As a politician in Bangladesh, I have been an active Facebook user since [redacted] with a large following. Despite following the rules for verification, I am disappointed by the delay in getting the blue verification mark on my account. Many of my colleagues with fewer followers have been verified, which is disheartening. I feel embarrassed and frustrated that my account remains unverified. Please verify my account or page to alleviate this issue. If this cannot be resolved, I may consider discontinuing my use of Facebook and deleting my account.

My advertising account was previously disabled, so I can't use my business manager since I only had one ad account set up then. After starting to use ads, my account was disabled because I wasn't familiar with the appeal process and used up both attempts without providing the necessary information. Although I've set up a new business manager and have ads running, I'm unable to access the live chat feature with Facebook Support to discuss reactivating my disabled ad account. I've prepared an appeal letter with the required information to potentially reverse the deactivation. However, with the [redacted]-day appeal deadline approaching, I'm running out of options to reach out to Facebook. I'm seeking advice on how to proceed or if there's another way to contact them that I'm not aware of. Thank you.

I was on the timeline and Messenger, just browsing when I clicked on someone's stream. Suddenly, my Facebook account closed, reopened, and showed as disabled. Every time I try to log in to fix this, it prompts me for my phone number for verification. However, when I tried, I received an email saying the phone number isn't associated with my account, which is incorrect as I haven't changed it. I suspect either my account was hacked or Facebook mistakenly banned me. My friends also can't find me on Messenger or feeds. I'd appreciate if someone could investigate this matter. Thank you.

Good morning, my Facebook account has been compromised, along with my Cash App and bank account. The Facebook username of the hacker is Coolazzbarbir Smith, but her real name is Ebony Smith. She keeps changing my password, preventing me from accessing my account and the code generator. I have been struggling with this issue since July 23. I have tried submitting my identification card and changing my password, but I cannot access the code generator because she has linked her email to my Facebook account. I am feeling very frustrated by this situation and would appreciate any help in regaining access to my account, as she is also involved in scams using Cash App on Facebook.

I've noticed that there are some double standards when it comes to the content that gets blocked on this platform. Recently, I made a comment using the term "white trash" and found myself blocked for three days. Yet, I've seen much more extreme and hateful content directed at President Trump without any consequences for the users posting such content. For instance, someone wished for the President and Vice President to contract COVID-19 and perish, but they were not blocked. This has left me feeling unfairly treated. It seems like there is a bias in enforcing community standards, especially when it involves different political views. I urge this platform to review its policies and ensure that all users are treated equally regardless of their political affiliations. Regards, Ed R.

Dear Facebook Team, I am a genuine user of this account on behalf of my friend Babai Halder. His Facebook account was recently disabled for violating community standards. We have provided all the necessary identity verification documents to reinstate his account. Babai Halder is a politician affiliated with BJP in West Bengal, India, and his political career relies heavily on his Facebook presence. We kindly request the Facebook Team to reconsider and reactivate Babai Halder's account promptly. He understands the importance of following all Facebook community guidelines and rules going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On the 27th, I unfortunately fell victim to a scam where someone gained access to my old Facebook account and changed all the login details. The account was renamed to Tammy Lynn Washburn, but my original name on the account was Sherri Schultz Dennett. I have since created a new account under the name Sherri Dennett. The email associated with the old account was [redacted], but I no longer have access to it. The phone number linked to the original account was [redacted], which is now being used for my new account. Despite several reports from friends, Facebook has stated there are no issues with the account. I would like to either shut down the compromised account or regain access to it. Thank you for your assistance.

Good Evening, For the past 3 days, my son's Facebook has been online without any issues. Suddenly today, I received a message stating that his page was disabled without any explanation. I'm unsure why this happened as he only posted a few pictures and videos. When prompted to enter a code sent to my email, I never received it after multiple attempts. He is on the spectrum and enjoys cooking, so posting videos helps him. His account is managed by me, his mother. Can someone please contact me to clarify the situation? Up until half an hour ago, there were no issues with his account until I tried to refresh the page for him to see his likes and comments. Thank you.

I attempted to post an ad for my car on FB marketplace, but was alarmed to receive a message stating I cannot buy or sell items on FB due to not following Community Standards. My access has been suspended and I am unable to appeal the decision or request a review through the provided options on the platform. I am stuck in a loop with no assistance available. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

Dear Facebook Representative, I noticed that the group I used to be part of was archived by the admin four days ago. Now there is a generic drawing at the top of the page representing the Facebook community, featuring mainly Caucasian faces and badly colored darker shades supposedly attempting to show diversity. As a member concerned about inclusivity, it's disappointing to see the lack of representation for Black, Indigenous, and Asian individuals. Given the current global focus on social justice and diversity, I encourage the Artistic Department to be more thoughtful in reflecting the diverse community on Facebook. Your consideration for ethnic diversity in these representations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, - C.V.

I accidentally damaged my iPhone, and since then, I've struggled to transfer data to my new phone. I couldn't log back into my Facebook account, so I gave up and created a new one. Unfortunately, Facebook deactivated my new account shortly after. I'm 70 years old and find it challenging to resolve tech issues. I've tried using different emails and passwords, but it's complicated due to my account being hacked around 8 months ago. I had managed to fix it but then broke my phone. I have many friends on Facebook, and not being able to access that information is frustrating. I believe Facebook disabled my account due to my repeated unsuccessful login attempts. I can see my cover photo when I try to log in, but I can't access my account. I'm confident I haven't violated any community standards. I suspect my unsuccessful login attempts may have triggered this issue. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you, Bob.

((1)) I had an original Facebook account named shufflehelen @........ that was repeatedly hacked, leading to daily password reset attempts. ((2)) In response to the hacking, I created a new account, [redacted], with the same name but a different email address. ((3)) I used the second account for two months without knowing that having two personal accounts with the same name was not allowed, resulting in Facebook disabling ishkish77 while I was playing a game on House of Fun. ((4)) After seeking help from a tech person at JustAnswer, I deleted the old account [redacted] and added a new Google email account, [redacted] Unfortunately, the new account setup never completes, and Facebook sends a message stating they may not be able to review the account, leaving me without a valid Facebook account and unsure of how to resolve the issue.

Hello, I am Dan Berberette. I rarely use Facebook, but when I tried today, my account was disabled without explanation. I need to clarify the situation. Our son, a [redacted]% disabled veteran suffering from head trauma and PTSD, has been negatively impacted by his ex-wife, Sara Berberette, who has been active on Facebook. She has been posting regularly, defaming and possibly selling my son's belongings. Yesterday, she even advertised an item gifted to him by a disabled Vietnam veteran, deeply upsetting him. We kindly request that her account be closed as this has severely affected our son's well-being. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Dan Berberette

Last night while trying to connect my new business page on Facebook with my Instagram, I was unexpectedly asked to secure my account and change my password. After complying with the request and changing my password, I received a notification that my account had been disabled or deactivated to protect community standards/security. The option to send a photo of my ID for review was provided, so I submitted my driver's license to verify my identity. I've maintained my personal Facebook account, linked to my business page for many years without violating any rules. I can definitively prove that I am the rightful owner of the profile. Why am I left waiting for a response without a specified timeframe? As a sponsored sports athlete, access to my Facebook account is crucial for engaging with my followers and peers. Any assistance in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Matthew S.

I lost access to my Facebook account over a year ago. I've been trying to recover it since then. Initially, I had the password, but after numerous login attempts, I forgot it and suspect it has been changed. I've exhausted all recovery options. I am still logged into the associated Instagram account, but unable to access the Facebook account that had 2-step verification. The phone number is not visible, only an inaccessible email. I want the account disabled for ID verification, but Facebook rejects my ID submissions since the account is not disabled. I have my ID and birth certificate ready for verification. Despite trying to contact trusted contacts, they are unreachable, and friend picture verification is not available. Any assistance in gaining access or disabling the account for verification would be appreciated as Facebook has been unresponsive.

Good evening, I would like to know why my Facebook page was disabled. I find it disrespectful that my Fan Page was disabled due to a post promoting one of my products or services. It was supposed to be inactive until July 31st, and today is already August 2nd without any reactivation. This situation is impacting me as a business owner, as I solely aim to generate income and assist others during these challenging times of the pandemic. I demand a prompt response as it has been 10 days of inconvenience caused. As a long-time active user, I request that my rights of expression are respected and my Fan Page "Fatimadistribuciones" is reactivated to avoid further harm to me and my business. Sincerely, Management of Fatima Distribuciones

I made a post that was deemed inappropriate by Facebook moderators, resulting in a 30-day ban for violating community standards. My comment was a mere insult and did not contain any threats. I find it unfair that my ban was enforced when there are much more severe posts on the platform advocating violence against the President without consequences. I believe there is a double standard in the way Facebook applies its rules.

My husband's music business page, Aly-us, dedicated to musicians and artists, was hacked last week. I have been tirelessly reporting the issue to Facebook as an advertising account named Advert account has taken ownership of the page. Despite my efforts, the unauthorized user continues to control the page. On the page, my husband features music with legends like Dougie Fresh, DJ Red Alert, and Slick Rick. It's disheartening to see someone else using our hard work and brand without permission. Additionally, an Asian woman is now live on the page without authorization. My followers have been reaching out to Facebook for help, but so far, no resolution has been provided. I urgently seek assistance in reclaiming control of our page.

I enjoy playing Coinmaster along with my wife. We usually log in through Facebook to play the game. However, recently we noticed that my wife's game started showing my friends list even though she only has 3 friends. This has caused us to become disconnected in the game, and we are unable to find each other. Despite deleting and reinstalling the game several times, the issue persists. We suspect it's a problem with Facebook since game support hasn't been able to identify any issues on their end. You can reach me at [redacted], and my wife at [redacted]

I am a genuine user of my Facebook account, and I am puzzled by its sudden disabling. Facebook accused me of violating community standards, which goes against my honest nature. Upon trying to restore my account, I was asked to confirm my identity. Despite submitting my details, including my birth certificate with a photo, my efforts were in vain. I reached out to [redacted], hoping for assistance, but to no avail. My account holds crucial business documents and keeps me connected with loved ones. Being unable to access it is distressing. I urgently require your help in recovering my account.
