On Monday, May 25, [redacted], I discovered that my Facebook account was deactivated. It was fully functional just yesterday, allowing me to send and receive messages. I've maintained this account for approximately 7 years, always abiding by Facebook's guidelines without any issues. Despite not posting recently, my account has been suspended, causing much confusion and distress. I provided my name, Melissa Guerrieri, and uploaded my ID as requested. However, upon submitting the form, I received an automated message due to reduced staff availability during the pandemic, indicating delays in processing. I am uncertain of the timeline for reactivation under the current circumstances. I have chosen to download my information while waiting for updates. I am eager for a resolution as soon as possible.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account. The account was disabled, and I am unsure why as I believe I have not violated any guidelines. I suspect it may have been hacked, leading to unauthorized posts or an error on your part. I have attempted to recover the account using an SMS code for security verification and the "My Personal Account Was Disabled" online form. Unfortunately, when I requested the text code, delays caused me to click too many times, resulting in a 24-hour wait message. Despite waiting over 48 hours, I continue to encounter the same delay message. Regarding the online form, after providing my account name and uploading a photo of my driver's license for ID verification, I receive an error stating "your information couldn't be submitted." This cycle of unsuccessful attempts and waiting persists due to the SMS code issue, preventing further action. I manage pages like Sigmundardottir Art connected to my account that I need access to. Without functioning solutions and lacking customer support hotline or live chat, I am at an impasse. I believe resolving the text message problem is crucial for progress. I am Thierry BERNARD from Marne la Vallée, France, near Paris. I recently encountered a Facebook security issue. When attempting to post photos on my account, I discovered my password had been changed. Additionally, my profile picture was changed to a stranger's face named Laurent Bochet, sourced from a graffiti photo. Subsequently, my email passwords for Orange and Gmail were also altered. I suspect my laptop may have been hacked. Due to this situation, I will use my boyfriend's email to communicate until the issue is resolved.

Greetings! I am an administrator for our school's Facebook page. I am attempting to access a photo album for the kids' yearbook. Unfortunately, it seems that the individual who uploaded the photos is no longer on Facebook, causing all shared photos to disappear. Is there a method to retrieve these images? The pictures are valuable for the students and the school as a whole. If feasible, the images were uploaded by Buraq Amin Harmon. I would appreciate the ability to download all the content she shared if access is granted.

My account has been compromised once again. I have purchased a security key for my email accounts and wonder if I can use it with Facebook. After deleting the hacked accounts, I aim to utilize the security key for added protection. I have also reached out via email regarding my situation. As a former police officer and whistleblower, I have faced harassment and hacking in all my accounts. The recent intrusion into my wife's boss's Facebook account is alarming. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty with Facebook today. I was prompted to reset my password, and now when trying to log in, it says my identity needs confirmation due to a violation. I mainly use Facebook for family communication, sharing photos, jokes, and Pokemon content. Lately, I've been posting about my friend's restaurant and believe I haven't been disruptive. My Facebook account was unexpectedly deleted by Facebook, not by me, and I have been struggling to recover it for the past four days. Despite changing passwords and submitting my photo ID as requested, my attempts have been unsuccessful. Upon my initial login attempt four days ago, I was informed that my password was incorrect, even after changing it. Subsequently, I was asked to provide identification to verify my identity, and I submitted my Ma. state ID multiple times, only to have my account blocked. I am perplexed and concerned as I have maintained this account for close to a decade. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account has been blocked and help me resolve this issue?

I recently updated my phone number and email address, and now I cannot access my Messenger and Facebook accounts properly. It seems like I have created a new account, but I just want to retain my original profile and update my information. I have all the necessary details to prove my identity. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a contact number to speak to an agent about this issue. What is confusing is that everything was fine with my account just three days ago. The only recent change was that my phone underwent a hard reset by AT&T after experiencing issues, which should not have affected my Facebook account. The hacker altered details such as the phone number linked to the account, which is now different. My account details include the name Bolanle Folorunsho, registered in December [redacted]. I reside in Akure, Nigeria, originally from Owo, Nigeria, and work as the Managing Director at Steph Sunny Nigeria Limited. My gender is male, born on May 27, [redacted]. The hacker used the code [redacted] and the Facebook code H29Q+Fsn4Sr to access my account. Hi GetHuman, I have made several attempts to contact you, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. When I first reached out via email, I requested help with my Facebook account, but I have yet to regain access. The issue I am encountering is that I am unable to access my Facebook account. When I attempt to log in, it prompts me for a security check. However, when I completed the check, it only displayed five friends, with only one still active on Facebook. I have unsuccessfully tried to locate the others through mutual friends. I am confused as to why, if I have the correct password for my email, Facebook is not allowing me to access my account. My Facebook and Instagram accounts have been locked because they mistakenly believe I am under 13 years old. I have been using Facebook for nearly a decade, and I am 26 years old. Hello, I am Micky, the owner of NO 20 Arts in Islington, London, N1 2BG. I am facing issues with accessing the Facebook page (@no20arts) for No 20 Arts, which was initially managed by Ms Ambra Gattiglia. The admin responsibilities were passed on to Mr Jorge Lorenzo-Santana, then to Ms Adriana Barbieri, and eventually shared with Ms Celine Valligny, both of whom no longer work for the company. Despite our attempts, Adriana has not provided login details and Celine mentioned they had removed themselves as an admin, leaving us locked out of our page. Additionally, it seems the page may have been disabled or removed, as the link redirects to an error message. I have been temporarily banned from using Facebook. This ban is affecting my business and charity work. I use the platform to share posts from media sources for fundraising. I feel my freedom of speech has been taken away, especially after Mark Zuckerberg claimed that Facebook supports free speech.
