I recently created a professional page on Facebook and attempted to link it with my Instagram account, prompting a security check that required a code. However, due to no longer residing in my home country, I am unable to use my old phone number associated with Facebook. I added a new number but couldn't figure out how to remove the old one, leading me to face issues accessing my Facebook account. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. When I tried to change my password, email, and profile picture on a friend's device, Facebook asked me to confirm my identity again. Now I am unable to log in and it says I can't use it anymore. My account is crucial for my marketing business and connecting with friends. My Facebook account has been identified as hacked. The platform prompted me to change my password and email address when I was logging in on a friend's phone for the first time. Although I confirmed the changes at that time, I am unable to access my account. I urgently need to recover it as it is crucial for my business and marketing activities. I am Malek, the owner of a Facebook account. I came across a news messenger on NTV and downloaded it (as Messenger content couldn't be posted on Facebook). I shared it on my Facebook account. NTV supposedly blocked my account. I communicated with NTV, and they claim they didn't block my account. They mentioned that Facebook authorities were responsible for this action, and they are not involved. Now, I am wondering if I will ever regain access to my account. please assist me.

I received a notification from Facebook this morning at 03:45 GMT stating that "UMG released their claim on your video." There seems to be no way to contact either UMG or Facebook through the Help Center. I am concerned about this notification and seek more information and guidance on the matter. The video in question is a live catwalk show filmed at a Wedding Exhibition in [redacted] and uploaded to my business page without any prior warning of copyright infringement. I assumed it was permissible since the audio was live and not added during editing. Apart from Facebook’s notification, I have not heard from UMG directly, and I am uncertain about what steps to take next. I have deleted the video from my page and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. As a sole proprietor currently struggling due to the impact of Covid-19, I have no income from the business and am eager to address this situation promptly.

Dear Sir, I recently received a direct message on my Instagram account inviting me to participate in a tournament. After following the steps provided, my Facebook account got disabled, resulting in loss of access to my PUBG account. Someone is now using my identity to scam others and contacts in-game. I desperately need help to recover my account tied to my disabled Facebook account. I am a professional player competing regularly in T1-T2 scrims and tournaments. I recently received a message from Facebook informing me that my account has been disabled. This account is new, as I registered it just yesterday. I haven't updated any information on it yet, apart from setting a profile picture. This new account is dedicated to my business, particularly for my property selling as a real estate agent. I created a new page for my business as well. Today, I initiated an advertisement for my property listings using this account and page, for which I have already made a payment. Unfortunately, after a few hours, Facebook disabled my account. I carefully reviewed the terms and conditions and believe that I have adhered to all the guidelines. My advertisement is currently active, with funds invested in it, but I cannot access my account to manage leads generated from the advertisement promptly. I received a 24-hour restriction on my Facebook account for a comment I made on a friend's post about her son needing constant supervision on a climbing frame. I mentioned that little boys can be wild, though my daughter has been worse. As a parent of three, I don't find this offensive. I have tried to dispute the restriction with no response. I manage a large group and need to be able to post and comment. Is it possible to reverse this decision? I find the situation unreasonable. While I understand the limitations on answering every message, any form of resolution would be appreciated instead of feeling stuck.

I created a Facebook account with my email [redacted] and phone number [redacted] about a year ago. Unfortunately, the account got banned even though I hadn't used it much. I then made a new account with the phone number [redacted], but it was disabled after a few months. I reached out to Facebook, provided my birth certificate as requested, but never heard back. Frustrated, I made yet another account with the email [redacted] to finally use Facebook properly. However, when trying to sell something on Facebook Marketplace, my account was disabled again. I was told to provide a phone number, but I can't use my current number ([redacted]) because it's linked to the banned account. I need assistance to be able to use my number on my account.

I am confused as to why my Facebook account was permanently disabled. I received a password change request that I did not initiate. After stating that I did not request the password change, I was informed that I violated the terms, which I believe I did not do. I have used this account since around [redacted] to share important family events like weddings, graduations, and the birth of my grandchildren. I avoid discussing politics and have many cherished photos now inaccessible. I tried to create a new account to reconnect with lost friends, but some suspected it was a hack. My email, [redacted], was also hacked twice recently, leading to login blocks. I resolved the email issue, but the Facebook problem arose after the email trouble. Although Facebook mentioned the decision is final, I would appreciate clarity on the reason for the account disablement.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience for advice or insight. On May 29th around 11:30 p.m. EST, I received a copyright strike notice. Within an hour, at 12:39 a.m. on May 30th, my account was compromised, an admin was added without my permission, and I quickly removed them. However, this was repeated multiple times within a few minutes. By 12:45 a.m., I was completely locked out of my account by the hackers, preventing me from appealing the copyright strike. I felt my consumer rights were violated as I was denied the opportunity to appeal within the given time frame. Despite the rapid sequence of events, my material on my page "Svet Music" is original, and I request a review of my account for reinstatement. My page has gained nearly [redacted],[redacted] likes due to features on shows like America’s Got Talent and Bulgaria’s Got Talent. Unfortunately, both the fan page and admin "Svet Radoslavof" have been removed.

Today, I was temporarily restricted from using Facebook for 24 hours due to a comment I made in response to someone who was attacking me. Despite facing multiple attacks after asking a simple question, when I defended myself, I was reported for my response. It seems unfair that my response led to a ban while the initial attacks on me were not addressed. I believe in equality - either everyone in the conversation should be penalized or none at all. I value my right to free speech as an American and did not make any threats or promote violence.

Hello, I recently noticed that my Instagram account (username: leticia_lihang) has gone missing. It was linked to my Facebook account under the email address: [redacted] This Thursday, when I attempted to log in, the system prompted me to complete a verification process. Since I am no longer in Spain where the account was originally set up with my Spanish mobile number, I used a new mobile number for verification. After waiting for a day as instructed by the system, I was unable to locate my account. I am quite upset about this turn of events. To clarify, my account has not been compromised or hacked, and I am confident that I did not violate any community guidelines. I have been using my Instagram account for 3-4 years, mainly to share daily life and travel photos. I frequently engage by following celebrities, brands, and friends, posting regularly. My daughter, Bethany H., is a student at USC Aiken in South Carolina. She is a loving, smart, hardworking, respectful, and kind individual. We have noticed that she is being cyberbullied on Facebook by her ex-roommate, Chloe T., and others. They posted a picture with a caption suggesting violence towards Bethany. We find this concerning and consider it a threat to her well-being. Chloe's mother also made comments implying Bethany should endure tough times like Ruth from the Bible. Chloe and others have posted racist remarks on a college website, prompting action from the college after student outcry. I require assistance with resetting my password as I cannot recall the last updated one. I changed jobs recently which led to my email being associated with my previous workplace, and I am unable to receive texts on my cell. Someone posted a racial message on my Facebook account, and now it's spreading rapidly, leading to threats against me. I didn't post it and I'm not sure what was said. I need help removing it as people are sharing it, even after I deleted my account. It's causing quite a commotion, and I'm worried about the situation.

I recently received an email, which I believed was from Facebook, claiming that our company's page (Dundalk FC) had copyright violations. The email stated that we had 2 copyright strikes and needed to appeal to avoid having our account disabled and pages taken down. Despite reaching out to Facebook's [redacted] email address for verification, I received no response. Regrettably, I clicked on the provided link, entered my details, and even uploaded my passport in an attempt to unlock my account. Subsequently, I was informed that my password was incorrect, my account was disabled, and my admin privileges were revoked due to not adhering to community standards. To exacerbate the situation, the hacker changed my profile image to an ISIS flag. While our IT team managed to rescue our company page after most admins were removed, we have not received any communication from Facebook regarding this matter.
