I am seeking clarity on the status of my Facebook account due to receiving persistent messages. I initially joined to view updates from the Glenwood Antique Mall during the pandemic. However, I did not anticipate interacting with others on the platform. It has been challenging to reach customer support, and I have not received assistance despite previous attempts. I value my privacy, and being contacted by individuals on Facebook has made me uncomfortable. Seeing my birthday and year displayed prominently added to my concerns. Hello, my name is Salah AOUCHET. I am facing a significant issue as my FACEBOOK account has been BLOCKED for about a month. I am certain that I have not engaged in any behavior that would warrant the suspension of my account. I attempted to recover my account by submitting my IDENTITY CARD via email after using FB Messenger, but there was no response other than a message stating that review processes are delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Facebook blocked my account after a post and now I cannot dispute it. The post I made was harmless, yet a post I reported containing disturbing content was allowed to stay. I find it unfair and discriminatory. Additionally, I am unable to report a photo of myself that was shared without my consent. I urge Facebook to lift the ban on my account, apply consistent standards, and address pages hosting threatening content properly.

Schuyler H. found his son at Southpoint on the Big Island face down in the water. He tried to revive him until the paramedics arrived and took him to Hilo Hospital, Big Island, Hawaii. Last night, he was transferred to Honolulu. He's 4 1/2 years old. Someone on Facebook accused Schuyler of being a murderer, which is untrue. He's a great person. He and his wife are going through a divorce, and this false claim on Facebook is causing distress. Can this hateful post be removed? This is a serious matter.

My brother logged into his account and it's telling him that he violated community standards by having two accounts, resulting in deactivation. This is untrue. He has attempted to submit his social security card, birth certificate, and photo ID, but Facebook has already reviewed and denied his appeal. How is this possible? Can someone assist in restoring his account? He conducts his business through this profile and urgently needs access.

I am having trouble logging into my account. I can no longer access my emails from both Yahoo and Gmail. My name was changed from Oj Yormex Emmanuel to Andy Loon, but my Facebook name should be Oj Yormex Emmanuel with the nickname Yormex. I usually log in with [redacted] and Olajolo as my password, but now I can't access any of my accounts. I am currently using [redacted] to receive alerts since my email only works for Facebook, but I've been unable to log in for a while. I enabled two-step verification and verified my account details like name, location, and income tax information to promote my business organization page. While accessing my account on a different device, I would receive a notification on my main device for permission. Unfortunately, I accidentally logged out from my main device and cannot recall my password after not using it for a while. I am attempting to reset my Facebook password. After updating my email and phone number, I verified through three trusted friends, then it prompted me to set a new password. However, despite completing this step, I did not receive any further details via email or phone. I am extremely frustrated. Some time ago, I shared genuine newspaper articles about climate change on my Facebook page. Facebook removed the post stating it was "false information." This doesn't make sense, as I simply shared historical articles. Moving on to yesterday, I reported a user's posts for the first time as they were promoting hateful comments like "Die whitey!" and "Race Wars! Rise up people!". These clearly fall under hate speech, yet the review team seems to only look at the accompanying videos instead of the actual comments. I hope this is not the case, as I was informed that the posts do not violate Facebook's community standards. Unfortunately, there is no option to provide comments during a review, so I can't direct them to the offensive comments. I am baffled as to why Facebook does not classify these posts as hate speech. The user's profile is filled with similar posts, and I only reported three of them. Why are my informative newspaper articles labeled as false and removed, while racial diatribes are deemed acceptable by Facebook? It leaves me questioning if censorship (my articles) and racism (the reported posts) are now considered acceptable on the platform.

I recently received a message notifying me that my account was disabled due to a policy violation. I was unaware of any wrongdoing and as a senior residing in a sheltered environment without access to friends and family, Facebook is crucial for me. I apologize if I unintentionally breached any rules and assure you it won't happen again. I attempted to create a new FB account but struggled as I am not tech-savvy. Consequently, I now have two Messenger accounts causing me stress and affecting my well-being. Kindly reinstate my original account so I can consolidate my contacts and reconnect with my loved ones.

Hello, I recently attempted to change my account name on Facebook to my real name, but I was unsuccessful. I contacted Facebook for help, and they provided me with a link to change it to my real name, as they were requiring users to use their authentic identities when I was turning 18 years old. Even though the name I had been using was my nickname, it still represented me. It has been nearly three years since my account was disabled, and I have not received any responses. The message I see says, "Unfortunately, you won't be able to..." I also want to highlight that the email I use is linked to this account. I hope that Facebook will assist me in regaining access. I must mention that I appreciate the user interface of Gethuman, but I find it a bit challenging to navigate. I'm not sure if the issue lies with me or the platform itself. My Facebook account, originally under the name oladeji Samson opeyemi, was hacked a month ago and the name was altered to Raymond thetford. Despite successfully recovering it by submitting my ID card to Facebook, I have been unable to change the name back to mine due to Facebook's policy. I managed to update my email and phone number, but unfortunately, my account has been hacked again. I have been attempting to reclaim it using my email and phone number without success. Now, when I try to access it, it notifies me that my account is disabled. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I tend to send friendship requests to many people on Facebook, which may not align with the platform's guidelines. Moving forward, I will only send requests to people suggested in the Friends Suggested column. I used to be a member of various groups like Vibrant Thoughts, English Literature, Life Quotes, Best Life Quotes, and some other positive groups. If I found any group to be immoral or distasteful, I would unfollow it. My comments on posts were well-received by fellow users. I want to assure you that I will comply with all of Facebook's directions, notices, and messages. As an experienced user, I will do my best to meet Facebook's expectations. I am currently facing a 24-hour comment block on Facebook because of a post that I made. The content of my comment was not meant to spread hate; it was regarding an incident where a priest was attacked. I mentioned that while I don't support Catholic priests, the violence against the priest was unjustifiable. I also used the phrase "black lives don't matter," but it was not intended as a racial statement. My point was that the individuals responsible for the attack, regardless of their race, were in the wrong. I believe in the First Amendment and the right to express opinions. I did not target any specific racial group. I have noticed more severe content on Facebook that hasn't been restricted. Social media is a platform for sharing opinions. I feel unfairly censored and believe that my post did not warrant a 24-hour block. I am willing to be more cautious in my future comments. Kindly reconsider this action, as it infringes on my right to express opinions. It's worth noting that the email linked to my Facebook account differs from my primary email. I sent $40.00 via Facebook Messenger to my brother for emergency gas money. The payment is pending for up to 5 days, which defeats the purpose of using Messenger for instant payments. I need it processed quickly so he's not stuck at a gas station. We've exchanged money before without issue, so please either process the payment promptly or cancel it. I'm frustrated that this emergency fund is inaccessible and I can't even drive to help him. If this isn't resolved by 8:00 pm, I'll consider using a different service and sharing this negative experience. Improvements are needed for faster processing and better customer service communication. This delay is causing real hardship, and it's disappointing given our previous successful transactions. My Facebook account has been hacked by someone using the phone number [redacted], and they changed my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] I need assistance in removing the hacker from my page and reclaiming access to my account. My Facebook page (Esdah-Michael Moimoi-Tulifau) has been disabled, and I no longer have access to the phone number and email linked to the account. I have tried various methods, but Facebook keeps sending the code to my old number that I no longer have. This account is crucial to me as it's how I stay in touch with my parents and family worldwide. The account belongs to both my husband and me; Esdah Moimoi is me, and Michael Tulifau is my husband. My legal name is Edna Moimoi, but I go by Esdah with family and friends, who know me by this name. We share this account as we see no reason for separate ones. I accidentally factory reset my phone. I know my password and username for Facebook, but when I try to log in, it asks for a code sent to an old phone number I no longer have access to. I tried to confirm my identity by answering security questions and submitting everything on my email. I keep changing the password, but I can't receive the login code. I even called the old number for the code, but they hung up on me. Facebook says the browser or device is unfamiliar, but I have only used my phone and iPad to log in.
