My account has been hacked and deactivated after allegedly sending inappropriate content to my friends. I received a message from a friend on Discord mentioning this, and my Instagram account was also compromised with the password being changed. Both accounts are linked, and despite trying to verify my ID on Facebook to regain access, I was unsuccessful. I received a message stating that due to the current pandemic situation, they are unable to assist. I urgently need to speak with a human support representative at Facebook to resolve this issue and recover my accounts as they contain crucial information. This is extremely urgent, and I cannot wait due to the circumstances mentioned.

I have forgotten my Facebook password. When attempting to reset it, I am unable to receive the temporary code sent to my phone. My sign-in email is no longer valid, and my current email is [redacted] Please assist in getting the reset code to my phone [redacted]. The number you have on file has a 1 in front of it, which might be causing the issue as unnecessary for cell phones. I believe this is why I am not receiving the codes. My page, Tyebookie Thomas, was hacked. I am Tylette Thomas. The hacker posted a picture of my license that I shared two years ago when I got it. They added their email to my account, but my phone number, [redacted], is listed. I haven't received the recovery codes. I sent my license, card, W2, work ID picture as proof. Nobody is reaching out on my sister's email. The hacker is requesting money from people via Messenger from my account.

Today, Facebook deactivated my account while I was sharing music content on my DJ page. They require account verification to appeal, but I can't do this as the phone number linked is outdated. I've tried contacting Facebook with ID proof, but it always leads back to the same verification step. My account was suddenly disabled without any explanation. I set up an account for Martin Nikolov using my Google email [redacted] Everything was running smoothly until today. I tried to connect with a friend, and I received a notification stating that my account was disabled. I was asked to provide a phone number for a confirmation process. I followed the security check steps as requested, including submitting a video to prove I am a real person. When I attempted to appeal this decision, I encountered an error message stating, "Your Information Cannot be submitted." Due to COVID-19, the resources for resolving this issue seem limited. I did manage to provide my ID card and information through Security Checks Preventing Login. It is crucial for me to regain access to my Facebook account, as I am genuinely not engaging in any fraudulent activities.

For over ten days now, since June 20th, whenever I try to post in any of the nearly dozen Facebook groups I manage about Portugal (and Spain), online spirituality, the LGBT community in Spain, etc., I keep receiving this message restricting my activity due to potential spam concerns. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook multiple times through the provided link, I have not received any response. This limitation is having a severe impact on the engagement and vitality of my groups, which collectively reach close to a million people.

Our situation is that the only administrator for our business page has passed away. We are trying to claim ownership of the page because a client originally created it for our boss, and now we are unable to update important information. The page contains the wrong physical address, and messages from clients go unanswered. We are prepared to work with Facebook to resolve this issue by confirming our business details and gaining administrative access to the page. Hello, I need assistance resolving an issue with my FB business page creation. I started an online business called PATAG Mouse Pads and set up a business manager account for it. I am the sole user/admin of this account and linked a business email to it. I added the FB page to an ad account within the business manager. However, this morning, July 2, [redacted], my ad account was disabled without clear reasons. Facebook requires business verification to report the disabled ad account, so I tried to remove the linked page and its members from the business manager. Unfortunately, I mistakenly removed myself as an admin before unlinking the page. Now I am unable to access my own FB page. I created a new page with the same name, hoping to merge them, but the original issue is preventing this process. I urgently need to regain access to my account as I have promotional materials with the vanity link to the original FB page. Thank you for your help.

I'm currently dealing with a situation where I can't access my Facebook account that I haven't used in a while. I managed to reset the password through email, but now I need friends to verify my identity to log back in. The issue is these selected friends are no longer in contact with me, and only one of them is active on Facebook. When attempting to log into my account, I encounter the message, "Keep your account secure. It looks like a change has occurred on your account. We will assist you in changing your password and review recent changes to your account: 1. Password 2. Recently added applications." After clicking continue, I am directed to a page to set a new password. However, upon entering my new password, an error message stating "something went wrong" appears. Despite trying various solutions found in forums, the issue persists across all devices and browsers. When trying via the Facebook Android app, I receive an "Unknown error" message when entering a new password on the "Create a New Password" window. About three months ago, my account was blocked and later reinstated by Facebook. I was informed that my account had been hacked by someone in Turkey. However, I am unsure why I have been blocked again now, as I do not post anything inappropriate or hateful. I suspect it could be related to a relative who may have a fake account reporting me through mutual friends. It is crucial for me to have access to my account as I manage my business and non-profit pages through Facebook. I recently received an email stating that our Facebook page, NCBeerGuys, violated Community Standards. We want to clarify that we have never engaged in any of the described activities. Our page, dedicated to sharing news about North Carolina Breweries, has been active for over 8 years, and we strictly post content from credible sources. While we did change the main page name to my personal name due to Facebook regulations, the content and purpose of the page have remained the same.

My AOL email account was hacked on 6/23. On 6/26, I learned about unauthorized emails being sent from my account. By 6/27, my Facebook was erased, and Instagram locked me out. Fortunately, we managed to regain access to my son's Xbox account that was also compromised. I suspect I know who hacked my accounts based on an email from Facebook notifying me of account changes. Unfortunately, the link to rectify the situation had expired when I tried to use it. Upon checking my sent messages, I discovered a "test" email sent to an unfamiliar recipient on 6/23 at 12:27 am. The IP address associated with my hacked Facebook account is from Georgia, aligning with the location of the person who sent the suspicious email. Currently, I am locked out of my Facebook and Instagram accounts due to the passwords being reset.

I experienced two hacking incidents within the same day about a month ago. During the second attempt to recover my account, I repeatedly clicked on the "resend code" option for resetting my password via my phone number. Despite not receiving any codes, my account was blocked for 24 hours, which extended to 5 days. After this period, I successfully requested a new code to access my account. However, Facebook then requested my ID information for additional security measures. I provided this promptly, but due to limited staff availability during Covid-19, my account remains inaccessible. It has been a month, and I urgently need access. My name on Facebook is Alexane C., and my original email "[redacted]" is no longer active. I now solely rely on my phone number (+[redacted] 11 [redacted] [redacted]) for account access.
