There is a page online using my name and photo to share false and harmful information, including inappropriate content about children. I suspect it may be my ex-wife behind this. It's not just an angry post; it's a serious issue that could result in harm to my reputation and even my safety. I plan to involve the police, and I believe Facebook should take responsibility to protect me from this situation. This has become a legal matter that needs to be addressed promptly.

I am unable to recall my Facebook password and lacking access to the phone number or email associated for recovery. Creating a new account is not an option as my late husband is connected on this account. Despite having the old phone number and email, I cannot reset the password. My husband created a Facebook account in [redacted] but hasn't used it since. We are encountering difficulty accessing it as it requires a mobile number, which we don't have, just a landline. Additionally, his current email is [redacted], different from the original [redacted] I believe this discrepancy may be causing the issue. He initially made the account on his sister's laptop and we are now attempting to create a new one on my laptop. Given his health struggles with aggressive leukemia, I am reaching out for assistance. It's not crucial to retrieve the old account, but he simply wants to connect with friends on Facebook. We tried making a new account without success. My original Facebook account, which I've had since [redacted], was recently disabled without any explanation. Despite numerous attempts, including submitting identification and explaining my issues, I have been unable to regain access. After creating new accounts to communicate with Facebook, those were also disabled. I suspect that my friends are experiencing similar issues, which leads me to believe there may be targeting based on political affiliation. I have exhausted all avenues to resolve this, including contacting [redacted] and trying various text codes. It seems suspicious to me that as soon as I mentioned my concerns, my account was disabled again.

My name is Amanda Hernandez, and I share a Facebook account with my husband, Mark Anthony Hernandez. Unfortunately, he has been incarcerated since January [redacted]. A few years ago, his ex-girlfriend hacked our account and changed the password, preventing us from accessing it. She even used the account to post pictures of our children without our consent. With a parole hearing approaching, she is threatening to use the account activity against him, jeopardizing his parole chances. I am seeking assistance in either regaining access to the account or having it permanently removed. I can provide proof of his incarceration if necessary. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Facebook directly as I do not have my own account and cannot log in to the shared one.

My family and friends informed me that there was a message sent out on Messenger without my knowledge around June 16th, indicating a potential hack. I discovered that my Facebook account was locked due to suspicious activity. I have changed my password numerous times as instructed, but when progressing to verify my security by deleting chats or posts, I encountered an issue with verifying my payment method. It is confusing as Facebook recently deducted money from my checking account for a monthly donation. I am simply trying to regain access to my account and am concerned about my bank card information being linked to an inaccessible account.

Good day, I recently received an SMS notifying me that my card was charged three times: first RM 50.02, then RM [redacted], and finally RM 50. Upon waking up, to my shock, I discovered my card had been completely depleted. I promptly checked my ad account and realized someone had unauthorized access, using my page, account, and funds to run ads. The individual had set a daily ad budget of RM [redacted], redirecting traffic to a fashion website. After turning off the ads, I attempted to remove my payment details but couldn't due to an outstanding RM 50 balance. Despite my card being empty, the payment couldn't process. I changed my password and noted a suspicious login from CA, USA. As a small catering business in Malaysia, I urgently need the funds refunded. I trust your team will address this situation promptly. I am facing an issue with an old email address linked to my account which has an outdated password. Despite numerous attempts to update it and align the account with my current email for verification, I keep receiving an error message stating the code is incorrect. Even after trying to recover the account and receiving a verification code, I am unable to proceed as the system indicates too many login attempts. I have tried accessing the account from both my phone and computer to verify, but nothing seems to work. I am seeking advice on how to deactivate this account as it has become inaccessible. I recently set up a new Facebook Business Manager account to manage my existing account. However, when I tried to add the page, it kept showing "requesting access". Strangely, my Instagram account, linked to the Facebook page, was automatically included in the Business Manager. Despite having the Facebook and Instagram pages linked before creating the Business Manager account, I encountered issues accessing the Facebook page. I attempted to cancel the access request but was unable to do so. Research suggested that I needed to convert my Instagram account to personal to cancel the request. Upon conversion, my Instagram was removed from the Business Manager. Now, when I tried to reconnect the page on Instagram, it denies access, stating that the page is already claimed by a business. This is puzzling as I never claimed the page before and had successfully linked it previously. It seems this issue arose only after registering the business account.

I use my Facebook account mainly for playing Caesar's Slots rather than keeping up with friends. Recently, I found myself logged out and forgotten my password when I attempted to access Caesar's Slots. Following the steps to reset it, I was supposed to receive a 6-digit code via email, but I didn't get the message. I tried multiple times but encountered the same issue. Additionally, I noticed a lack of email notifications for my friends' Facebook communications, which is unusual as I typically receive them. I checked the spam folder for any missing emails but found nothing there either.

I use my Facebook account mainly for playing Caesar's slots and not for socializing with friends. However, I noticed that I have been receiving my friends' Facebook messages in my email, even though I did not intend to. Today, when I tried to access Caesar's Slots, I was prompted to log in but I had forgotten my password. After attempting to reset my password and not receiving the code, I tried multiple times with no success. This morning, I also realized that I haven't seen any of my friends' Facebook messages in my email for a few days, which is unusual. I checked my spam folder but the expected messages were not there either. It seems like there might be an issue between Facebook and earthlink.net that needs to be resolved.

I recently received a notification about a charge on my account. I am reaching out to request assistance in investigating this issue. I have been in contact with other individuals who have advertised on MarketPlace, and they have noted that there should not be any fees associated with the process. I completed the necessary steps to have my condo listed for sale, but when I reviewed the ad, it appeared as if the property had already been sold. This confusion led me to remove the advertisement altogether. Given that I did not publish the ad or receive any benefits from it, I am puzzled by the charge. I believe the entire transaction should be voided without any charges being applied. I kindly ask for your support in rectifying this situation on my account. Thank you.

My Facebook account with the username fazeryamaha153cc was unexpectedly deleted, allegedly for community guideline violations that I dispute. I believe this action was unjust and has caused me to lose important contacts. I urge Facebook to reconsider and provide me with a clearer explanation for the removal. I am encountering a problem with resetting my Facebook password. I tried the "find my account" feature, but when I attempt to access my profile linked to my email and phone number, I do not see the option to receive a password reset link. When I click "This is my account," the only clickable links that appear are "Enter password to log in" and "I cannot access my email," which does not provide a solution. I have been experiencing this issue for months now. I believe I might have missed a verification code previously, leading it to end up in my spam folder and subsequently getting deleted, leaving me unable to take any action.

I was prompted to answer questions related to Community Standards when my account was disabled. I was asked to identify friends in photos, delete posts related to terrorism, and provide a phone number for an OTP. Despite complying with the requests, I received a message stating my account was banned for breaching community standards. I did not post the content that led to the ban, and I believe someone may have manipulated my account. Please assist me in reactivating my Facebook and Instagram accounts. When my ex-boyfriend and I started dating, he didn't have a cell phone and would use mine to listen to music. Eventually, he used it to create a new Facebook account. Now that we are no longer together, I am struggling to remove his accounts from mine. Even though I try using my phone number or email on a different device, his accounts keep showing up.
