I fell victim to a scam where I shared my photo ID and password reset code with a stranger who promised COVID-19 relief funds. Consequently, my Facebook account was taken over, and I lost access as the scammer changed my email, phone number, and password. They are now demanding $[redacted] for its return. I created a new account, but they threatened to have it deleted too. The new account is stuck in verification. The scammers are messaging my contacts for money. I want the older account deleted and the new one secured. I would prefer not involving the police if possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Our company recently underwent a name change, leading us to update our Facebook page accordingly. Unfortunately, due to timing constraints, we were compelled to create a new page instead of modifying the original one before the launch. Despite attempts to merge the two pages post-launch, encountering challenges arose as they had different names. Through persistent efforts, including multiple appeals, I managed to have the name of the first page altered to align with the other page for consolidation. However, my subsequent merge request was declined citing that the pages "represented different things," a puzzling outcome since I had previously demonstrated their equivalence for the name change. Unfortunately, ongoing support issues have surfaced as Facebook has refused to address the matter further within the same support ticket. Navigating this ordeal has proven to be quite challenging.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Philip A., a resident in Malta. I recently attempted to create a Facebook account for my dad, who is over 70 years old, to use Messenger with him. Unfortunately, I made a mistake, and now people from my friend list are appearing in his new accounts as people he may know. I assumed this was due to an error in opening his Gmail account. I set up three Gmail and Facebook accounts each, but the issue persists, and I am now unable to access the accounts to delete them as I am blocked. I have been attempting to reach Facebook support for several weeks regarding my disabled ad account. Despite being informed that the account would be reinstated, it has not been restored as promised. I have encountered issues with the form for requesting a review as it no longer functions due to reaching its limit. I have tried various methods to reach out for assistance but have been unsuccessful in finding a working contact option. Links leading to forms or live chat support mentioned in online resources have been broken, including the one on the website that claims to direct to the help desk. There is no excuse for censoring speech. It is concerning how platforms like Facebook are controlling what people can say. It is disappointing that Zuckerberg does not respect the First Amendment. Censoring speech is unacceptable, and it shows a lack of respect for freedom. Letting tech giants control us is not right. Zuckerberg's actions show his bias and lack of understanding of American values. It is essential to hold him accountable for his actions. Basing decisions on politics rather than fairness is not how a platform should operate. Zuckerberg needs to remember the importance of freedom of speech. Disregarding this principle is unlawful, no matter what policies are in place. Zuckerberg needs to reevaluate his approach. The WHO's handling of the virus is also problematic. It is important to address these issues.

My account was permanently disabled by Facebook because I shared some photos to help law enforcement identify terrorists. Facebook labeled me as a supporter of terrorism and violence, causing me significant distress. Losing my account has also affected me professionally as I used it to communicate with customers, university professors, and during the pandemic. Even when attempting to create a new account with a different email, it was swiftly disabled as well without explanation. I have been a user since [redacted] or [redacted], and losing access to my account with 11 years of memories, including irreplaceable photos of deceased relatives, has been devastating. I hope to have my account reinstated to retrieve these invaluable memories.

Following that, all my account information was changed, preventing me from accessing it. The hacker is sending messages to my friends and family. Around 3:00 PM South African time, my WiFi connection was restored after being down for six days. I noticed that one of my profiles had a changed password and a lost cell phone number, preventing me from making changes. Additionally, another profile was blocked on Facebook. I was offline the entire time and couldn't have made these changes myself. I managed to alter the password for the accessible profile but am distressed that I was blocked from interacting, including my activities in Huuuge Casino. Although Facebook apologized publicly for making an error on my page, I remain blocked until May 6th. It's frustrating to be unable to post or interact after their mistake. Assistance is greatly appreciated as I navigate this issue.

After being offline for six days, I finally regained WiFi access, only to discover that one of my profiles had its password changed and another profile was blocked from Facebook. I have not been able to make those changes and I also encountered difficulties with my game on Huuuge Casino. Despite changing the password for the profile I can access, I am still facing issues. It's frustrating that Facebook publicly acknowledged an error on my page, yet I remain blocked until the *th of May. I need urgent assistance as the help center has not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I recently regained WiFi after several days without it, only to discover that my one profile had a changed password and cell phone number linked to it. Additionally, I found out another profile was blocked from Facebook, rendering me offline for six days. It was impossible for me to have made these changes without internet access. I managed to change the password for the one profile I could still access, but I did not make the post in question. I could not even access my game, Huuuge Casino, and got kicked out of my club. I am frustrated and seeking assistance as I am currently blocked on Facebook until May 6th due to a mistake on their end. Despite their public apology, I remain blocked and unable to rectify the situation. The help center has been unresponsive, and I feel stuck in a frustrating cycle of being blocked.

I have been facing issues with accessing my Facebook account. Despite providing identification and having friends vouch for me, my account remains blocked for six days. While blocked, I encountered another block. I managed to access one account and changed the password. I did not make a particular post mentioned. Due to these problems, I could not access the Huuuge Casino game and was removed from my club. I am frustrated with this situation. Last September, I tried to transfer my Facebook "favorite" from Internet Explorer to Chrome. However, when I attempted this, everything suddenly shut down. I was unable to log back in, and a week later my account was hacked and subsequently closed. Despite multiple attempts to reopen my account, it remained unsuccessful until a few months ago when I submitted a photo of my driver's license. Although my account was temporarily reinstated, it was locked again when I started reconnecting with my Friends due to "suspicious activity." As a result, my account is now closed once again, and the groups I administrate have been taken over by others. This disruption is hindering my ability to function effectively as a Scout leader during the current shutdown and to stay in touch with family and friends. I saw an ad on Facebook from REATAU.com on April 5th for face masks and decided to purchase. My order number is #2020REATAU1032, totaling $44.91. After receiving the confirmation email and payment deduction from my checking account, I was informed of shipping details in 3 to 5 days. However, after sending two emails and a message through Facebook, I have not received any updates or responses regarding my order. I am concerned that this might be a scam, and I believe others may have experienced similar issues with this advertiser. I am reaching out to address this situation and seek clarification on the delay in shipping or communication.

When I use Facebook, I keep getting logged out and have to repeatedly sign back in. I then receive a login notification in my email asking if it was me logging in from a browser in Bridge City, TX, even though that's where I am located! I confirm it's me, but the cycle continues. It's been an ongoing issue, making using Facebook a hassle. I no longer find joy in using the platform. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Kathy Y.

Hello! My name is Jaime Nunez. I requested a code be sent to my new email address to change my old ID address. I entered my phone number to receive the password or code via phone, but it was unsuccessful. The old ID address was *****@***.com, which no longer exists. I was asked to submit an ID and the new address, which I did, but I mistakenly left out a number in the new email address. I emailed the correct address on April ** and have not received a response yet. The correct email address is *****@***.com. Please correct this error. Facebook mentioned that it would take 24 hours to make changes. Please advise on the steps to correct my mistake and receive the information promptly. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. A couple of years ago, I was a victim of a scam where scammers convinced me that my Facebook account was hacked. They created a faceless profile using my name and urged me to buy a $50 iTunes card to regain access to my friends and photos on Facebook. Fortunately, I realized it was a scam before it was too late, with the help of a friend, I was able to recover my account. Now, I am dealing with a situation where the faceless profile keeps appearing, preventing me from accessing my real page properly. While my friend can still see my original page, I only encounter the faceless one with no updates or information. I need assistance to remove the ghost page and restore access to my genuine Facebook account.

I accidentally deactivated my account and I would like to recover it as there are family photos and pictures with my children that I wouldn't want to lose. I opened a new account thinking I could retrieve my old account. In my current account, I have no photos or anything, and I do not want it. I am interested in my old account, which was under the name of Tábora Daniel. I had a phone number, [redacted], linked to the account but I left that number because I now live in the United States with my wife and two children. Dear Facebook team, I am writing with the hope of recovering my account. In my Facebook, I have family photos from trips, birthdays, gatherings with friends, news, and sports, especially soccer. You can see in my last post that I am with my two children planting a tree. I would like my children to preserve those beautiful family memories and be able to see how they have grown, and eventually show them to their children. My Facebook account was hacked by an unknown person. I was not informed about it until I no longer could access it. Eventually, it was disabled and deleted without proper explanation. Creating a new account was difficult, and within three days of creating it, I lost access again. I was not given any warning about violating rules so I could correct it. Is there an issue with Facebook's management team?
