I'm experiencing repeated difficulty accessing my Facebook account, as it has been locked for the second time in two weeks. The message displayed upon login attempts informs me that my account was locked due to possible unauthorized access, requiring identity verification and a password change for security purposes. Despite submitting my driver's license photo multiple times, unlike the previous occasion where it took a few days to regain access, this time no progress has been made after over a week. I am unable to modify the password through my secure email as I am unable to log in. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue? I received an unpleasant message from a Facebook user who isn't in my friends list. The message, found in my filtered messages, was extremely offensive. After sharing a screenshot on Facebook and making a joke about being in a relationship, some people made comments suggesting I should consider the person who sent the message. I clarified the content of the message and humorously claimed to be in a relationship based on their description. Consequently, I've been banned from commenting or posting for three days. This isn't the first time I've been banned, as a previous meme post that didn't violate guidelines resulted in a ban without an opportunity to appeal. I find it absurd that Facebook permits such messages to go through while restricting my response. Is there no system in place to review messages from non-friends before they are sent?

I received an inappropriate message from a Facebook user not on my friends list, which ended up in my filtered messages. The message was hurtful and made derogatory comments. I shared a screenshot of it on Facebook, clarifying that I am single and do not have the mentioned boyfriend. Despite this, I have been banned from commenting or posting for three days. I believe the ban is unjust, especially since I had a previous ban for a post that didn't violate any rules. I feel frustrated that Facebook allows such messages while penalizing me for my response. I wish to have the ban lifted and suggest Facebook implement a feature to provide feedback when notifying about violations.

Hello, my name is Larry Diep. A week ago, I attempted to post or share my content with my groups on Facebook, but they blocked it without providing a reason. Their message states, "To prevent any misuse, we temporarily restricted your account." I disagree with their decision and have provided feedback, but I have not received a response. I feel like my freedom of speech, protected by US law, has been violated. I am considering reporting this to the US government and the White House. After visiting a suspicious website and entering my email and password, I did not receive any content and was redirected to the homepage. After multiple attempts, I found out my account credentials were changed, and I lost access to my account, including my recovery email. This has been distressing as my account is essential for various apps that I use, especially as a student. Despite submitting my identification and receiving confirmation that my issue was resolved, I am still unable to access my account, change my password, or engage in any activities. With a new account, I am isolated from my friends and unable to post updates. I am concerned about the safety of my compromised account.

I am an active participant in various social events in New York City, such as vegan potlucks, animal rights protests, and more, where I have made genuine connections. I'm having trouble resetting my password even though I provided my passport photo. When I try to reset it with the link sent to my email, I get an error message saying I've entered too many codes. I am located in Helena, Montana, and have been actively searching for a vehicle within a [redacted]-mile radius. Unfortunately, a large majority, approximately 98%, of the vehicles listed appear to be fraudulent listings. Despite reporting these suspicious listings on Facebook, no action has been taken. I am documenting this correspondence to help others who may fall victim to scams on FB Marketplace and provide them with information on addressing such issues with Facebook. One example of a fraudulent listing is Ace Auto in Bozeman, which falsely uses another dealership's address. After investigating further, I have discovered that a dealer located at [redacted] Laura Louise, Bozeman, MT [redacted] is also engaging in fraudulent activity. I urge for the implementation of a feature on each advertisement page that allows users to promptly report suspicious listings for immediate removal. I will continue to monitor the situation and ensure that corrective actions are taken swiftly to remove these scam artists from FB Marketplace.

Hi. I recently got logged out of my Facebook account and when I tried to log back in, I was prompted to complete a security check. However, to my surprise, I discovered that my account had been disabled by Facebook without providing any specific reason. Despite trying to appeal this decision, I have been unsuccessful in my attempts. I initially created my account using my phone number 8 years ago, not an email address. Now, Facebook is requesting an appeal through an email address that is not associated with my account. Even when I tried to appeal using my personal email, I was still denied access. I am currently locked out and unable to make further appeals. I suspect my account may have been compromised before this occurred, which led me to change my password. Unfortunately, my Instagram account, linked to Facebook, has also been disabled. Losing access to these accounts means losing precious memories of my children and late relatives. I believe someone may have maliciously orchestrated this situation to have me blocked. I kindly ask for assistance in reactivating my accounts. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Steve B. I have around 90 FB pages, all named bustednewspaper+ county. Recently, I discovered I was blocked for spamming. I am unsure about this and would appreciate further clarification. We have paid for promoting many pages, including mugshot images, as we operate a mugshot site that only publishes public record information. Despite this, I have been blocked. If this block is permanent, I believe a refund for the promotional fees should be issued. With a combined 300K FB followers who rely on our content, it is important for them to access public arrest records in their communities. Blocking us from sharing this information seems unjust, especially after accepting payment for promotions. On the afternoon of May 22, [redacted], in Mexico City, I was online and working on my computer logged into my Facebook account as usual. At 16:45, I received an email notification that I had been removed from Info Grafico by Sebastián Castorena on Facebook Business Manager. This action was completely inaccurate as I am the owner of the Business Account and would not remove access to myself. I immediately changed my password to secure my account, but continued to receive notifications of pages being tampered with. There was even activity logged from Houston, Texas, despite me being in Mexico City. My profile picture was changed, and when I tried to change my password again, I was prompted to provide a picture ID for verification. This unauthorized activity led to my account being disabled by Facebook for a violation of Community Standards, which I did not commit. I have evidence, including email notifications and log activities, proving that my account was accessed from Houston, Texas, while I was in Mexico City. I urgently need to regain access to my pages and business accounts, and would like to download all my information if possible.

I have contacted Firstly get human three times regarding my issue, but I have not received a response. I have been unfairly blocked out of Facebook since Monday afternoon. I keep seeing a message asking for a mobile number to send a code, but I haven't received any codes. The site shows a red warning saying I've tried too many times and need to wait 24 hours, but it hasn't allowed me to proceed. I am seeking a resolution to my problem and wish to regain access to Facebook. I also expect an apology from Facebook since I have not violated any rules. I recently got a notification from Facebook that my account has been temporarily locked for security reasons. I followed the instructions provided to restore it, which involved uploading a photo ID. Initially, I tried verifying my ID via email but did not receive any responses. I suspect I may have disabled the email notifications due to the high volume of alerts I was getting. This could be the reason why I am not receiving instructions from Facebook. After uploading my photo ID, Facebook asked for an email account that only I can access. Since I only have one email address, I used the same one as before, thinking any response would not be sent through my Facebook account. I came across a [redacted] Fleetwood Revolution 40D listed for sale by New Kent Falcons on a marketplace platform. After contacting them, I was directed to communicate with someone named Nicolle Simmons via email at [redacted] She claimed that Global Freight Carriers Inc. was overseeing the sale and requested my contact information. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. They instructed me to wire $21,[redacted].00 to Cross River Bank through Coinbase for a secure deposit, but it was a fraudulent scheme. The details provided were Coinbase acct. # [redacted]8, order ID# [redacted]50, Cross River Bank ABA/RIN # [redacted]91. Further investigation revealed New Kent Falcons, led by Ethan Moran, as a fraudulent group. I wish I had checked reviews before proceeding. Coinbase now demands additional fees in digital currency for cancellation, but I am unsure if they are also part of the scam. This site urgently needs to be taken down to prevent further deception.

The Facebook account owned by Lady Sylvia Loch has been compromised and the process to upload her passport was unsuccessful as only one page could be uploaded with the picture. The uploaded page indicated Sylvia Hawkins, while the subsequent page clarified that she is professionally known as Sylvia Loch. Due to this hacking incident, she has lost ten years' worth of teaching posts from her Facebook group. It seems evident that her account was hacked given the unfamiliar IP address login and the fact that her account predominantly focused on horses before. It is crucial that the issue is rectified promptly. Lady Sylvia Loch, a renowned trainer and author of eight books with a Facebook group of over 17,[redacted] members, has lost all her content. Assistance is urgently needed to address this matter. Requests for further passport documentation will be gladly fulfilled if required. Kindly reach out to her for resolution.

I am frustrated with being locked out of my account. Due to traveling and needing to use a VPN, I encounter issues with logging in as the countries I connect through vary. Despite my lack of explicit language, I am truly dissatisfied with the situation. I have provided the necessary credentials and feel entitled to access my account. Working in different countries, including communist ones, requires me to adjust various details about myself, which can be challenging. Dealing with these security measures at home on top of that is overwhelming. Unfortunately, not owning a smartphone or laptop means my device is often not recognized. Accessing my account feels like a constant struggle, compounded by similar issues with my Gmail accounts while abroad.

Our previous page, which belonged to the same company, was blocked because a colleague ordered likes from a third-party site without our knowledge. We realized this was a mistake and understand the importance of promoting the page through official Facebook channels like promoting a page or post. We want to rectify the situation and comply with Community Standards. However, our official website and email are currently blocked from being posted on the Page's Info section. They are not directly linked to Facebook but are independent mediums that we still wish to share content between.
