Dear all, My account belonging to Ahmed Bediar has been hacked. The hacker changed all access details including the email to [redacted] and the phone number to +[redacted]92. The account name was altered to Ahmed Munir. I have tried unsuccessfully to recover the password and even attempted to use trusted contacts such as Reham Rohim, Sherief Bediar, and Ramy El Safty for recovery, but no codes were sent to them. I also asked close friends to help report the account as hacked. Attached is my Egyptian National ID in Arabic with the name أحمد محمد عمر بدير and address at 55 اسكان رابعه العدويه مدينه نصر اول . القاهره, National ID: [redacted][redacted], Date of birth: 27/08/[redacted]. I request to check the account history back to its creation in 2[redacted] under the email [redacted], and verify the date of birth and location linked to the National ID as my home address. Hey everyone, I recently started a "page likes" campaign that got approved and is running smoothly. The issue I'm encountering is with the discrepancies in the amount spent. The campaign shows that I've spent $8.59, but the payment method section indicates a due amount of $14.69. Additionally, the real-time metrics on my page don't match the statistics in my Facebook ad account. Moreover, the interest suggestions tab is malfunctioning. When I hover over it, the button turns blue, but it doesn't respond when clicked. I've tried clearing cookies multiple times, yet the problems persist. I'd appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues.

Hello, I am unsure who to contact at this point. In previous emails, I have outlined my issue regarding the access to my main profile which has been disabled. I am being asked to verify via SMS. The problem is specific to my profile under the name Listorto Pietro. I have two accounts, but the one I am referring to is my primary profile where I have stored all my photos from [redacted] till date. The issue arises as I am asked to verify via SMS on two old numbers, +[redacted]84 and +[redacted]99, which I no longer have access to. I had not updated my phone number on the profile, and now the correct number is +[redacted]73. I am hoping there is an alternative solution to regain access to my main profile which holds important aspects of my life. Notably, my Facebook account is associated with Instagram, PUBG Mobile, 'Scent in India' business page, and 'Nowgong College, Nagaon' page. Regrettably, the unauthorized access prevents me from managing these pages. Two weeks ago, I received a message informing me that my session had timed out, prompting me to log in again. Unfortunately, my password did not work when I attempted to do so. This occurred after I shared a link for a webform intended for high school seniors to submit their photos and information for a special graduation section in the newspaper that I manage. I am uncertain if I have been mistakenly flagged for violating community standards. I have gone through the password reset process multiple times using various email addresses, but I have not received any confirmation emails from Facebook. Despite checking my spam and other folders, I have not found the emails. I also attempted to reset my password using my cell phone number, but I did not receive the SMS confirmation codes. To address the possibility of my profile being disabled, I tried submitting my ID twice. However, I received error messages indicating that my profile was not disabled and that my information could not be submitted. I feel like I am caught in an endless cycle. Although I can change my password using my trusted contacts, I never receive the confirmation email containing the necessary link to access my personal profile. Even when using my cell phone number and trusted contacts, I do not receive the SMS confirmation message with my code. It is crucial for me to regain access to my Facebook profile since it is linked to the business page of the newspaper, and I am the sole individual authorized to post on it. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account on Friday morning when I attempted to log in and was met with an 'incorrect password' message. Despite trying numerous passwords, I have been unsuccessful in gaining access. Previously, I received a notification on Thursday regarding an attempted login from a Macbook Pro in England, prompting me to change my password, which I did. I recently quoted a hateful comment to help explain why it was wrong, but I got reported and placed on post block. Now I can't comment on important posts or share updates while I'm out of town. This isn't the first time this has happened. Even though I was clearly quoting and not promoting hate speech, I still got blocked. It's frustrating that my comments are being unfairly targeted. I tried to appeal, but it didn't help. It seems like Facebook is censoring based on personal opinions rather than actual violations of community guidelines, which feels biased and limits my freedom of speech.

Yesterday, Facebook restricted my account claiming a post violated community standards. GetHuman assisted in having the ban lifted. Today, I received a 30-day block for a picture that does not breach guidelines or contain explicit content. Facebook's automated systems seem to repeatedly target me unfairly. I have been accused of hate speech using just two words that were not inappropriate, resulting in a 24-hour suspension on my account. I requested a hearing but was denied due to the pandemic. Subsequently, I received a rude warning on my phone from a biased employee who does not support freedom of speech that does not align with their beliefs. On Friday, the 22nd of May around 10:30pm UK time, my Facebook account was breached. The hacker used the email address [redacted] to reset my password, post inappropriate content, and change my profile picture to something I have no association with. I reside in the north of England, far from London where the breach apparently originated. I attempted to resolve this issue through Facebook's help center by submitting my ID but was informed that my account remains disabled without the option to provide further clarification. Despite trying various avenues in the help center and reaching out to [redacted] and [redacted], I have not received any response. I am eager to regain access to my account to rectify any harm done, secure it, and retrieve my personal photos stored there.
