Hello, I am an administrator for the mentioned Facebook group. We typically see [redacted]-[redacted] new members joining us daily, and currently, we have over 45,[redacted] members. After every [redacted] new members, I usually post a welcome message tagging each individual member, as Facebook automatically does. Today, I noticed that I am restricted to only tagging up to 50 members, which is causing extra work for me. Is there a way to revert it back to allowing me to tag up to [redacted] members on the group welcome posts? Any assistance would be highly valued. Thank you. Best regards, Michael P.

In February, my checking account was debited by Facebook for a total of $[redacted] across 24 transactions ranging from $1.63 to $44.53 each. I have never made any purchases from Facebook, and my bank only reversed 5 charges totaling $[redacted], not the remaining 19 charges. I am unsure why my bank only refunded some charges and not all, and they couldn't identify the vendor using Facebook fraudulently. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to Facebook for clarification. Any help or advice regarding this situation would be greatly appreciated. - Alan B.

Hello, I need help with my hacked Facebook and AOL accounts. My Facebook was compromised on May 7, and the hacker changed the associated email. Attempts to reset my password fail as I don't receive the code. Similarly, my AOL account was hacked, and I'm missing several emails. I've created a new Gmail account: [redacted] The email linked to Facebook is [redacted] Due to the hacker, emails sent to my AOL address aren't reaching me. I'm unable to reset my password because the verification code goes to the hacker's email now on my Facebook account, ending in .info. Could someone please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this issue?

Hello, We are experiencing issues with disabled Business Managers. In the past, this has occurred occasionally, but after requesting a review, Facebook reinstated our account due to their error. The current problem is the lack of responses to our reviews, leading to continual disabling of our account. We have a substantial daily spend of over USD 20,[redacted] and rely heavily on Facebook for our international E-commerce operations. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Mark

I was requesting access to my Facebook account to review the morning's activity log. Initially, I sent friend requests randomly but grew concerned about potentially adding the wrong people, so I promptly canceled them all. Without inspecting the names, I removed them from the "people you may know" section, leaving me uncertain about who received and then had their requests canceled. Facebook restricts visibility to sent requests that have not been revoked. I wonder if there is a way to retrieve the specific activity of sending requests and retracting them, which Facebook does not display on the activity log. Could you assist me with this task? I am willing to provide you with the account details; this is the sole information I require. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am feeling quite anxious about it. Thank you.

I have a situation with my Facebook account that I hope to get some help with. When I initially created my account, I couldn't use my real birth year due to my young age. I am now 23 years old. Recently, after ending my 3-year relationship with my third boyfriend, he gained unauthorized access to my Facebook account. He changed the password, email address, backup email, and associated phone number to his own. Despite our breakup, he refuses to provide me with access or delete the account. I created a new account and reported the old one, along with others who helped. However, my new account was promptly disabled and the old one remains active. I'm unable to prove my identity due to my ex-boyfriend's theft of my ID documents. I'm hoping there might be a way to verify my identity, perhaps through video chat. I truly would like to regain access to my account. Please assist me promptly.

I am a co-founder of the Nizamat Hyderabad restaurant in the UAE. Our Facebook page, "Nizamat Hyderabad Restaurant UAE," was managed by my former manager who recently left amid business issues. I am currently facing a dilemma as he is holding the page hostage and refusing to provide the admin details. I am seeking assistance on how to regain access to this page. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation such as our restaurant license, Emirates ID, or phone number to help in the recovery process. It is crucial for me to retrieve the page to continue promoting our business effectively. I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can offer in resolving this matter. Attached is a screenshot of our restaurant's Facebook page for reference.

Hello, thank you for reading. I have recently set up a new business manager and ad account for EZ-BROW.com in the beauty niche. As I was testing different creatives to enhance my marketing strategy, I made some slight changes to my targeting. Surprisingly, my ad account was disabled for "Circumventing Systems Policy" shortly after my ads were approved. Even after a review, my account remains disapproved, hindering me from creating new ad accounts and affecting my advertising efforts. I kindly request a thorough review of my account and a chance to discuss this issue with an individual who can provide clarification to avoid such disruptions in the future. I wish everyone safety during this chaotic period. Warm regards, A.C. ez-brow.com

I have been trying to reload my old personal Facebook page on my new phone, but changed my business profile to the same phone number, locking myself out of the old account. I no longer have access to the email associated with the personal page and cannot remember the password. I recently changed my business phone number back on my profile and created a new account with my current number. However, I am facing difficulties with reinviting friends without seeming like a hacker. Despite trying to maintain separate personal and business pages under Lisa Santiago and Volo Antique Malls, I am struggling due to Facebook's verification processes. I am worried about losing access to the old personal page registered as an admin for my business page. If necessary, I may consider retrieving my original Facebook account linked to [redacted] but would rather not jeopardize my business presence. The situation is stressful, especially with family members waiting for updates on my dad in the hospital.

A friend shared concerning details with me about someone hacking my Facebook account. Another acquaintance recently provided additional information. I have been warned that accounts are being cloned, with my name and photo used to create fake profiles to deceive my friends. Please beware of friend requests from me. A name, Andrea Wilson, has surfaced as the alleged hacker linked to my account, causing distress. I seek assistance in reclaiming my account, as I had only recently returned to Facebook prior to this issue arising. Howard Paddie has shared this important warning with me, and I am reaching out for help to rectify this troubling situation. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Gale.

Ten days ago, I received a notification from Facebook to confirm my primary country location. The location verification process should be simple, but I'm struggling with it. I've completed all the required steps, such as activating location on my mobile phone, updating my city on my personal Facebook account, enabling 2-factor authentication, and even sending my passport for identification with my home address confirmed by Facebook. However, every time I try to publish on my page, I get the message "YOU CAN'T PUBLISH AS YOUR PAGE RIGHT NOW." I click on "Get started," follow the process repeatedly, but it keeps asking me to do the same steps over and over again. I'm frustrated and really need some assistance.

Hello Facebook Team, I hope you are well. I am reaching out for assistance with my account as I am experiencing difficulties logging in due to a security check. This account is crucial to me as I utilize it for both my business and work purposes. My business manager and advertising accounts are linked to this account, making its accessibility vital. The issue lies in the fact that the phone number associated with this account is outdated and no longer in use. Consequently, when prompted for a security check, the code is being sent to that old number. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter by either bypassing the security check or updating my phone number to [redacted]4, allowing me to log in successfully. The email linked to this Facebook account is [redacted], and the current phone number is +[redacted]03, as illustrated in the attached screenshot. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance and response to address my concerns. Thank you. Best regards, Rogemar Juanillo

I am concerned as someone who does not have any connection with me or my two-year-old son has posted his picture on their page. This individual has shown aggression towards me before, and I believe they are using my son's image to intimidate us. I never shared this picture on any social media platform, and it is distressing to see it there. I request the immediate removal of my son's image from their page.

A few years ago, I lost interest in Facebook and deactivated my account. Occasionally, I would log in using my husband's account, but now I cannot even do that. My old phone number was [redacted] and my new one is [redacted], with my cell number being [redacted]. I am willing to provide any necessary identification like a copy of my driver's license. I am reaching out to FaceBook regarding Maryland International Tabernacle (MIT) in Beltsville, MD. MIT was established in [redacted]. A former member who set up the MIT Facebook Account did not provide us with the User ID & password upon leaving the church after a year. I have tried to contact her to obtain this information so that we can update it for the new person managing the MIT Facebook account. Upon reviewing the account, I noticed my name listed at the bottom as "Logout (Midge Johnson)". I am Margaret "Midge" Johnson, the Business Administrator for MIT. I am requesting to assume control of the MIT Facebook account's User ID and password and update them accordingly. I am willing to provide documentation proving my role at MIT to facilitate the change and ensure we can effectively manage the MIT Facebook account.

I received a notification about unusual account activity and was prompted to input my phone number to receive a re-activation code. I did not originally provide my phone number when setting up my account, and I prefer not to have it linked to my Facebook account. I suggest confirming activity via email, as that was used to create the account. I attempted to access my account using the required data points on your website but was unsuccessful. Due to the excessive information needed for access, and my unwillingness to disclose more, I would like to have my Facebook account cleared and deactivated. Given that the account closure links are within the platform and I am not comfortable sharing my phone number to shut it down, please close any accounts associated with my email address. Email verification would be preferable over providing additional personal data. I have concerns about privacy, and I want to minimize sharing my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) online.

I am requesting access to my deceased daughter's Facebook account, Roz F. Previously, my attempts were ignored, and the account was memorialized without my consent. Recently, there have been public posts on the account that I believe should not be visible to non-friends. Despite not being connected on Facebook at the time, my daughter and I were in regular communication. I can provide proof that we are the legal beneficiaries of her estate. Sadly, she passed away in a holiday accident on 23/10/15. Although the account has likely been inactive, I wish to document the places where we scattered her ashes worldwide. While my son has made some posts, due to the current lockdown, I am unable to see him and believe it is unfair to burden him with this task.
