Hello, I am reaching out about my Facebook account that was reported for having a fake name. I acknowledge that my name is not real, but there are specific reasons for this that I would like to explain. It's not feasible for me to switch back to my real name as everyone in my Facebook friends list belongs to the same fandom, and virtually all of them use pseudonyms. I am at a loss on who to contact regarding this issue. I don't have friends in real life, so it seems irrelevant for Facebook to be concerned about how people who don't even exist address me. Across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, everyone knows me by different aliases like "greenie," "Morro," "Possessed," which has been the norm for many years. I suspect the person who reported me is an individual who has a history of creating fake accounts to gain unauthorized access to groups. I have reported this individual multiple times in the past, with no clear resolution. Strangely, my account got reported within one day. Despite having my own photos on my profile, this individual and their associates have remained anonymous.

Hello Team, our Facebook Business Manager account with an Indian address has been successfully running multiple campaigns for about a year with a daily spend of [redacted] to [redacted] INR. Recently, we created a new campaign named Pictomall targeting US audiences. However, Facebook disabled our account multiple times after creating this campaign, which we suspect is due to the US-based geo-targeting. We paused the US campaign, sought support from Facebook, and had our account re-enabled three weeks ago. After resuming other campaigns, Facebook unexpectedly disabled our account again two weeks ago. We are perplexed by this recurring issue as the account includes campaigns for reputable brands that must run continuously. We urgently need to re-enable the account to ensure our campaigns go live.

Facebook keeps prompting me to display notifications on my browser whenever I log in, despite me repeatedly opting out. This occurs every time I access Facebook, and it is becoming frustrating. Additionally, I am unable to select my preferred news feed setting. Even though I request the "most recent" feed, Facebook insists on prioritizing "top stories" without giving me the choice. This leads me to miss out on timely updates because Facebook does not respect my preference for a different feed.

I've been enjoying playing Video Bingo and American Buffalo on GameRoom for a while now. However, about a week ago, both games suddenly disappeared during a break, and I haven't been able to access them since. I tried removing and reinstalling the app, but the games are still missing. I'm wondering what happened to these games and why they disappeared so suddenly. Also, I'm concerned about the 14-16 million tokens I had accumulated while playing. I had purchased these tokens, and while I can't recall the exact number, I know it was above 14,[redacted],[redacted]. How can I get these tokens back? Thank you for any help or information you can provide.

I initiated an order from a Facebook ad for KetoBhb to get a free sample. However, upon completing the order, I was automatically signed up for three bottles without a "no" option. I promptly tried to cancel the order but was unsuccessful. Despite sending back all five unopened bottles via Priority USPS after realizing it was a scam, the company only refunded me $50 out of the almost $[redacted] they charged me. They are now offering me $[redacted].99, which still leaves me with a significant amount unreimbursed. Their ad guarantees a money-back policy, but they are not honoring it. I urge you to remove their ad to prevent further harm to others. This is clearly a scam, and I hope the appropriate actions will be taken against them.

On April 11, [redacted], I received a notification to reset my Facebook password in the app. After resetting, I was unable to access my account. I tried to get into my email, only to find that the password had been changed as well. Over the weekend and by April 14, [redacted], my husband managed to access my email account, discovering it had been hacked along with my Facebook account. He reset the passwords for both accounts. After going through the Facebook recovery process, I regained access, but someone had added a code generator and phone number. The hacker even created multiple business accounts using my profile. Worried about being held responsible, I am eager to recover my account, which holds sentimental value. Unfortunately, I cannot complete the ID check on Facebook due to it being temporarily unavailable. I'm uncertain about the next steps to take. Thank you, Angela T.

I received unwanted messages and inappropriate content after someone accessed my friend's information from Facebook. I tried to delete my details from Facebook for privacy reasons, but my account was disabled shortly after. I initiated a new account with my information and purchased coins, but now I can't access any of my accounts properly. Despite numerous attempts to verify my identity, I am unable to log in. I have been through various troubleshooting steps with support but have not been able to resolve the issue. I have provided all necessary identification documents and even contacted Apple, but no resolution yet. Please, I request the prompt reinstatement of my account under the name Melinda Foster Prater.

Dear Facebook Department, I am reaching out concerning my aunt, Sally Ang, whose Facebook account was hacked. The hacker has made it nearly impossible to recover the account using the available options. We have managed to regain access to her Yahoo email but are struggling to recover the Facebook account due to changes in emails and mobile numbers by the hacker. The cause of the hack involved the hacker posing as a friend to obtain 2FA SMS codes under the guise of 'PROMO' codes. I have attached evidence of the impersonation attempts by the hacker. Please consider this email as verification to assist Sally Ang in regaining access to her account. She can provide all necessary verifications. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If further details are needed, please contact Sally Ang or myself. Best Regards, Elmo Hong

Hello Facebook Support, I've been struggling to access my account due to a hacker breaching it twice. Despite changing my password, email, and enabling 2-factor authentication, I ironically got locked out as I switched to my alternative email [redacted] The hacker input their phone number, causing verification codes to go to their number. Although the hacker is currently out of my account, I am unable to log in. Please assist, as I can't find help without access to my Facebook account. I hope you can help me regain entry. My current email is [redacted], but I plan to change it back to [redacted] Thank you for your support.

I create animated logos and recently made a video to promote our services. We shared this video in various groups and unfortunately, both my friend's and my accounts were suspended, and our page was unpublished. While discussing this over the phone, Facebook prompted us to verify our accounts and our page was taken down. Our page was a source of income that we were starting to establish, especially during these challenging times with Covid-19. We have put a lot of effort into building our page, and we are unsure why this action was taken. We have reviewed Facebook's terms and believe we have abided by them. We aim to provide quality products and avoid spamming, although we do post in multiple business groups. We understand the concern and are willing to comply with any guidelines provided. Our page, OneLinkVisuals, means a lot to us, and we are seeking assistance to resolve this matter as our appeal has not yielded any results. My name is James Holly, and we specialize in creating animations and logos. We would appreciate your help in looking into this situation.

Hello, 3 days ago, while creating a new ad, I encountered an issue where I was locked out of my account and prompted to verify it. Despite receiving a 6-digit code on my phone and entering it, the system kept loading for 7 minutes. After trying several times and receiving an error message about account restrictions, I was unable to receive the verification code again. I attempted to reset my password and successfully received a code but not for account verification. This is concerning as my ads were billed recently, and my landing page is reliant on generating leads through Facebook ads. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to make any changes or stop the ads due to this account lockout issue.

I am seeking help to recover my hacked Facebook account. I have tried several methods but haven't been able to regain access. The main issue is that the email linked to my account no longer exists. Years ago, I had a website, WWW.tecobal.com, created on Cpanel. Within that panel, I registered three web addresses and two email addresses. The email address [redacted] was used to create my Facebook profile (Balazoski Intel). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email and cannot receive the 6-digit code needed to reset my password. Is there an alternative way to provide new information for Facebook to send the code to my other email addresses, mobile number, or trusted contacts? Within the past 14 days, I received an alert via email about an unfamiliar login on my account, prompting me to secure it. Subsequently, I discovered that my primary email, "[redacted]," had been changed to "[redacted]," and I lost access to my account. Despite attempts to reset my password, remove any suspicious activities, and recover my account through trusted friends, I still couldn't regain control. I have followed all the steps provided by Facebook but continue to face issues as someone else's email remains linked as primary, and I am not receiving verification codes.

Hello, when attempting to access my Facebook account, I encountered a message stating that my account is under review. As this account holds crucial business information, I have already submitted the required documents, including my identity card, to the confirmed name support email. The account was created using a phone number, which I have used to contact you. I kindly request for my account to be reinstated with my real name as per the email sent. Your prompt assistance in reopening my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern, My name is William Quinby. I am reaching out because I attempted to create a Facebook account a little over a month ago. Unfortunately, the account was suspended before I could even use it. It seems that in the past, many years ago, I had a brief Facebook account that I later closed as it did not suit me. Now, as I am about to publish my first book, I need to create a new account for promotional purposes. However, it appears that both my old and new accounts are causing issues with the system, resulting in the new one being disabled. I kindly request the network administrators to locate and remove both accounts so I can have a fresh start on the platform to proceed with setting up a page for my book. Thank you for your assistance. Warm regards, William B. Quinby

Hello! I recently returned from a lengthy trip in Asia, where my Facebook account was compromised at the beginning of my journey. I believe I've been hacked because my account was disabled for violating your policies. However, I have always followed the rules and have been using Facebook since [redacted]. It's upsetting that my account got removed without my knowledge. This issue also led to my Instagram account being deleted, which is very distressing since I use it often. I would appreciate your assistance in reactivating both accounts, as I'm certain someone hacked into my account while I was in Thailand. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Erica E.

I am having trouble with Facebook. I don't own a mobile phone, so my nephew used his to help me create an account, but we didn't keep the code. Facebook then disabled my account. I tried again with my daughter-in-law's phone, but we didn't save the code either, and my account got disabled once more. When I attempted to log in again, Facebook asked for a mobile number which I don't have, just a landline at [redacted]. I've tried different variations of my name without success due to a misspelling when my nephew set up my email. I'm not very tech-savvy. Can you please help me fix all these issues or allow me to speak with a human representative? I would appreciate it if you could contact me on my landline.

I am facing an issue with my account which has been disabled, and I am unsure why this happened. Being a loyal user for the past 11-12 years, this account is crucial to me as I use it for various apps like Instagram, Shazam, PubG, and more. I have provided my government-issued ID proof and kindly request you to reactivate my account promptly. I sincerely rely on this account, as it is the first thing I check every morning to browse through news feeds. Please understand the importance to me and reactivate my account. Additionally, I would like to change my passwords. I have shared my original IDs (Aadhar, License, and PAN card) with you, and please feel free to ask for any further information needed to assist in reactivating my account quickly.

I am having an issue logging into my Facebook account. When I enter my correct Username and Password, I am prompted to confirm my identity with a security check. The only option given is to receive a code via text message to a phone number. However, the only phone number available for selection is linked to a MagicJack that can only receive "voice" messages, not texts. The link to "confirm identity another way" just leads back to the same screen with no alternative choices provided other than receiving a code via text message.

I am Bryan D Knight, also known as Bryan Knight aka Knight Flight. I encountered an issue with Facebook as I've been locked out of my account since Saturday and have not been able to sign in for three days. I complied with Facebook's security request by submitting a clear face photo on Saturday night, but I have not received any updates from Facebook as it is now Monday night. The lockout happened as I was trying to set up live streaming for Facebook Live, which involved signing up on multiple websites to find compatible software for my audio/video setup. I had to grant these sites access to my page several times before finding a functional option. I suspect this frequent page access triggered the shutdown.
