Hello, I am seeking assistance because my account has been disabled. Last year, some of my friends decided to play a prank by reporting my account as fake. At the time, although I assured them my account was secure, I was not actively using Facebook due to my illness. Consequently, after some reports were made about my account, it was disabled. Upon attempting to access my account, I noticed numerous notifications from Facebook. Despite sending several emails to Facebook for assistance, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my account. This is distressing as my account holds a significant number of photos dating back to [redacted] that I never backed up. Facebook serves as a crucial photo storage for me, and I am eager to regain access to my account. I possess notifications and messages from the Facebook team regarding my account. I am facing issues promoting a post on Instagram. I keep getting an error message stating that my ad account is not active, even though I reactivated it on March 7, [redacted]. Despite receiving communication that my account was reactivated on March 30, I am still unable to promote my post. Additionally, I am prompted to attach a payment method, although I have PayPal connected to my IG ads account. When I try to address this, I get an error message saying I am not authorized to complete the action. I am unsure where the problem lies and need assistance to resolve it. Any guidance on how to successfully promote a post on IG again would be greatly appreciated.

A person named Andy B. consistently accuses me of being a racist and antisemite, threatening me and spreading lies about me. Despite my strong language, everything I have said about him is true. I am 61 years old, dealing with health issues, and rely on Facebook for connection, especially during the current pandemic. Being banned for 30 days due to a post about him, while he has a history of similar behavior, seems unjust. I refrain from reporting him, but I kindly request the ban to be lifted, ensuring peaceful interaction in the future. Please reconsider this ban and allow me to access my window to the world. When I first signed up for Facebook in college, I've been using the same account ever since. About a month ago, the overwhelming amount of coronavirus and primary election content was causing too much negativity on my feed, so I decided to delete the app. However, I now miss being able to connect with my school district, students, and parents as a high school teacher during this time of remote learning. Unfortunately, I've been unable to log into my original account and my attempts to create a new one have been flagged as fraudulent after a friend reported it. I initially registered with the email [redacted] I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my original account, but if that's not possible, I would like to proceed with my secondary account.

I'm not sure if I have reached the right department; however, I am having difficulty obtaining assistance. My account (Leonardo DiBlackrio), formerly (Vin Petrol, Carlito Brigante, Isaac Harding), displays a profile picture of me with my ex-girlfriend, Liberty Naylor, on a beach in Turkey. I require help as Liberty has maliciously gained access to my account. While I was asleep, she used my fingerprint to unlock my phone, accessed my Facebook (where I had saved my password), and altered my registered email from '[redacted]' to either '[redacted]' or '[redacted]' (I believe it is the latter). She also changed the phone number associated with my account to her personal number (+[redacted]86), preventing my access. This unauthorized action is illegal and amounts to domestic abuse. Even after our breakup eight months ago, she denies me access. I can provide various forms of identification, such as my driving license, passport, birth certificate, and bank statements, along with photos of me holding them for verification purposes. I am in urgent need of regaining access to my account and my linked Instagram account. This is my final attempt for help. I had to use the email she substituted, which is not mine, as my actual email '[redacted]' remains inaccessible.

I am encountering some difficulties with my Facebook account due to hacking. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have not been successful. I understand that the current situation globally may be affecting services, but I am frustrated with the lack of assistance. Hello, I encountered a problem with my Facebook account. It got logged out due to suspicious activity, possibly because I was boosting a post from different devices. Although my account is not disabled, after resetting my password, I can't access the confirmation text on old mobile numbers connected to my account since I've been overseas for years. This has hindered my access to the account, which I've had for a decade and use for my two business pages and Facebook advertising extensively. I have been facing a frustrating issue with Facebook. Last week, I tried to change my page @Nagrik.Vikas.Aghadi from "Thane Alert Citizen/ठाणे जागरूक नागरिक" to "नागरिक विकास आघाडी". Despite submitting the request three times, I received no response. Although the username change was successful, the name change requests were ignored. After shortening the page name to "ठाणे जागरूक नागरिक", I attempted to change it to "ठाणे नागरिक विकास आघाडी." The submission was acknowledged, indicating a 3-day processing time, but no progress has been made. I am not receiving any feedback, and I am unsure of how to proceed or if my complaints are even reaching Facebook.

Hello, My Facebook account was hacked due to phishing on March 8, [redacted], after providing my data on a phishing website related to PUBG MOBILE. After 10 hours, I received a notification on the Facebook login page about the hack and changed my password. However, upon attempting to log in, I was prompted to "Prove my identity" and then informed that my account had been disabled. My Facebook business page, Art Nerio Photography LLC, was hacked, and someone used it to post a car ad and charged $25 to my Chase account. Thankfully, Chase's fraud department caught this unauthorized transaction. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions that have affected my photography business, I am not running any ads or boosts at the moment due to financial constraints. I did not authorize the car ad or any charges related to it. Please ensure that these unauthorized charges are not billed to my account. Thank you.

My long-standing Facebook account, active since [redacted], is currently locked due to suspicious activities, which I suspect might be related to my abusive ex's interference with my online accounts. Despite changing my password, logging in results in a prompt stating the account lock for security reasons. To unlock it, I am required to use a code sent to an old phone number or obtain codes from at least 3 out of 5 predetermined friends. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that phone number (broken by my ex) nor can I reach 2 of the 5 friends, one of whom has passed away. This leaves me with only 2 potential codes from friends. I seek assistance as I don't want to lose access to precious memories and photos on my account. Thank you for your help.
