I am unable to access my Facebook account despite trying everything. I am considering creating a new account, but I need to delete the old one first. Unfortunately, I can't log in to delete it. Google saved my login information but keeps saying it's invalid. When trying to reset my password, I can't access the associated email ([redacted]) for the verification code. I also tried using my phone number ending in [redacted], but it's still not working. After following the prompts, I received a message indicating no email access and that I may not be able to recover my account. I really want to regain access to my account. I have been patiently waiting for Facebook to reopen my account for about two months now. My name is Γιωργος Γεω, and my last name is Γεωργακοπουλος. I used "Γεω" as a part of my name, and due to this, my account got suspended. I was asked to send identification to have it reinstated, but it has been a prolonged process. As a student, I rely on my contacts on the platform. Previously, a similar situation occurred years ago, and after verifying my ID, I was allowed to use my name with "Γεω" without any issues. I don't understand why my profile is being closed without proper communication. I received an email requesting confirmation for a password change on my Facebook account. Realizing it was a hacking attempt, I promptly blocked it, but my profile picture was altered. To recover my account, I logged in, entered my login, password, and mobile number for verification. I then submitted a passport picture as requested. After a few hours, my account was disabled. On July 4, [redacted], my main Facebook account stopped showing my posts and my friends' posts. The message to refresh or saying the post couldn't be seen kept appearing. Despite logging in and out, the issue persisted. I attempted to create a new account but now I want my original account back. I've requested deletion of both accounts, but neither accept the password. My main account is linked to my email, which is causing issues when trying to create a new account as it states the email is already in use. I'm unsure which account is connected to which. Should I proceed with deleting both accounts permanently and create a brand-new one? Can I use my email for the new account?

I recently started working at Blachford UK and one of my responsibilities is managing our Company Facebook account. To gain access, I created a personal account under the name Shelley Ellis Blachfords with a birth date of January 1st. This account was solely for editing purposes related to our corporate account, as I don't use social media personally. Last year, there was a challenge regarding the name on my account. I had been using a pseudonym for privacy reasons related to my job when I opened the account. I'm unsure why this issue has come up now and why I was asked for my ID. If the reason for this request had been explained, I would have gladly provided the necessary documents and made any required changes to my account name. Unfortunately, for the past 8 months, I have been unable to access my account and only receive the following message: "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." I desperately need to regain access as I have lost valuable photos, including of my child, and am unable to manage my business page, which is crucial for my work. On April 6th, my Facebook (FB) account was unexpectedly disabled without any notification or explanation. Despite numerous attempts to appeal the decision, I have not received any responses. I suspect that my account was disabled due to my involvement in sourcing masks for a FB group I managed, consisting of nearly [redacted] women, many of whom are either ill or immunocompromised. I was selling the masks for a small amount above cost with the sole intention of assisting those in need during a time when masks were scarce in the United States. Although the issue of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is delicate, I believe my account was mistakenly flagged in a sweep targeting automated accounts. My company, based in the USA, donated thousands of masks to hospitals and provided them to individuals seeking protection. My FB account, which I have had for almost 15 years, was not created for fraudulent mask sales. Losing access to my account has resulted in the loss of valuable personal photos, memories of my children, and connections to memorial pages of deceased friends. I would greatly appreciate any support you can offer in reinstating my account.

Whenever I come across a video I don't want to see on Facebook, I click the three dots on the right and select "block video" or the person to make it go away. However, after a few hours, the same videos reappear in my feed. Watching one video leads to an onslaught of similar ones, even though I am not part of the Asian or Hispanic community. Despite selecting "hide this" repeatedly, the unwanted content keeps showing up. I am frustrated and fed up with this cycle. I strongly urge Facebook to address this issue promptly.

Hello, I am Viorel Hirjoghi. My girlfriend Alina Paraschiv recently created a new profile for our family business, "Lactate Braila." Due to her lack of experience with Facebook business profiles, I took over to manage the page, design a new logo, and create engaging content. Yesterday morning at around 8am, I received a notification about a login attempt on my account from Pakistan, which was not me. Due to being in a rush for an important interview at 1pm, I couldn't address it right away as I had forgotten my password. While at the Mitsubishi Dealership, I got the same notification and mistakenly clicked that it was me. I planned to fix it after the interview, but my email had been changed to a proton email that I didn't create. My correct email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] My old phone number was [redacted], but it's currently disconnected due to financial struggles. I updated it to [redacted] through Assurance Wireless/Sprint. I'm reaching out from a recognized device logged into Facebook.
