Earlier this week, my friend encountered complications with her Instagram account, which was hacked and subsequently violated community guidelines by the hacker. We possess evidence of the unauthorized access. Consequently, Instagram disabled the account abruptly, failing to notify her via email. Despite her attempts to fill out a form and provide a photo with a handwritten code, there has been no response from Instagram to her email. Furthermore, she is restricted from logging into any account through the mobile app. As I am acting on her behalf, I seek information on the account's repeated disablement and the accessibility limitations on the app. This is the fourth occurrence, and we are seeking clarification, assistance, or at least an explanation for these actions from Instagram. Hello Facebook community. I am Noen Phanová from the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, my old Facebook account under the name Noen Phan, Nônô, has been blocked for over two months now. I am unsure why this happened or who is responsible for it. I was shocked to find out that someone from Ho Chi Minh City attempted to log into my account and changed my password. This unauthorized access led to my account being blocked. I am willing to provide any necessary proof, such as photos or my ID, to verify the situation. My account is very important to me as I have cherished memories, including wedding photos, stored on it. Additionally, my Instagram account (noemiphan) has also been blocked. I sincerely hope that my accounts can be reinstated soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I am hopeful for a resolution.

I encountered an issue with my Facebook login approval codes. My account was logged out recently, and I have been unable to access it since. I've attempted to contact Facebook for assistance multiple times, but I have not yet received any response. A hacker has changed the name of our Facebook group to something inappropriate and offensive. We urgently need a Facebook administrator to rectify this situation quickly. It's affecting our membership as every message and notification now displays this offensive phrase. Membership has significantly dropped since the attack. We cannot afford to wait 28 days to change the group name back to its original and respectful one.

We maintain that we did not infringe on their rights and were not given any prior notice to remove any disputed content before our page was taken down. We would like to clarify that we organize themed parties, and the Sicilian-themed party inspired by Dolce & Gabbana's collections was meant as a form of admiration and not a violation. We included credits and hashtags acknowledging their brand in our posts, and are willing to remove any content at their request. Hello, my name is Isuru Edirisinghe, and I recently updated my Facebook password. I believe Facebook still has my old mobile number on file, which I haven't used in over a year. Because of this, I no longer receive the verification codes sent to that number, preventing me from accessing my account. Though I do receive email verification codes, Facebook requires both text message and email verification to log in. However, I received a 7-day ban for suggesting the assailant needs to be stopped. It seems unfair that the video includes racial slurs and violence, but users cannot comment on it without consequences. I believe in condemning such acts, especially when they involve harming others. The inconsistency in moderating content sends mixed messages, making me question the fairness on the platform. I hope to receive a reasonable explanation from the platform regarding this issue, as I advocate for a safer and more respectful online environment.

I've been attempting to join Facebook for years to create an account for personal use, specifically to send invitations via Messenger for my Special Needs Granddaughter's graduation party. Every time I try to sign up, I'm informed that my name appears fake and that it seems I'm creating an account for a business or organization, which is not the case. Unlike others who can easily create multiple accounts, I struggle to even make one. My spouse encountered similar challenges, having to submit personal documents like a driver's license, birth certificate, and passport just to join. The requirements seem excessive when others have no trouble. On June 10, [redacted], I received a message from Facebook notifying me about a possible hack on my account. Following the advice, I promptly changed my password. Upon logging back in, I noticed an unknown person had accepted my friend request, which I did not send. The profile belonged to someone from Kuwait who spoke a Middle Eastern language, which seemed suspicious, considering I am in the USA. Taking action, I blocked the user, only to find out moments later that my account was locked for purportedly violating "Community Standards." Despite my attempts to review the standards, the button was unresponsive. A few hours later, I was shocked to discover that my account had been permanently closed without explanation or the chance to dispute it. The following day, unauthorized transactions began processing on my behalf through Facebook, escalating from $4 to $[redacted].50 via PayPal, despite my account being inaccessible. As a small business owner, I heavily rely on Facebook for advertising and networking, with two business pages that I have now lost access to due to these issues. Despite creating a new profile to continue my business activities, it was swiftly banned for the same undisclosed reasons, hindering my ability to operate. I am seeking the restoration of my original account and regaining access to my business pages as soon as possible.

Hello! I need help with my Facebook account. A week ago, my profile was disabled, possibly due to a malware issue. When I tried to log in, I was prompted for phone verification, but my old number was on file. I attempted verification through trusted contacts, which succeeded, but I never received the SMS verification code to regain access to my account. Despite multiple tries with different numbers, the SMS never came through. After verifying through trusted contacts, a new window suggested sending a recovery code to my email and old phone number.
