I sent some money threw Facebook messager of $**.** dollars to my brother and it has the payment pending for processing and is saying it could take up to * days. I can’t do that. I used messager cause it is known for instant payments and this really defeats the purpose of sending the mone. It’s emergency funds for him cause he is stuck at a gas station needing gas to get a Home. I sent the money little after *:** pm and it’s been * and a half hours. I know you are wanting to be safe and make sure things are good for us but this isn’t the first Time we have sent money with each other. There isn’t a need to hold us up cause we have recent payments they all have been good. I need something done either process it so he isn’t waiting all night in a car. I’m trying to be understanding but really I’m not happy with this cause we never had a issue sending before and everything the same if you can’t process my money so that my brother isn’t suffering cancel it ASAP cause my funds been took out of paypal and it was all I had to my name I can’t even drive to him now cause the money is stuck. Please have some understanding that this hurting someone and taking the other ways of helping away cause I can’t take my funds back so process this for us or please cancel it so I can start using a new service cause I’m very dis pleased with this and never had a problem before the one time it is emergency and really hurting us this is the outcome. Please have a better customer service option cause it’s frustrating to reach out in a message that isn’t never replied and not be heard to have something fixed. I’m sorry but you guys have really put us in a hard spot if you guys don’t cancel the process or speed it up and send the money you gonna be making a preson sit in a car in the hot sun longer than he should have to when I had the money to solve it. If it’s *:**pm ** mins from now and I haven’t got a response or help with this I’m not longEr gonna trust to use your service and because it’s making someone suffer and holding my funds so I can’t even drive to give him the Money I’m gonnna make it my goal to share this experience and reach out to someone that is actually gonna speak on the phone. Imma raise **** till it gets someThing done bout this. You guys need improvement for faster processing and fast to communicate on the phone or by live chat with instant response. I feel with all the successful payments with me and and my brother this is just extra and dumb. I mean if there is something about sending money to the same preson and never having us call and complaining about fraud I don’t get it how can you see it as something needed to hold and view. Facebook is big and messager is the pay is amazing ideal but go back to drawing bored guys. Your way of making things safe and **** is actually the opposite instead of helping it’s hurting. Sorry to be saying so much but man someone is sitting in a hot card and can’t make it home. * hours already and no money to do anything with now. If you gonna hold my funds * day or * days your gonna lose my service and his and everyone that I telll this story to.
