Hello, Facebook community. I'm reaching out regarding an issue with our Facebook page that we encountered. On April 22, [redacted], around 10:00 pm, someone messaged us on our Facebook page offering a business opportunity. They proposed posting articles from Buzzfeed on our page and paying us for it. They asked our admin to reset the password, make some changes to the page, and accept an invitation so they could post and share income with us. Although we didn't accept the invitation, our admin did reset the password. Subsequently, we noticed articles and videos being posted on our page, which we attempted to remove. We contacted the Facebook Help Center, but the issue persists. Today, we discovered that our page roles were changed from admin to advertiser, and the same change was made to two other staff members. Facebook notified us of these alterations.

I have had this account for almost a decade. Unfortunately, I was accidentally logged out recently and am struggling to remember my password. I usually keep a similar variation, but it has become difficult to recall. I cannot access the email linked to it either because I forgot the password and the recovery email is inactive. I chose not to link my phone number due to privacy concerns. I have my ID ready for verification, even though my Facebook name is different from my driver's license.

I need assistance deleting my pixel. The guidelines state that pixels cannot be deleted, only removed from pages. However, I am struggling to navigate the "create a new event" option for my pixel. I accidentally set up two purchase tracking events, and the first one was incorrect as I forgot to input the purchase value (17 EUR). Currently, I can only see the wrong purchase event listed in the events, driving me crazy as it remains invisible on the interface but is visible on my site. I have been attempting to rectify this issue to no avail, as deleting events is not a straightforward process. Could you please delete my pixel if I provide you with the tracking code? If not, could you remove all events associated with the pixel? I am desperate to start fresh with a new pixel and set it up correctly. Your guidance is much appreciated.

Dear Sir, I am experiencing an issue with my account photo verification. I uploaded my real face picture, but my account remains locked. It seems that my account was accessed from my friend's phone mistakenly, resulting in some changes made. Despite uploading a clear photo of my face, I am still unable to access my account. I am greeted with a message stating, "You can't use Facebook at the moment." This is very urgent as my business documents and information are stored in my profile. I kindly request your assistance in unlocking my account promptly. I greatly appreciate the support from the Facebook team. Thank you for your help.

Hello Sri, my Facebook account was confirmed to be my identity. Unfortunately, my account was hacked. I managed to recover it by changing the phone number and email address. The hacker removed all my friends, and I now have new friends, but they don't recognize me. Despite changing the password and email password, I am unable to unlock my account on Facebook. I only use one device, my mobile, to access my account. However, the mobile app root is not confirmed. I'm unsure how to proceed with this issue. Kindly assist me with this matter. I am eagerly awaiting any codes or replies from Facebook. Please, help me. I have provided my phone number and email address: [redacted] / [redacted]. My account is under my mod ID. Thank you, Facebook team.

Hello, my name is Femi Arowosegbe. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account after accepting a friend request from someone in a group I was a part of. I am willing to provide any necessary information for this process. Thank you.

I am Femi A., and I encountered an issue with my Facebook account on the 3rd of May [redacted]. A person who originally seemed like a girl sent me a friend request, claiming to like me. Later, I realized she was a member of a group I joined eight years ago called "GOOD MORNING JESUS." She then invited me to her group with nine members, offering to make me a moderator, which I accepted. However, after doing so, my Facebook account was disabled. I tried to log in unsuccessfully. Someone then attempted to send a password reset code to my phone numbers, but I refrained from doing so. Now, I am unable to access my account. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to reactivate my account. Thank you.

Dear Community, I recently encountered an issue with Facebook that left me quite puzzled. I was suddenly locked out of my account and asked to submit a photo of myself for verification. Despite providing the requested photo, my account was disabled. This was surprising as my account had previously been verified with my government ID. As a doctor and a long-time user of Facebook for over 12 years, I have been trying to appeal this decision by submitting requests daily, but have not received any responses from Facebook. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, SA

On April 23rd, D. Herbst's account was compromised. After he reset the password and added missing friends, his family intervened to report the hack to Facebook. Despite their efforts to reset the password, there has been no response from Facebook. On April 30th, D. attempted to create a new FB page with his phone number but received a denial. A resolution to access his original account with a new password would be greatly appreciated. The original account has a profile picture and can be viewed from his wife's page, showing the last post on April 23 about the hack. D. misses connecting with friends and accessing the marketplace.

Dear Facebook team, It has been nearly six weeks since we reported the illegal operation affecting our NGO's Facebook pages. Despite selecting the option for manual review of the reported photos and videos, we have not received any response from your end. The content flagged as spam is crucial for our non-formal education initiatives related to Scouting. We believe that a criminal group maliciously exploited the reporting system to harm our organization's reputation. We have reviewed your community standards and are certain that our posts do not violate any policies. We urge you to conduct a manual review of the deleted posts to identify any discrepancies between the reported spam and our actual educational content. Additionally, it seems that our main website and a new site we were developing have been blacklisted by Facebook. The impact of this attack has compelled us to take down our pages for safety. We have involved the Romanian Police and legal counsel in addressing this issue. We request that you restore the deleted posts, remove our sites from the blacklist, and help us combat the perpetrators behind this malicious activity. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Alin D. Administrator of the affected pages President, Romanian Traditional Scouts Association

I create homemade masks for healthcare workers and individuals. I am trying to advertise on Facebook to meet the high demand for these masks. Many people find disposable masks uncomfortable and are looking for softer alternatives that are more affordable. My masks are priced at $5 to cover material costs only, with no intention of making a profit. This allows me to assist the community and replenish my supplies. The current advice from Dr. Tam and Dr. Fauci emphasizes wearing masks, making them essential for everyone’s safety.

Hello Facebook Community, I posted an ad showcasing my services on my Facebook page, but soon after it was disabled despite initially being approved. I attempted the self-resolution method with my bank to retrieve a code for verification, but the code was not visible on my statement. Various reasons were cited for the ad's removal, and when I tried to request a review, I encountered the self-resolution screen again. Could it be the picture I used in the ad causing this issue? I have made changes (including to the image), but I remain uncertain about the exact problem. As the admin of the account, I am seeking guidance to address this promptly as I am currently home due to COVID, gearing up to launch my online business. Your assistance would be invaluable. Please reach out to me at any time. Thank you, M.K. MacShane

Hello, I am reaching out concerning my friend's account status. Her name is P.T.N. de Araújo, and her email is [redacted] The account was unexpectedly blocked, and we have not been presented with a clear reason for this action. Despite our previous attempts to seek assistance, we provided all necessary documents, but have not received any feedback. An email notification mentioned to have been sent a month ago was never received. P.T.N. is dependent on her account for work, engaging others to manage postings and advertisements for her in various regions of Brazil, which could have led to the account being blocked due to multiple logins from different states. Her inability to access the account has caused significant distress as this issue has persisted for over four months. We are uncertain if any violation has occurred and request support to restore the account promptly. Given the current situation with the pandemic, I am unable to communicate via telephone. Your urgent assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

On May 5, [redacted], while chatting with a friend on the Facebook Messenger app, I got logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, Facebook informed me that my account was locked and I needed to upload my ID for review. After submitting a picture of my passport, I received an automated email from Facebook stating that my account did not comply with their terms and was permanently disabled. Despite rarely posting, my account was allegedly involved in posting inappropriate content and supporting violent organizations. My friend noticed that my profile picture changed during our conversation, and both my mother and friend received blocked content notifications linked to my account on that day. Now, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts, especially crucial for my small business, have been disabled. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to Facebook, they have not acknowledged the possibility of my account being compromised. I am worried about the potential information the hacker accessed from my messages. Facebook has disabled my accounts without acknowledging the hacking possibility, neglecting my safety concerns and assuming I posted offensive content, which is not the case.

I recently discovered that my Facebook account has been disabled, and I am uncertain about the reason behind it. As a long-time and loyal user of Facebook, I acknowledge that there may have been issues with my understanding of Facebook's policies and guidelines. I have attached my identification proof and kindly request for my account to be reviewed and reinstated promptly. This situation is causing me significant distress, and I have already reached out to Facebook Help Center for support, but due to the current circumstances related to Covid-19, resolution has been delayed. Given that my other accounts are connected to my Facebook, this has added to my anxiety. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to verify my identity and request for the recovery of my account. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. - D.V. I am experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook Marketplace rejecting my listings. Despite listing common items like shoes, electronics, mattresses, sunglasses, and DVDs, Facebook keeps denying them for policy violations. I consistently request reviews for these rejections, as I believe they are incorrect, but responses are rare, with only one successful approval. The lack of communication from Facebook is frustrating, leading me to repeatedly delete and repost listings. It is perplexing that others can list the same items without issue while my listings face constant rejection without explanation.
