To whom it may concern, I have been unsuccessful in seeking assistance from Facebook's business support for several weeks. My Facebook account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized ads being posted. Despite reporting the issue and requesting a review multiple times, I keep receiving the same automated response. I initially noticed the unauthorized activity on 12 June at 09:22 and reported it promptly. I even sent a screenshot as proof. On 30 June at 11:06, I tried again to address the issue, explaining that my business account was hacked and subsequently disabled. I stressed the urgency of the situation as it impacts my income directly. The replies I receive only mention a reported payment issue and direct me to wait for 2-3 business days for a response. This automated response does not address my concerns nor offer a resolution. I am eagerly awaiting a proper solution to reactivate my business account promptly. Sincerely, Pat B.

I woke up on July 1, [redacted], only to find my Facebook account blocked suddenly, asking me to verify my identity by submitting my driving license. After complying, Facebook notified me that my account couldn't be reinstated. I had shared posts about my life events, and now, all my memories and connections are lost. Despite not violating any community standards, a harmless message from a friend in Hindi triggered the issue. I've responsibly used my account for 12 years and am baffled by this action. I implore Facebook to clarify the exact reason for deactivating my account and what content breached the standards. I believe I am a victim of gang stalking, where individuals monitor me constantly using bugs and spyware. I have reported this to the police. Unfortunately, they have shared my private information with my employer and colleagues, even addressing the entire company. Over the past 20 years, this intrusion has affected my life significantly. The stalkers contacted me through Facebook, exploiting their access to my email accounts. They knew the groups I participated in and messaged me there, possibly through a fake profile. I am seeking your help to access these messages from May to June 20 to identify the culprits, as I require evidence for the ongoing police investigation. If you could assist in tracing the fake profile associated with these ads, it would be incredibly helpful. I have been a victim of severe domestic violence for an extended period. My spouse has been abusive and controlling, even going as far as deleting my Facebook chat records to prevent me from having evidence. Despite us being separated now, I am seeking a permanent restraining order for my safety as this person poses a serious threat. He denies his actions and accuses me of falsely incriminating him, manipulating chat records to suit his narrative in court. He has been selectively deleting parts of chat records to distort the truth and harm my reputation. It is crucial for me to recover my Facebook chat records to safeguard my legal rights and personal well-being. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account has been temporarily blocked for 7 days, and every time I try to access it, the platform blocks me again for 3 days. This has occurred three times now, and my account remains blocked for 7 days due to reports from the same fake person. I am unable to send messages to my friends and family, cutting me off from connecting with my loved ones during these difficult times. I have not violated any of Facebook's community standards and strive to follow the rules. With the ongoing pandemic, it is crucial for me to communicate with my family and friends through messages and updates, but the temporary block is preventing me from doing so. I am unsure who keeps reporting my account, and I am concerned about the security of my data on Facebook. I kindly request that Facebook unblocks my account and Messenger promptly, and takes measures to secure my account against further disruptions from hackers and false reports. I have a WhatsApp account and a Facebook account. My Facebook account has been active for nearly 18 years using the email [redacted] The current password is fimtoofar with the name listed as Makinde Ademola Stephen Kayode. The impostor hacked into my Facebook account approximately 5 hours ago, changing the email address, phone number, and password. I am unable to access my Facebook account, and the impostor has been sending unsolicited messages to my contacts. Fortunately, my WhatsApp account is secure due to 2-step verification. I uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp to regain control. I kindly request assistance in disabling my compromised Facebook account to prevent any fraudulent activities. Today, friends notified me that my profile picture had been changed to Arabic. After attempting to rectify this potential hacking attempt by securing my account, I was promptly met with its disablement. Despite promptly providing the requested ID to verify my identity, my account was disabled permanently mere minutes later. This situation is distressing not only because all personal content on my Facebook is gone, rendering my profile invisible to others, but also because I utilize the account for business purposes including running advertisements on Instagram. Having started this venture in November, we have invested significant time, effort, and funds into acquiring followers. Unfortunately, our Instagram account seems to have vanished as well, resulting in the halt of crucial revenue-generating page ads for the business.

I recently received an email from Facebook informing me that a friend reported someone pretending to be me. I find it absurd since I am Olivia Jacobson. I am frustrated that without any warning, my access was abruptly taken away. How is it fair that anyone can make such a report without proof? This situation has left me without access to Messenger or my contacts since early May, which is particularly challenging during the quarantine period. I submitted my ID card as requested, but received no response. I urgently need to regain access to my account and restore my contacts. It is concerning that Facebook acted solely based on a report without verifying the credibility of the person making the complaint. I demand clarification on why my access was revoked and request the removal of the duplicate profile created in my name.

I was recently reported on Facebook for pretending to be someone else, which has restricted my access to my account. I believe it is unfair that they did not ask for proof before taking action, leaving me unable to retrieve important information. It has been challenging during this quarantine as I am unable to contact my friends since early May. It is frustrating that anyone can make a false report without consequence, and I am still waiting for Facebook to review my ID. I am eager to regain access to my account and messenger, or at the very least, retrieve my contact numbers.

I have always enjoyed using the platform and recommended it to friends and family as a safe and great place to connect. The change was made from an operating system: Windows, Browser: Edge (Chromium Based), IP address: [redacted].65.[redacted].84, Estimated location: Chennai, TAMIL NADU. I recently received an email from Facebook stating that a friend reported someone pretending to be me. Facebook blocked my access until they reviewed my profile for compliance. Despite uploading my ID, they mentioned delays due to the virus. I am frustrated as I believe it could be someone targeting me out of animosity. It seems unfair for Facebook to take action without verifying with me considering my profile has been positive since [redacted]. Losing access to contacts during the pandemic has been tough, especially with my disability. I expressed my concerns in five emails but the reporting individual remains anonymous. I have been patiently waiting for Facebook to lift the restrictions on my account verification for approximately two months. My name on the platform is Γιωργος Γεω, with "Γεω" being a nickname that includes part of my last name, Γεωργακοπουλος. Unfortunately, my account got suspended due to this issue, and although support requested my identification for verification, the process has been prolonged. As a student, I rely on Facebook to connect with many important contacts. While I understand the need for verification, I believe a warning would have sufficed instead of an immediate suspension. Interestingly, a similar verification process occurred 2 or 3 years ago, where I provided my ID and was allowed to use the same name. It's perplexing why my profile is now being shut down. If another review was necessary, a prior warning would have been appreciated, especially considering the current staffing challenges due to COVID-19. I have tried multiple times to contact your help line, feedback line, and problem reporting line without any response. The new Facebook format is causing multiple issues for me, particularly as an admin of various groups. I am unable to revert to the original or classic Facebook layout as instructed due to the missing option in the upper right arrow. The large sidebar on the left side of the screen as an admin is obstructive and covers a significant portion of the display, hindering my ability to manage pictures and albums. Furthermore, when attempting to post items for sale, Facebook automatically converts them to a sales format not permitted in my groups, and the option to remove the sales format is no longer available in the upper right corner. I need assistance with resolving these issues. Thank you.

Yesterday, I inadvertently shared a photo on both Instagram and Facebook, leading to my Facebook account being blocked. This is affecting my business as I need Facebook to run ads for my products. I recently opened a Facebook account, but it was disabled after a few days. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months now. Unfortunately, due to my struggles with depression, panic attacks, and social phobia, having access to Facebook and playing Farmville has been a significant source of support for me. I realized I made a mistake by creating multiple accounts. I live in Scotland, while my family is in Sweden. I sincerely apologize for my error and only wish to keep one account active. The other accounts can be closed as I can't access them anyway. I am not a violent, scammer, liar, or rule breaker aside from having multiple accounts. I have an old account that is now disabled, but the pictures and the whole account are still public. The content makes me uncomfortable, and I no longer use the account. I am looking to have the entire account deleted, not re-enabled. I am unsure of what steps to take next or who to reach out to for help.
