My account was hacked, and despite daily reports from friends, it is still being used for illegal activity like money laundering. I received an email from you stating you don't see a problem with this situation, which is concerning. I believe Facebook may be involved in this scam. I have contacted the sheriff's office for assistance, and they have advised me to keep them informed of your response. If the issue is not resolved, I will consider legal action. It has been two months with no resolution, and it is affecting me, especially considering my child's photos could be at risk. I expect better from a platform that claims to protect personal information.

Dear Mark Zuckerberg, I am disappointed with Facebook's recent actions regarding our news content. It seems that our posts are being flagged as spam, preventing our readers from engaging with our material. I understand that Facebook has guidelines, but other news organizations can share similar content without issue, making us feel targeted and censored. Before taking legal action or rallying against Facebook, I urge you to investigate this matter promptly. Our ability to share news freely is essential not just for us, but for press freedom overall. Please rectify this situation and offer an apology for the inconvenience. Sincerely, Purushottam Dhakal President-Editor In Chief Nepal Twenty Four Hours Pvt. Ltd. Hello, I urgently need your assistance as you are my final resort for help. What occurred? Yesterday, I received a notification stating that my app in the Facebook Developer Console was deactivated due to the presence of a virus. The message instructed me to update the code and file an appeal. Subsequently, I discovered that my Personal Account, which serves as an admin account for the app, was also deactivated. In light of this situation, I believe there might be an error as my app holds approvals from both the Apple Store and Google Play Market, indicating it cannot contain any viruses. While attempting to update a package, I encountered an obstacle as the submission form was inaccessible due to the block on my account, preventing any modifications in the Developer Console. Efforts to file an appeal have been futile, as clicking the Appeal button yields an error message, likely attributable to the deactivation of my personal account. Consequently, I am at a standstill. Access to the app has been revoked, and without a functional personal account, I am unable to ascertain the reason for its deactivation by Facebook. My Personal Facebook account holds significant importance in my life, and its loss would be devastating. It is plausible that its ban is linked to the app's deactivation, however, regaining admin access is imperative to proceed with the appeal process. I am inclined to rectify any perceived malicious code within our app, provided I regain access for necessary modifications. Nonetheless, I maintain that this may be a misdiagnosis, given our app's extensive downloads and commendable rating on the Google Play Store. For reference, our developer web page is available at: [redacted]. We have adhered strictly to Google's regulations and policies, utilizing the Facebook developer account solely for analytics purposes. I implore your assistance in resolving this predicament and request an opportunity to reinstate my personal account. Should there be any missteps on my part, kindly enlighten me to prevent their recurrence. Thank you in anticipation of your support.

I posted a comment regarding my disabled Facebook account, seeking resolution. Despite efforts to provide my ID for verification, the security page continuously blocks me, hindering my access to Facebook. I attempted to reach out via email to the address [redacted] listed on a page mentioning an address in Ireland but have yet to receive a response. Other websites claim contacting Facebook via email is not feasible. Appeals and forms on the Help page were also unsuccessful in sending. Posting the issue on community pages displayed my name and picture but failed to submit. I am looking for assistance in restoring my account, given the evolving messages on the security page, potentially hinting at security breaches. T Allott, Barnsley, Yorks.

I'm in my 60s and not very active on social media. I only opened a Facebook account because my son kept asking me to. After a year of not using it, I recently decided to create an online Shopify store selling t-shirts to raise funds for charity. The store is not yet live, and I'm still adding t-shirts to it. I found out today that my Facebook account has been disabled, with a message stating that it didn't follow Community Standards. I'm confused because my account has been inactive, and it was working fine when I last checked it a month ago. I tried to download my information, but the process keeps stalling.

I placed an order for a pressure washer accessory from "PressMop" on 28 May [redacted], but my credit card was charged by "ViralTrends." Despite several email follow-ups and an invalid phone number for customer service, I haven't received my order or any response. Similarly, on 21 April [redacted], I ordered an electric bike pump from the "TesslaPump" page. Although the charge on my credit card matched, there has been no response to my emails, and the customer service phone number is also invalid. It seems like both pages may be involved in a scam.

Dear team, I am facing a serious issue with my account as it has been hacked. The profile picture and several other details have been changed by the hacker, leaving me locked out without any means of access. Even my associated email account on freemail.hu has been compromised and had to be deleted entirely. I have since created a new account on gmail.com with the same username, Edit Arady. This is the only way I can reach out for assistance. I understand the importance of authenticating my identity to regain access. I am willing to provide any necessary personal information to prove my identity and reclaim my original account, which contains valuable photos and contacts that I cannot retrieve otherwise. I reported the incident to the police on April 20th, but they were unable to assist me. I have been advised to reach out to Facebook directly for help. Rebuilding my contacts without your intervention would be a significant challenge. I have my personal photos stored on my computer and can verify my identity if needed. Please guide me on the steps required to reactivate my former Facebook account, Edit Arady from Hungary. I have a strong belief that there is likely no one else on Facebook with the same name. The original password for my account was Anyu193616. I appreciate your prompt and thorough assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Edit Arady

For the past week, I've been experiencing issues with Facebook while playing Candy Rush. When trying to log in on my iPad, phone, and laptop, I keep getting a "session terminated" message that prompts me to re-enter my email and password. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, my son has been trying to help by entering the recovery code multiple times without success. This issue is not only affecting my game but also my ability to use Messenger to communicate with family abroad about my sister's recent stroke. I'm hoping for assistance in resolving this problem or receiving guidance on how to do so.

My email address is not linked to my account. The login I use is [redacted]3. Hi Facebook, my name is Shannon Russell. My Facebook business page and personal account were disabled on 18/06/[redacted]. I've collaborated with the Facebook marketing team on post boosting and page traffic. I dedicated six months to building my CRYSTAL HEAVEN BY SHANNON page, with Facebook's support that I appreciate. I am cautious with my personal and business posts, never violating the terms. I'm devastated that my hard work and business have been taken away. I suspect my account was mass reported due to personal disputes. I urge Facebook to review my account, as I've no access to my pages, family overseas, or photos. I'm willing to remove any content if requested. Best, Shannon Russell.

I am reaching out on behalf of my friend in Poland who is unable to contact support there. His account was hacked and blocked after someone posted inappropriate Islamic content. He tried to resolve it by providing his ID for verification but was permanently blocked within 10 minutes, even though he did not post the content. His name is Mateusz Roszkowski, and his account email is [redacted] This is crucial as his business page is linked to the account, and he lost his job as a tattoo artist and connection with his clients due to the block. It may seem unusual that I am contacting you, but if you check the IP address of the posts he was banned for, you will see the truth. His business Instagram, @tenludek, also got banned for the same reason. Please investigate as you could be his only hope in recovering his accounts.

I believe my Facebook account was hacked and disabled last Sunday. I have tried contacting them and provided my real ID. Unfortunately, they have informed me that my account cannot be reactivated. This is disheartening as my personal account has friends from all over the world gathered over time. I also run business accounts related to my health and wellness speaking businesses. I am 67 years old and this situation has left me feeling discouraged. I am unsure about the content posted using my account. Facebook mentioned it originated from a California IP address, even though I have always resided in New Jersey. Moreover, my Instagram account has also been deactivated. Can anyone offer assistance with this? -- R. J. www.russelljonesspeaks.com [redacted]

I posted a series of screenshots in one post, which contained text messages I received on another app. I attempted to make light of these messages, but Facebook flagged the screenshots for violating their rules. I was blocked for one day initially, but soon after, I received a three-day ban for a different screenshot from the same post. When I tried to delete the post, it was already removed, leading to a 7-day ban for a similar post that I couldn't delete. I am frustrated with the way Facebook handled this situation. It seems unfair that my harmless post was treated so severely, especially when other users can post revealing photos without repercussions. Overall, I believe Facebook's actions were unjust, and I feel targeted and discriminated against.

I sent an email earlier, but disregard it. I have realized that Facebook suspends Trump supporters for their comments while leaving others untouched, which I find violates my free speech. They suspended my account for my words while not taking any action against others, like the Democrats, who make far worse comments. I really dislike Facebook.

Hello, I recently set up an ads manager to promote an insurance broker page, but the ad performance is disappointing. Despite targeting specific job titles, mobile phones, and interests related to insurance, such as general insurance and life insurance, with a list of 10 or fewer keywords, the results are not satisfactory. I also utilized qualified data and created a lookalike audience, but the outcomes remain poor. I am unsure about what I am missing. I am seeking advice on how to improve the campaign. The client's budget is limited to $[redacted], and so far, I have only spent $57 with no return on investment. I am concerned whether the issue lies within the ads manager. My main goal is to generate qualified messages, leads, and engagements. I have conducted A/B testing using various methods across different ad sets to address this issue. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

A company called Jinzhou Network Technology Co., Limited advertised on Facebook using misleading information. I purchased two "Waterproof Swimming Dolls" under the impression each doll cost $19.99 with free shipping for ordering more than one. However, they charged me $39.94 for one doll plus shipping. After confronting them with evidence of the ad stating $19.99 per doll, they provided a different ad showing the higher price. I believe their deceptive practices need to be addressed, and their ads should be removed from Facebook. Although I can no longer find the original ad, I kept a picture for proof. Despite requesting a cancellation and refund, they claimed the item had already shipped. Now, I've asked for an address to return the product once it arrives, but they have yet to respond. It's concerning that they are still allowed to advertise on Facebook.

I recently had an abused woman stay at my house, and during that time, someone started stealing my identity. They accessed my Social Security information and attempted fraud which thankfully did not go through. I am now receiving verbal threats daily through Facebook. It seems they have also contacted my ex-husband pretending to be me. Old friends from 30 years ago are reporting strange interactions with unknown individuals on my Facebook accounts. I have discovered about ten different Facebook accounts under my name, Barbara Sims, also known as Barbara Tompkins Sims. I do not have access to any of these accounts as the passwords and account information have been changed and redirect to an unknown email address. The threats include warnings about ruining my life if I interfere with the accounts. Please, I want all of these Facebook accounts closed. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging into my original Facebook account. Even though I've been using Facebook for nearly 15 years, it keeps treating me as a new user. My original account has 48 friends, but my current one only has 10. Facebook keeps suggesting my original friends as new friends to add. I would like to reactivate my original Facebook under Gabriel Adex and not Gabriel Adenigbagbe. It's important for me to access my original account, as both accounts have the same profile and pictures. I am using the same email on both accounts, [redacted] Please, review carefully and help me log back into my original Facebook account as Gabriel Adex. Thank you.

My Instagram account was doing well with 9,[redacted] followers. I recently posted a harmless video with appropriate music on the app. However, to my surprise, I found my account disabled when I tried to log in. I am unsure why this happened as my content did not violate any terms. I filled out an appeal form but have not received any confirmation email regarding it. I am concerned about losing access to my creator account and the impact on my Facebook ads. I hope the Instagram team can review my case and assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

I created a Facebook account using my mobile number. However, when I tried to reset my password through my mobile number, I didn't receive the 6-digit code to proceed. I need assistance resetting my password on the computer as I'm currently logged in on my mobile but wish to access my account on the computer. I've also attempted to reset my password via my mobile's settings by going to Facebook settings, then personal information, identity confirmation, and finally trying the two-factor authentication options. I've tried using an authentication app and also receiving a text message for the code, but both methods led me to a page asking for the password without providing the code. I urgently need help to reset my forgotten Facebook password.
