I recently discovered that two out of my three accounts were fake. Even after changing passwords, the hackers keep gaining access. Apple confirmed there are no issues on their end and suggested reaching out here for assistance. My personal info was compromised when a friend and a Facebook contact got hacked. I attempted to reach out to Chris, but it seems he's no longer on Facebook. I've experienced financial loss, threats to my family, and multiple account hacks including PayPal, Posh, and credit card breaches, which I suspect stem from the Facebook data breach. I took a temporary step by deactivating my Facebook and Messenger accounts, but I suspect I didn't do it correctly and need Facebook's help to ensure my accounts are secure. This morning, a suspicious message appeared during my Google login, requesting all my information and photos, which indicates that the issue persists. As someone who is not tech-savvy, I'm seeking your assistance in resolving these security breaches.

My account has been hacked, and I received a suspicious link from my friend's account named Ansa Blessings. After entering my login details as prompted, I unexpectedly got logged out. When I tried to log back in, I received a message stating I was using an old password, which I didn't recognize. Following a password change, the same scenario occurred the next day, with my details altered by the hacker. Previously, my account displayed my name as Martins Yunus with the Nigerian phone number [redacted]0, but now it shows as Laurens Veltmans. I am seeking assistance regarding a disturbing situation on Facebook. A person named Erick Hornback is making false accusations against me on a post about a going-away party. He claims I stole $30,[redacted] from someone and that I am currently using drugs. These claims are damaging my reputation as my friends and family can see them. I initially tried to block him, but had to unblock him to gather information to report to the appropriate authorities. He resides in a garage with a man who has early stages of dementia. While I did participate in questionable activities in the past with this man for money, it was before his dementia. Erick is now trying to exploit the situation, and is upset with me for not assisting. I am eager to block him again, but Facebook's policy prevents me from doing so immediately. I am considering reporting this issue to Facebook for further action to protect my reputation. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding a transaction I made on Wednesday, the 10th of June, with a Facebook page called "Psychic Sensations" for a reading service. I was informed that the service would be provided within 3 hours, with the transaction taking up to 12 hours. My account was locked a week ago, and I still can't log in. I received a message stating that there was suspicious activity on my Facebook account, resulting in it being temporarily locked for security reasons. Hello, my name is Fred H. I am 73 years old and struggle with technology, especially with passwords and multiple steps. I had an active Facebook account with 88 friends and was an administrator on my high school Alumni group site. After my Galileo tablet stopped working, I tried accessing Facebook on my wife's tablet. I encountered issues with my password "rooster1" and got locked out. I submitted my driver's license but was still unable to access my account on my new HP Stream Laptop. A chat with Chris helped me log in on my wife's tablet, but I found the technology too advanced on the new laptop. I returned it and got an Inn Surf tablet. However, when I tried to set up Facebook, I got locked out again for "recent activity" and was asked for my license copy once more. I am struggling to regain access to my account and fear the inconvenience of creating a new one. I desperately need help to resolve this frustrating situation and regain access to my current account.

Since joining Facebook, I have encountered numerous issues. The original user of my device accessing her Facebook account seems to be the one hacking my account. She shared my information with a group possibly involved in criminal activity. Both my devices are disabled. I am trying to fix my son's device to receive a verification code. She has multiple Facebook accounts which raises suspicion. It appears she might be hacking others too, including my son's laptop where I found my saved password. Someone has been using my email address on my tablet and phone. It seems he accessed it through my tablet because he had it in his possession. He made charges to my Google account, which were resolved by T-Mobile. Now, his name, Chris Stutts, appears as the owner of my account everywhere I look. I am unable to recall my password and no longer have access to the email associated with my account. I am disappointed because I provided Facebook with personal documents like my birth certificate and bank statement, only to receive a message requesting more specific documents for help. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to respond to their request. I, like many others, am hesitant to share personal information but did so in hopes of regaining access to my account.
