log in ... ran a cleaner on my laptop and since then have been unable to get on to facebook as it isnt sending the *nd part of verification - a code - to my phone. can access messenger and a facebook game OK on my phone but not on my laptop so using all my data . away from home at moment so no access to my desktop. filled in forms describing problem but no answers from Thursday. Was OK prior to running cleaner on Thursday, PLEASE HELP!!
