Hello, my Facebook account was either hacked or disabled without any reason. I did nothing wrong and received no warnings or explanations. Suddenly, I was unable to login. I attempted to create a new account with different details, but it was unsuccessful. I even submitted my ID for appeal, but encountered issues. It feels unsettling and unfair as I have not violated any rules. I found an old profile on my browser that I can't connect to the app. I believe my rights have been violated, possibly due to my content against corruption and pedophilia. I am willing to comply with any rules I may have unknowingly broken to regain my access. Today was my deceased brother's memorial; not having access to Facebook is distressing. Hello, my name is Jessica John, also known as "prettie jj." I have been using my Facebook profile and page for many years, but I recently lost access to my account, which I suspect has been hacked. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to log in as the hacker must have changed the email associated with my account. This occurred shortly after receiving a suspicious message from a scammer impersonating someone else and promising government funds related to COVID-19. The scammer, using the name Mark Johnson, convinced me to provide my Facebook password under false pretenses, leading to my current predicament. I tried creating a new profile, Jessica K John, but that account has also been blocked. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my original account.

My Facebook account was reported as fake, so Facebook requested my ID for verification. After submitting it, I'm currently awaiting their response. They mentioned that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays in reviewing accounts. It's been 5 days, and I'm still waiting for an update. Unfortunately, Facebook is not permitting me to download my information, including crucial work contacts and messages. This information is vital for my current job, and I'm concerned about the delay. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Dear Team, I recently fell victim to a phishing scam which led to the compromise of my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password as I no longer have access to my original email address, [redacted] I attempted to use the trusted contact method by providing three codes but did not receive the reset instructions at my new email address [redacted] I then tried to repeat the process with my alternate email [redacted] after changing my email address, but still did not receive the reset instructions despite being prompted to check my email. Dear Team, I mistakenly entered my password on a fake Facebook page and lost access to my account. I tried to reset my password, but since I no longer have access to my original email address ([redacted]), I couldn't recover it using the trusted contact method. Even after updating my email to [redacted], I never received the reset instructions. Hello Facebook Community, I manage the page Facebook.com/DMKband for the tribute band I started with my children. I set up this page 8 years ago. Recently, I was approached by someone posing as a Bored Panda representative offering an advertising deal. Regrettably, following their instructions in the business settings, I now realize this was a scam. Now, my page's administrator role has been taken over by someone named Malik Ahmad, leaving my daughter and me as mere "analysts." Having nurtured this page over the years and gained a substantial following, it's distressing to lose control of it. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Last week, my account was compromised, and all details were altered, such as my email and password. The hacker used [redacted] Although I managed to update my email and password, I'm now stuck needing a login code from the code generator to access my account. Despite my efforts, I haven't received the code via text or email. I'm currently locked out and frustrated with the unhelpful responses from the automated system. I urgently require the permission code for two-factor authentication to regain access. Kindly send the login code to [redacted] I rely on this account for my business and can't afford this disruption. The automated emails I receive do not resolve my issue. Last week, my account was hacked, and all the information was changed, including my email and password. The hacker used [redacted] I was able to set up a new email and password, but now I am stuck because it requires a login code from the generator. I haven't received this code, and I am locked out. I need the two-factor authentication code to access my account. Please send the login code to [redacted] I really need to get back into my account, especially since my business account is linked to it. The automated emails I received did not resolve the issue. I recently made a purchase from Chicinfos after seeing their advertisement on Facebook. Unfortunately, the two ladies' shirts I received were not as pictured on their website. When I contacted their customer service to return the items, they refused and insisted that I pay for expensive shipping to China. They have multiple business names like ElegantMod, Modacici, FavComfy, ChiliCloth, Popstevie, and CurveLady.Official, which raises concerns about their credibility. Despite sharing photos to support my case, they continue to deny any wrongdoing. I have noticed similar complaints on Facebook and urge others to be cautious. While my credit card company is assisting with a refund, I believe these deceptive practices should not go unpunished. I am open to sharing the images to raise awareness. My friends are being relentlessly harassed by an individual we'll call Person A. My friend, Person B, has blocked Person A on Facebook, but Person A persists in creating new accounts to continue the harassment. This ongoing stalking is distressing for Person B. Additionally, Person B has also resorted to creating new accounts, but Person A manages to find them. I am puzzled by how Person A keeps locating Person B despite our efforts to secure their account and friends list. I have made sure Person B's friends have strict privacy settings, yet Person A persists. I am considering if Facebook could block accounts associated with Person A's IP address from friending Person B if provided with the fake accounts created by Person A. Attempts to reason with Person A have been futile, and their relentless behavior continues. Simply blocking their accounts does not deter them when they continue to create new ones. I am at a loss and seek assistance in resolving this situation.

Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, I faced delays in resolving the issue as my Facebook verification code was on my secondary phone number, +[redacted]34, which got blocked as the SIM was not biometric. After completing the biometric process for the SIM, I was then faced with Eid-Ul-Fitar holidays declared by the government of Pakistan, causing further delays. I am deeply sorry for this situation. I possess my National ID card, associated Gmail account, and can provide contact information for three friends linked to my account for verification. I am facing another issue with my Facebook account. Recently, my account got hacked a second time, and this time the hacker changed the linked email address. Despite sending in my ID to prove ownership, I still cannot access my account. It's frustrating that Facebook allowed the email change without proper verification. Additionally, I received an email stating the issue was resolved, but I am still locked out and the password has been changed. Unfortunately, I cannot reset it as I no longer have access to the current email. Facebook's response blaming me for not accessing the email linked to my account is unfair since it's not my email. The lack of direct customer support from Facebook adds to the frustration of resolving this issue promptly.

I am frustrated with the customer service at Facebook. I sent $[redacted] to a friend, but she no longer has the card linked to her account. Facebook claims she received the money, but I know she didn't because the card is invalid. I've explained this multiple times, but they keep closing my case without helping. I just want the $[redacted] returned either to me or my friend. It's been received according to the receipt I have, but there's no way for her to access it. I hope they can sort this out soon as it's becoming a hassle.

Hello, I inadvertently unlinked my Facebook page "Mr. Chombox" from Instagram, but I discovered that the email address I used to create my Instagram account "mrchombox" was mistyped as [redacted], preventing me from receiving the password reset link. Without two-step verification via phone on Instagram, my only option to recover the "Mr. Chombox" account is through Facebook verification, but they are currently unlinked. I've lost admin rights to my page. I am the sole admin. I can post on Instagram, which shares to Facebook, but I can't log in from fb.me to access my page. Although I can still manage posts on Instagram and WhatsApp shops, I can only view my page as a spectator. Additionally, my page is no longer listed when I press the arrow on the top-right corner of my Facebook Home Page. I suspect this issue may have arisen because I recently changed my name on Facebook from [Ahmed El Nadi] to [Ahmad El Nadi]. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.
