We received a restriction notice from Facebook on July 12, [redacted], stating that we were restricted for sharing false news rated 'False' by Boom BD. We promptly contacted the organization, and they removed the false news alert and restriction. Despite this, we are still facing restrictions on Facebook, resulting in very low organic reach and the inability to boost our page. We want to clarify that spreading false news was not our intention; it was due to a miscommunication with our Italy Correspondent. We have since revised the news and the correspondent is being disciplined as per our HR policy. We adhere to strict fact-checking rules and are committed to accuracy moving forward. We kindly request the removal of the restriction as we have updated the news with correct information without deleting it. Please find our restriction Link: [redacted] Our News Link: [redacted] Our Facebook page link: [redacted] Daily Ittefaq is a reputable National Newspaper in Bangladesh, founded in [redacted], with a rich history in the country's independence movement. I am disappointed that Facebook deactivated my husband's account for 30 days due to a comment. The post was about "The Devil's Rejects" and he commented "all women are crazy." Despite disputing the ban, Facebook upheld it. I am surprised by their decision and expect his account to be reinstated within 24 hours. I have limited my Facebook use due to the content guidelines, but this action is unacceptable. I believe Facebook should maintain higher standards. I will check his account in 24 hours and anticipate it being active. I won't request this again without my lawyer, S. Morris, present.

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my two Facebook business accounts. I usually log in using the same email and password, which takes me to a page where I can choose between the accounts but recently, after logging in, I can't access either account as the page just stays stuck. This problem started about three weeks ago and initially, only affected Google Chrome, but has since extended to Safari as well. I attempted to resolve the issue by downloading Firefox, but it persists. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods suggested by Facebook and other online sources, I have had no success in resolving the issue. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this ongoing login problem.

I deactivated my Facebook account while in Brazil back in 2[redacted]. Now, I am having trouble reactivating it due to forgetting my password and changing my phone number. The SMS recovery option is not viable for me. The other option requires codes from friends, but the listed contacts no longer have Facebook accounts. I provided them with instructions from Facebook support to retrieve the codes to no avail. I am willing to provide any necessary personal information from my old profile for security verification. I am keen on recovering my old account rather than creating a new one. How can I proceed with account recovery?

Hello Facebook team, I would like to bring to your attention that my Facebook account was disabled by your community approximately 2 months ago. My account is associated with the online game "PUBG," and unfortunately, someone managed to hack into it. I invested a significant amount of money in the game and despite my efforts to recover the account by changing passwords and providing identification, Facebook disabled it permanently. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my old account as it holds sentimental value and I have invested a lot in it. Additionally, the hacker is using my account to deceive others in the game. Please consider restoring my account as I assure you that I will take necessary measures to prevent any future security breaches. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, A. Ansari

I recently fell victim to a scam on Facebook. Someone posing as a family member told me about a scheme to make easy money. Despite feeling suspicious, I trusted them because of our relationship. Following this, my Facebook account went offline for about a week with a COVID-19 message, instructing me to verify my identity by submitting my driver's license. Believing it to be a legitimate request due to the official appearance, I complied. As soon as I realized it was a scam, my account displayed partially on my phone, raising red flags. The imposter now possesses my driver's license information, and I am deeply concerned about the security breach. I have reported this incident to the police, as many others on my friends list may also be at risk. This situation needs urgent attention to prevent further deception on Facebook.

Hello, our family has experienced harassment on Facebook twice from an individual named "Van Chanel." On 07/22/[redacted], she shared our family photos including our 7 and 9-year-old kids in a group called "Chợ Trời Online Bay Area." After reaching out to the group admin, the post was removed. On July 25, [redacted], she posted in a group named "Hội Khẩu Nghiệp - ...." where she is an admin and blocked us from accessing it. Fortunately, our friends were able to provide us with the details. We have been attempting to report Van Chanel for invading our privacy but faced obstacles since she blocked us, and the report process required a content link. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Tuong Tieu.

My Facebook account seems to have been compromised. I received an email confirming a password change, then when I tried to reclaim the account, it was disabled. Despite reaching out through the help center, support inbox, and verification forms, I have received no communication or resolution from Facebook in the past 9 months. This is concerning as my account contained important information like credit card details and a page for my small business.

Yesterday, FB requested my phone number, promising to send a code via text to reset my account, but I did not receive the code. After being told to wait 24 hours to provide my number for the code, I tried again today and faced the same issue. I am locked out of my account and unable to access FB Help. This situation is new to me, and I am frustrated that FB does not offer customer service contact options like phone numbers or email addresses. Accessing the Help page seems impossible without account access. Can anyone provide assistance with this problem?

I need assistance with my Facebook account that seems to have been compromised. I am unable to access it as the password has been changed, and two business pages under my administration have been removed with unauthorized transactions totaling 23 EUR. The hacked account's username is [redacted] Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] I am willing to provide my personal identification number (ID card NO: [redacted]1) to confirm my ownership of the account. My fear is losing access to the business page I manage. Currently, I cannot locate my profile through Facebook search and suspect that your team may have taken action to secure it.

My account was suddenly disabled without any prior notice. I'm unsure about the reason as I read through the platform's policies and found nothing that would warrant this action. I maintain a profile with my real name and share content related to lost and found pets, which complies with their regulations. This has affected not only my personal account but also my company's Facebook page and my daughter's profile. Upon receiving a notice to submit photo ID, I promptly uploaded a copy of my driver's license more than two weeks ago. Despite this, I remain locked out with no indication of when my account will be reinstated. I have been a user for over a decade and use Facebook for authentication across multiple applications on my phone. This lockout has deprived me of accessing my apps and games, including Farmville. Additionally, there are three unread support messages in my inbox, but they are inaccessible due to my suspended account.

My Facebook account, which featured a picture of a hound Puppy Dog and a little girl with the caption "I will love you forever," stopped working after my computer malfunctioned. I have been unable to access the account due to an incorrect email ([redacted]) and phone number. The correct email associated with the account is [redacted], and my current phone number is [redacted]. I am stuck in a loop trying to reset my account and would like assistance to regain access to my original account. I created a new account out of necessity but would prefer to use my old one instead. It's frustrating that I can't access my original account with my home email even though it claims it's invalid, while the new account creation process says the home email is already in use.

My account has been hacked for months, and despite sending in my ID photo 20 times, no one has assisted me. After a factory reset on my phone, Google Authenticator isn't providing the correct codes, and Facebook isn't sending SMS messages. I've had over 20 Facebook accounts stolen by hackers, and I urgently need help removing the two-factor authentication to regain access. Facebook is vital for me to stay connected with family, especially after losing my baby sister recently. Please, assist me in turning off two-factor authentication temporarily to access my account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was compromised, and a Business account was set up using my profile without my knowledge. The hacker added themselves using a second account, removed me as a Moderator, and misused what appears to be a fake credit card to run an ad on a Page I have no connection to. I discovered this unauthorized activity, logged in, removed the ad, and disassociated myself from the Business account. I am concerned that this incident could lead to my account being permanently banned, which seems unjust as I was not the one using it at the time. My account holds valuable memories that I do not want to lose. I urge Facebook to investigate this matter to avoid any further charges and safeguard my account.

When I created my original account in middle or high school, I used a different email and Facebook name. Recently, my grandmother passed away, and there are some pictures I want to retrieve from that original account. I am still friends with some people who have the pictures, but we can't share them. I don't have access to my old email or phone number passcodes from that time. I simply want to get the pictures from that account due to the passing of my grandmother and a family member discarding some pictures. I am willing to provide my ID to prove my identity. My current Facebook account is under [redacted], and my new account is under amyllewis109.com. I use the username amyllewis109.com. My current contact information is at amyllewis1986.com, and my number is [redacted]. Kindly reach out so I can retrieve the photos or advise me on how to copy them without accessing the old accounts.

My Facebook account got hacked, and despite changing the password multiple times, I now face a two-factor authentication obstacle. Facebook is prompting me for a code, but I don't use the app due to past troubles. The platform is now requesting my ID to confirm my identity, but I use a nickname on Facebook, not my legal name. I'm hesitant to provide my ID after watching "The Great Hack." The lack of customer service via phone makes this situation frustrating. At this point, I'm considering deleting my account to prevent further problems. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I have an artist account named Offani.k linked to my personal account, Anica Karu. Facebook notified me of a violation of their sound terms, threatening to unpublish our page and provided a link to appeal. After lodging the appeal, I received an email confirming Facebook received it and would respond. I mistakenly assumed it related to an old rule about covers on Facebook, so I removed two covers, not realizing the violation. I've observed others post covers and thought the rule had changed. Now, my professional page is no longer visible, replaced by something else, potentially indicating deletion. I vaguely recall a notification about page deletion. I am uncertain if my Offani.k page is intact, concerned about hacking. Nevertheless, I've changed the passwords as a precaution. Could you please confirm the status of my page and verify if it's accessible or compromised?

I deployed to Europe about 6 months ago and I'm still here. Prior to leaving, I canceled my phone plan. Now, when trying to log into Facebook, I can't seem to remember my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, I'm still locked out. The issue is that the only way to reset the password is through my phone number, which I no longer have access to due to the canceled plan. I don't want to lose access to my account with all the memories and connections it holds, but it seems like I may have to start over if I can't reset it via email. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear GetHuman, I recently had my personal account disabled by Facebook. I was using it without any issues during the day, but I received a notification after 8 PM stating that my account had been disabled. Despite thoroughly reviewing Facebook's community standards, I am confident that I did not violate any rules. However, I understand that mistakes can happen, and I humbly request Facebook to investigate the matter. I am reaching out via email because when I try to request a review on the Facebook website, I am prompted with a security check that requires a phone number I used during an exchange program in America in [redacted]-17. Unfortunately, this phone number ([redacted]) is no longer active since I am now back in Pakistan and have no means to retrieve the SMS code Facebook sends to that number. I am unable to bypass this security check as there is no alternative option available. I kindly ask Facebook to provide an alternative method for the security check so that my account can be reenabled. As an exchange student who has built valuable connections and operates a motivational page under my name, Muhammad Usman Rasheed, I value the relationships I have fostered on this platform and wish to continue using it. I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify my identity and rectify the situation. Attached, you will find my ID and a screenshot of the security check for your reference. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Sincerely, Muhammad Usman Rasheed
