Hello, I’m reaching out regarding a post in our group that was removed due to supposedly violating FB community standards. The post featured a woman in a bikini, which, in my opinion, did not breach any guidelines. As the group administrator, I cannot be on watch 24/7. However, there was no clear violation of community standards with that specific post authored by another admin (Clete Ferguson II). I kindly request that instead of threatening to delete the group, please take action against the individual who made the post. It feels unjust to face consequences as the creator of the group. I trust you can see my perspective. Moving forward, I recommend addressing the offender directly rather than penalizing the group creator. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Unfortunately, our group has received three warnings within its short existence. Please consider my feedback for handling such situations in the future. Lately, my advertising account keeps getting hacked. I have carefully reviewed all the ad guidelines, and none of the ads I have running break the rules. I have been promoting backpacks and school supplies on Facebook for 2 years without any issues. However, whenever I attempt to request a review of my account, I receive a message saying the request couldn't be processed. It advises me to try again later. Gary Dubois Gen. U.S. Grant took decisive action against the KKK during his presidency, classifying them as a domestic terrorist group. Having been recruited by them as a teenager, I quickly realized their true motives and left without looking back. Today, we have a president who seems to echo Andrew Johnson's sympathies towards such groups by failing to address them adequately. Grant's responses to the KKK set a legal precedent on dealing with such extremist organizations. It is disheartening to see the current administration's stance on upholding these laws and values. Consider reaching out to your elected representatives and advocating for the removal of such groups from platforms like Facebook.

I recently found out that my Facebook account got suspended six days ago. I provided my ID and four pictures of myself as requested, but have not received any response after sending five emails. I tried calling Facebook, but couldn't reach a live person for help. Now, when I try to log in, it asks for a phone number to receive a code. Unfortunately, I no longer have the same phone number I used when I created the account nine years ago. I also noticed they have my number for a different account I created on my phone, which I have since deleted. How can I update my phone number if I can't access my account? The help pages are not providing the assistance I need, as they suggest clicking on the help button or question mark, which is not visible on the page requesting the phone number for the code. I'm feeling frustrated; please advise on how to resolve this issue. My accounts hold sentimental value with many memories, photos, and a following of over [redacted] on my painting page that I spent two years building. Thank you for any guidance.

I have been stranded in the Philippines for 2 months and noticed that phones are cheaper here compared to home in the states, like Kentucky. I decided to switch my old phone with a new one and have been using both for about 2 weeks. However, when I woke up this morning, I found my Facebook and Messenger accounts locked. Since I cannot use the phone number option anymore and the verification is being sent to an old email address I no longer have access to, I'm unable to communicate with people back home about important matters like rent, insurance, and my car parked at the airport accruing a daily charge. If anyone can assist me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated as I rely on Messenger to stay connected.

Having trouble accessing Facebook via various browsers due to a security warning regarding key pinning errors. The message reads in part, "Secure Connection Failed," with an error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_KEY_PINNING_FAILURE. Unable to access the site to report the issue. Has anyone encountered this problem and reported it to Facebook for resolution?

On Saturday, May 25th, [redacted], I commented on a friend's post on Facebook. Shortly after, I received a call from +[redacted] [redacted] instructing me to input a code to access a chat website. Soon after, my Facebook account was compromised, and I started receiving calls regarding money investments. When I checked my email, I noticed it was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] I managed to recover my email, but my Facebook account is still under the hacker's control. I have created a new account and would like the old one permanently blocked. My contact numbers are [redacted]3 and [redacted]7.

Two days ago, while on Facebook, I got logged out suddenly with a message saying the session had timed out. When I tried to log back in, it said the password was incorrect. I attempted to reset the password but couldn't as the associated email was not mine. It seems like my account details were changed. Now, the account is sending scam messages about money flipping to my groups and friends. I had sent my ID for verification, which is now being used maliciously. Despite emailing Facebook for help, I couldn't regain access and had to create a new profile. However, after reporting the old account as hijacked, the new one got locked as well.

Date: February 11, [redacted] My personal and business Facebook account got disabled without any warning or explanation provided. Despite my appeals, I haven't received any emails or notifications from Facebook, even after checking all my folders, including Spam and Promotions. On February 10th, Facebook logged me out from all platforms, requesting ID verification. Regrettably, I submitted a poor quality photo of my government ID with non-English characters. Following this, my account was disabled with no resolution so far. Despite sending multiple appeals with my driver's license and selfies, I have not heard back from Facebook. My next step involves creating a new Facebook business account to try and communicate through that platform. However, even this proves challenging as it appears that a robust personal Facebook account is needed to convert it to a business account. I attempted to run ads on February 3rd, with one being rejected and another approved on February 4th. My account details, including phone number, are accurate. Oddly, my downloaded information shows suspicious activities post-disabling, such as an email change to my phone number and a username alteration to my company’s name. I am looking for direct assistance from a Facebook representative to address my unique case.

I deactivated my Facebook account about a year and a half ago. Yesterday, when I tried to reactivate it, I encountered an issue with my password since it was an old one. I attempted to reset it by selecting my phone number and received a code to change the password. Upon logging back in, my account switched to a different Facebook account that wasn't mine. Now, I can't log in with my password, and when I try to reset it using my phone number or email address, it's not connecting to Facebook as it did before. I'm feeling anxious about not being able to access my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

A while back, I shared my Facebook password with a friend who passed it on to someone else, leaving me unable to access my account as the password was changed. I initially shared my password to earn money but later regretted it and withdrew my involvement. Despite creating multiple new Facebook accounts using different email addresses, I'm unable to activate them. The first two accounts used the same phone number, which I no longer have access to. I wish to deactivate those old accounts and regain control over my Facebook profile. I’ve submitted numerous complaints for help but haven't received a resolution yet. Hello, I'm Denise. I advocate for those who are bullied or mistreated. Recently, I received a 30-day ban from Facebook for confronting bullies in videos. One showed a black man harassing an Asian man, and when the bully said he hated Asians, I called him out. In another video, a black man attacked an elderly woman, and I expressed dissatisfaction, mentioning his mother to highlight the pain he caused. Additionally, I disagreed with someone criticizing looting without understanding the deeper issues, and I referred to them as having "sold out to the 4 white pigs." I believe in standing up for justice, even if it means facing consequences on social media platforms like Facebook.

Dear Facebook Team, My two friends and I manage a page called Smart Boars, where we regularly share interesting science, history, and education facts. We were surprised when our page was suddenly blocked 16 days ago on May 14th without any clear explanation. Additionally, my personal account was temporarily banned, and I had to go through extra verification steps to prove my identity. We believe this may be due to my active sharing of posts in relevant groups, but we were always mindful of not spamming and received positive feedback. We've been unable to determine why our page was shut down, and it's disheartening as we had just reached [redacted] followers and were eager to continue sharing content. I have been trying to upload videos on FB for weeks, but have been unable to do so. I am frustrated and would like to know the reason behind this issue. It seems like others can post videos, and I am feeling unfairly targeted. The situation has left me feeling upset. I wonder why my videos are being prevented from uploading while others can easily share theirs. I hope to receive a response and a resolution soon. Thank you.

Hello, I am Morne Pako. My Facebook account was blocked due to someone seeking revenge on me. I created a new account, but it was also blocked. I then set up a third one as Pakoo Morne to let my family in NZ know. I had to warn my friends and family about a person with several fake accounts who reported me. I was the admin of a group called Deaf Fun Party, where I take care of members and help them create vlogs. I believe the person behind this is Brendon Russell Mathieson using the name Wirmeu Thomas. I am looking for a way to reach out to Facebook to explain the situation. I had to block 9 fake accounts. I want to clarify that my content on Facebook is not violent or abusive. I need help with recovering my Facebook and Instagram accounts as I am encountering an issue stating my account is underage and will be deleted. I am actually 22 years old and experiencing distress over this as I have social anxiety and rely on these accounts. My personal account under the name Melissa Sweet has been disabled due to hacking, where someone posted content violating community standards. Prior to being disabled, I shared holiday memories from China. Regrettably, I cannot access my business pages, specifically Sweet Transformations and Melissa A Sweet, or my husband's business page for which I am an administrator. I tried to confirm my identity by sending my driver's license, but it was rejected citing a violation of community standards. My daughter mentioned the profile picture had been changed to a different language from our original photo featuring my dog and me. Additionally, my access to the sweet_transformations page on Instagram has also been lost.
