It has been a few weeks, and I find myself unable to resolve this on my own. The system continues to send the verification codes to my old phone number ([redacted]), which is no longer valid. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance!

I have been receiving multiple emails from the "Facebook Ads Team" lately. Despite having a minimal profile and hardly using Facebook (1-2 times a year), I am being billed in various currencies for ads that I have not placed. I believe it might be a scam, as I have never authorized any ads. The emails persist even though I have ignored and deleted them. I'm concerned someone may have accessed my account without permission. Could you please confirm if this is a scam or if there has been unauthorized access to my account? Thank you, Sean C. --- I have been receiving frequent emails from the "Facebook Ads Team." Despite having a minimal profile and only using Facebook occasionally (1-2 times a year), I am being charged in different currencies for ads that I have not approved. I suspect this could be a scam as I have never initiated any ads. The emails keep coming even though I have been deleting them. I am worried that my account may have been compromised. Can you please advise if this is a scam or if unauthorized access has occurred? Thank you, Sean Carlin

I believe that by removing posts that are not profane, don't contain hate speech, and are politically informative, you may be infringing on our First Amendment rights. Recently, I shared an article from a reputable source like Newsweek, shedding light on the National Institute of Health's involvement in funding the controversial Chinese biological lab in Wuhan. I am genuinely curious how sharing such news could possibly go against community standards. I understand that these actions are likely automated, which highlights an issue with platforms like Facebook. Relying on algorithms rather than human oversight means that the values and perspectives of the individuals creating these algorithms are being imposed on Facebook users. It's essential for transparency in these decisions, as acting in a dictatorial manner could alienate users and eventually lead to a platform's downfall, following the historical fate of dictators.

This morning, I encountered an error message while running a Facebook Ad. The message stated, 'Multiple, conflicting Instagram actor IDs were specified.' I recently set up a business Instagram page and linked it to the business FB page. I also faced another issue on Facebook. When trying to link the Instagram page, an error message appeared, 'You need to be the business page's Admin on Business Manager.' Despite being the Admin of the business manager account, it seems I need to personally own the business FB page, which I do not. This is challenging, especially for advertising through both platforms. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Veena :-) The business page I manage is: www.facebook.com/Citysave/

Dear Sirs, I have noticed that the sponsored adverts appearing on Facebook are often fraudulent scams. These ads take payments but fail to provide confirmation or order numbers. Items are sometimes shipped from China via China Post instead of using a proper worldwide shipping service. Additionally, some companies use false names and are impossible to reach. I am currently disputing three items with PayPal and two on my credit card statement as I haven't received any of the purchased items. It is concerning that Facebook seems to be supporting these fraudulent activities. I have attempted to report these issues on Facebook, but there doesn't seem to be a suitable way to do so. I urge you to verify these companies before allowing them to advertise on your platform as they are using Facebook's reputation to lure unsuspecting buyers. I am disappointed by falling victim to these scams and the struggle to reclaim my money. I sincerely hope that action will be taken to address this issue promptly. Best regards, J. Evans

Yesterday afternoon, when I attempted to access Facebook on my phone, I was surprised to find that my account had been disabled. Despite my minimal activity on the platform, my attempts to log in via laptop yielded the same result. I opted to appeal the disablement by requesting a review, but encountered difficulties during the security verification process. Despite multiple attempts to receive a code via text message, I never received one. I even tried using different devices and initiated a password reset via email, but the security checks persistently required a code sent to my phone number, which never arrived. This is perplexing as my phone receives other texts without issue.

On a sponsored website, I found beautiful dolls for children. The description clearly stated that the doll is made of silicone, has movable arms and legs, real hair, and comes with multiple outfit options. The doll was to be accompanied by accessories like clothes, a diaper, a pacifier, and a birth certificate. It said one doll was supposed to be 58 cm while the other was 47 cm. I chose two dolls and paid through PayPal. I paid 41 pounds for one doll and 28 pounds for the other. The third purchase was a handheld jigsaw for cutting tiles, wood, practically anything. I also paid through PayPal. The delivery time was supposed to be between 7 to 28 days. It has been over a month, and I have only received one doll. The one I got is a disaster! It is only 19 cm, with a face of a monster, made of rubber, with frayed joints, unpolished, a dreadful face, hands stuck to the belly, legs glued together. No clothes, certificate, or accessories. A nightmare. My granddaughter burst into tears upon seeing it. I have pictures showing what I ordered and what I received. I never got the second doll or the jigsaw. The dolls were from the companies ORDER and PICASSO. I contacted these companies with my complaint, but they rudely mocked me, saying kids can play with such a doll...? They claim it's not their fault I don't like the doll and offered a measly refund of 1 pound and 50 pence as compensation. When I demanded a full refund for breach of contract, they blocked me and stopped responding. Facebook still advertises these sponsored purchases, and surely thousands of people must have been scammed like me. PayPal didn't even bother to reply. These companies cannot be allowed to continue promoting their scams! How can I get my money back? I live on a pension and spent around [redacted] pounds in total. My granddaughter's birthday is in a few days. How can I send you pictures of the advertised dolls and the one I received? Regards, Barbara Kołata Wiśniewska

While browsing a sponsored page on Facebook, I found an ad for ORDER and PICASSO dolls made of silicone with movable arms and legs, real hair, birth certificate, clothes, accessories, pacifier, diaper, and outfits. The dolls looked so lifelike, one was supposed to be 58 cm and the other 47 cm from about 15 beautiful options. I ordered two and paid through PayPal, £26 and £42. The waiting time was 7 to 28 days. The deadline has passed, but I only received one doll, which is terrible! It's nothing like the ad - 19 cm, made of thick rubber with frayed joints, poorly cut, with a nightmarish face, no clothes, no certificate, legs fused, arms glued to the stomach, no hair. I have photos but don't know where to send them. When I asked for a refund, ORDER laughed it off, apologized that I didn't like the doll, said it's possible to play with it. They offered £1.50 back, ignoring my request for a full refund. I didn't receive the other PICASSO doll or the tile cutter I ordered, also paid through PayPal. These companies are still advertising on Facebook, probably misleading many. I'm devastated; my granddaughter's birthday is in a few days. I have no money or gift. Please block these companies and help me get my money back. This accounts for a third of my income, and I wanted to surprise the child.

Hello, I am reaching out because my Facebook account was unexpectedly terminated by Facebook yesterday, August 14th. Upon attempting to log in, I was met with a message indicating that my account was disabled for not adhering to community standards. I was taken aback by this abrupt action as there was no prior warning. I am particularly concerned as I have important photos spanning from [redacted] to [redacted] stored in photo albums exclusively on my Facebook account without any backups elsewhere. It is crucial for me to have my account reinstated and receive clarification on the reasons behind its termination. Furthermore, I am an active member of several support groups on Facebook and I wish to continue participating in them. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Heini S.

To Facebook representatives, I am writing to report that my Facebook account, associated with the email "[redacted]," has been accessed by someone who changed the login email to "[redacted]" without my authorization. Facebook notified me about this change, but when I tried to report it through the link provided, I was unable to verify my identity. The individual also changed the password on my account, preventing me from accessing it. When attempting to reset the password, I was informed that the code would be sent to the new email address, which I do not recognize. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and regaining access to my Facebook account with the correct email address. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Le Quang Dai

Dear Facebook Support Team, I am writing to address an issue with my business account named "Fashion Store Nepal" on Facebook. Recently, my profile under the same name was blocked due to an accidental change in the birth date to [redacted]. This has resulted in restricted access to both my profile and the associated business page, affecting my business transactions. Although I have the login credentials for the disabled account, I am unable to verify the account due to the birth date change. Facebook requested official business documents for verification, but I only possess personal identification documents. I urgently need to regain access to my account and the linked page to continue my business operations. Kindly advise on how I can resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Dikxa Karki Fashion Store Nepal

Hello! I manage the @hotmusictop page. I understand I breached Instagram rules unintentionally, and I sincerely apologize for that. My page has created a wonderful community where my subscribers feel like family. They bring creativity and harmony to my platform, and losing touch with them would be heartbreaking. I am requesting your assistance in reinstating my account so I can continue connecting with my valued subscribers. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, Konstantin Krichevsky.

Hello, I appreciate any help you can offer with my Facebook account. I need assistance in restoring it due to an error that might have led to its suspension. Here's what happened: Even before Covid-19, I had considered taking a break from Facebook. My account was overwhelmed with various ads, unknown friend requests, and other bothersome content. I decided to take a few months off to have some data removed automatically and return with a fresh start. I did this at the start of the pandemic. In early July, after a few months, I wanted to return. During my absence, I had changed my phone number and planned to use my new number to rejoin as a new user. I used my Apple email instead of my Yahoo email. I created a new account but missed a verification step, leading to my account being put on hold for review. Due to Covid-19, verification was delayed. I promptly submitted a copy of my driver's license for verification via text. After a week of waiting, I received no response. I attempted to log in multiple times without success, creating another account with "REAL" before my name, which also failed. In my desperation to access my account, I unknowingly might have violated their community standards. After weeks of trying, I received a notification last week that my account had been permanently suspended, a decision that cannot be reversed. It deeply disappointed me. Although I'm active on Instagram, a platform owned by Facebook, I wonder why verification cannot be done via Instagram. I regret any mistakes made that led to the breakdown of trust between Facebook and me.

I recently received a notification that one of my posts was removed for violating community standards due to misinformation. This post highlighted the voices of over [redacted] doctors and professionals who were sharing crucial information. The removal of this content is concerning, and I am seeking the individual and company responsible. It is crucial to rectify this issue promptly to ensure vital information is not suppressed. Denying proper recourse and due process in this matter is unjust. The post highlighted the opinions of numerous professionals regarding COVID-19, emphasizing the need for awareness and critical thinking. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. -Rick J.

I was informed that I received a grant from Facebook. However, I had to pay for certain fees to access the grants. Each time I paid, more fees were requested. They disabled my Facebook account, claiming it was legal and that Facebook was aware of the situation. I requested the terms and conditions seven months ago and have not received them yet. I lost $13,[redacted] paying for the grant. If they can use Facebook as a platform and have the power to deactivate my account, then Facebook should be accountable as they used the company's name. I am disabled, and this fraudulent situation is significantly impacting my health and life. I am willing to share this experience on news outlets across the 50 states to ensure that Facebook is aware of the situation.

Good evening, I need your assistance as I am facing a problem. I had a Facebook account that I deleted some time ago. However, the issue is with Messenger, which seems to still be linked to my old phone number. I changed my phone number, but the problem persists. I have updated all my information, and I just want the account under my name and old phone number deleted. Please, delete the Messenger account linked to the number: [redacted]32. My name is Omar Katramiz. I will send you a private message for further communication. Thank you for your help.
